I just completed a 6 week challenge at The Camp Transformation Center Riverside East (Orangecrest). The challenge is to lose 15 pounds in 6 weeks. You are given a meal plan and have to take 30 classes at The Camp within that 6 weeks. I was able to lose 21.7 pounds and 3.1% body fat in that 6 weeks. Everyone is so friendly at this location. The directors are very friendly and fun people. The front desk girls are always cheerful and greet you with a warm smile. The trainers are very knowledgeable and were able to help modify some of the exercises to accommodate my injuries. If you're on the fence of whether to try The Camp, I say, just do it!

I started coming to this location which is also closer to where I live and wow I am impressed. Be aware that A LOT of people come here and I understand why. The gym is so clean, they constantly have workers vacuuming the floors and changing out trash and filling up all the dispensers in the gym. The gym is also COOL TEMPERATURE which is my favorite part, my biggest pet peeve with a gym is a gym that doesn't have air circulation and a gym that feels hot and stuffy but you won't feel that here. Parking Lot always had security as well which is a plus. Thank you!

1 Star - Extremely Poor Billing, Management & Personal Training Experience…read more Our experience with EōS Fitness has been extremely disappointing, particularly with its personal training program, billing practices, and management response. EōS experienced significant trainer turnover and was unable to reliably provide the personal training services we were paying for. Despite this, the billing continued. I canceled my personal training membership on February 4, 2026, yet months of emails, calls, and requests for assistance have failed to get the billing and cancellation issues properly resolved. Even more troubling is the way my special-needs son was handled. He was also enrolled in personal training, and in my view he was particularly vulnerable to being overcharged for services the gym was not consistently able to provide. Rather than management stepping in to protect a member who needed additional consideration, we have had to repeatedly fight just to get the charges stopped and the accounts corrected. Customer service has largely consisted of long holds, unanswered messages, promises of callbacks that never happen, and repeatedly being told we need to speak with someone else. There appears to be very little accountability when a billing problem occurs. A company should not continue collecting money for services it cannot provide, and customers should not have to spend months trying to cancel an agreement and stop recurring charges. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend EōS Fitness personal training. Anyone considering signing a training agreement should carefully review the cancellation and billing terms, monitor every charge, and keep copies of all communications.

It is suuuuper nice and I think my new favorite club to get a session in! One of the biggest highlights for me was the power rack room. There are a ton of racks stocked with bumper plates and deadlifting platforms, as well as vertical smith machines, two reverse hyper machines, barbell landmine setups, multiple leg presses, belted hip thrust machines, and a standing hip thrust machine. I felt like a kid in a candy store. The cable machines right outside of the power racks were awesome too. I loved the little fold out step built into the machine so shorties can reach the pull up bars without jumping or needing to grab a dumbbell to step on. I was really surprised that in addition to the usual neutral and pronated grips there's also a rock climbing one so you can train your finger grip strength!! I've never seen that before. Attachments were very well stocked and in great condition. The cables I used didn't have the 2.5 x2 incremental weights at the top of the stack (not sure if some other machines had them) but you can stick the pin through a 2.5 lb plate before putting it in the stack if you need to. The isolation machines are really nice too. There's an abundance of different branded machines for the same muscle group so you can choose the machine that feels the best for your body. I really liked that all of the numbers on the stacks were in pristine condition, as it annoys me when the numbers are missing and I can't figure out what weight I'm supposed to be doing. Basically everything at this gym appeared brand new or at least very well maintained. I saw a lot of top of the line equipment and spaces dedicated to meeting the needs of athletes/serious gym goers. I would love if more clubs looked like this one instead of just having endless rows of treadmills and old/broken weight machines that never get fixed or replaced.

The transfer was already done. Your own staff fixed it. She is an active paying member and she was treated like she wasn't. Every other location we've dealt with over the years handled situations like this with basic courtesy. This one employee did not. This is not a reflection on the gym itself -- but management is responsible for who represents them at the front door. I'd seriously reconsider who you have in that role.

UPDATE 6/2026: I'm…read moresad to say my opinion of this gym has really gone down since my original review. Sheree's Pilates, yoga, Yogalates, and barre classes continue to be challenging and effective. I've been her student for over two years now, and the difference in my abs and strength is amazing. That we can study with a professional ballet dancer for the price of a gym membership cannot be overstated, and to be honest, she is the only reason I'm still going to this gym. The turnover in trainers is ridiculous because they do not treat their staff well. I am a professional educator and understand people management, and what I see as an outsider corroborates what different former crew and former trainers have told me. Not one of the original staff from when I started is still there. Also, all the trainers that impressed me as a powerlifter and bodybuilder and gave me effective and challenging workouts are now gone. I don't want to have to keep starting over with a new trainer every few months, so I've canceled my training package. Finally, the turf area is kind of a joke. They still only have up to 40# KBs that I can see. They replaced the sled with this rolling thing that I never see anyone use because it "is easier for a lot of clients." Who goes to the gym to do easy things? I'm giving this review 3 starts because of Sheree Skiles and the fact that the pool is clean and I enjoy using it. I am disappointed to say the least. If you are serious about lifting, and fitness, I'd have to say look elsewhere.

I first learned about The Camp Transformation…read moreCenter Riverside after I've seen a few friends successfully complete the 6 week 20lb challenge. Seeing how it changed their lives, it sparked my interest, but not enough to try. Fast forward 9 years and 35lbs, I finally decided to try the challenge for myself. I will let you in on my thoughts during those 6 grueling weeks. On orientation day, the trainers discussed the program, the diet plan, and the term FTDI, which is short for "follow the damn instructions". They then demonstrated proper form for some of the common exercises and made sure we understood so that we don't injure ourselves. After the orientation, I felt pumped and ready to go! Now onto the first workout session. The first session will always be the hardest since everything is new and unfamiliar. I didn't know what a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout was, nor did I know how effective it can be. My first thought after the inaugural workout was "what the hell did I sign myself up for?". After the first week, things became familiar, and workouts became less intimidating and somewhat fun (but still intense nonetheless). The diet was by far the biggest hurdle I had to face. The hardest part was trying to keep up with eating every 2-3 hours in set portion sizes. Also, there are only so many ways to prepare tilapia and chicken breast before it becomes repetitive. Week 5 was especially difficult for me due to a loss in motivation. I'm not sure if it was from the diet or if I was just feeling a bit burnt out from pushing myself. Whatever the case was, I took a couple days of rest and felt like myself again. Overall, my experience with the 20bl challenge at The Camp Transformation Center Riverside was positive. Would I recommend this place to you? Yes. Would I recommend the 6 week 20lb challenge? Yes. Is it easy? No. Will you lose 20lbs? well.. it depends on if you FTDI
