Alll of our emails and phone calls were answered promptly and courteously. The fee for pick up and drop was nominal and helped out a lot. The textile selection was endless. And with so much to choose from, and honest opinion on longevity of the product was helpful. Delivery and drop teams were polite and very conscious of the furniture they were moving as well as the home in which they were moving the furniture into. I loved this couch when I bought it in 1997. But all the moves and climates took a toll on its insides but not its bones. I only had purched enough fabric for the seat cushion, back Euro pillows will be the final addition to this grand lady. if i could give this business a 0 i would have, ....here is the story....i have been trying for…read moreover 10 months to get nancy to upholster 7 chairs, i have sent texts, made phone calls, then the texts go unanswered for weeks and weeks. she may be good at what she does but horrible answering phone calls, returning calls, answering texts and returning texts, this lady is a questionable business person or has memory problems one or the other, because this is a big order and i just cannot get responses from her for over 10 months!!....very very frustrating. maybe she has so much business she does not care, but the person answering the phone named katy is great, nice, friendly, maybe she is running interference for nancy....katy always says nancy will get back with me asap.......crickets now for months. when i do get a text response it is always 'i am waiting for material to come in, when i have not even picked out a material yet !!.....whattttt ??........tired of waiting for months and months !!.....really...........sad way to run a business....very sad. hope nancy reads this and fixes her procrastinating habits....my wife and i going elswhere and i would suggest if you read this you do the same.

The biggest problem however is that I paid them $650 for two colors of bimini boots and they were about 3 sizes too large. Linda did not make good on this and eventually ignored my request that this be corrected even though I offered to pay more. I had to spend another $450 with a quality service to get the problem rectified.

The amount of experience and knowledge Nick has and shared was worth the price of admission. He gave us his recommendations on items we might want to address that would make the job the best it could be and save us the trouble of coming back because we didn't take the extra steps, no sales pitch, just the facts. He was so thorough that while he was leak checking the top he even found another issue in the back of the trunk that had nothing to do with the top and alerted us (to include a video of the issue). From soup to nuts he had the job covered and not only did a fantastic job but went above and beyond. His entire staff was also fantastic.
