Delivery and drop teams were polite and very conscious of the furniture they were moving as well as the home in which they were moving the furniture into. I loved this couch when I bought it in 1997. But all the moves and climates took a toll on its insides but not its bones. I only had purched enough fabric for the seat cushion, back Euro pillows will be the final addition to this grand lady. This leads me to say Will's Auto Upholstery lived up to an exorbitant amount of expectations. The headliner was free of wrinkles, bubbles, loose edges and was smooth along all the areas where the fabric was rounded. They even vacuumed my girl out to get rid of all the residual adhesive that has fallen on the way to their facility. All the folks at Wills were kind, knowledgeable and down right awesome! Once the parts came in they reached out and scheduled the upgrade. We had a hiccup pop up involving a serious recall, and they worked with me in getting that resolved. The owners were not in today so I asked the receptionist what was the reason for it being held up for so long? She said the exact same story they've been telling me all along. "OoOoOh we are losing workers and the new guys don't know what's going on with the current projects".. regardless, how is that my fault? Plus, one of the actual owners claims to be the one working on the car himself so..? I don't understand the issue. had I not stopped in today; who knows when would have been the next time they notified me. Thats also another thing. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION, why is it that no one at this shop can keep me in the loop? Updates? Nope. Never. Estimated time of completion? LOL. never! Oh you're going on deployment?
