Michael is the exact opposite of the nightmare I had just gone through. Michael is professional, easy to communicate with, he does what he says he's going to do and then some, he shows up every day and works a full day, not just 2-3 hours once every couple of weeks. If there is an issue, he communicates efficiently and effectively offering options to solve the problem immediately. He's honest about what he can and can't do instead of just taking your money & telling you what you want to hear. But most of all, he's meticulous and takes pride in his work, taking the time to do the job right while sticking to the schedule as much as possible. Mike was the only contractor that asked me about my home and the problems I was having.
