I needed service for my GMC and this was the closest GMC shop near me. Called them to get an early appointment since I work graveyards. They scheduled me @8am and I wasn't seen till almost 9am. Seems tuesdays are hectic here! We were the first ones here and was advised a 2 hour wait time for labor, yet we were the the last ones to leave waiting an additional 2 hours. I had to reschedule my following appts for another day which I really disliked doing in addition to juggling other needs that needed to be taken care of. If I had know the extension of the wait in advance it would have been fine so I could have rented out a car for the day. Though I was a bit frustrated with the waiting period given we had an appointment, It's understandable that any business needs when customers all pour in wanting the same care are always likely to change. Fortunately for us, my 4 Stars is for our amazing advisor, Rick who was very communitive and prompt explaining certain details my warranty covered along with checking in every often if we were ok... I would have given this review a 1 star if it wasn't for his persistance in communicating with us and making the process of the paperwork extremely smooth and getting us out there sooner than anticipated. I hate people that hide behind the internet and please know this is not one of those. I am disappointed in Valley on my last service. I took my 2011 GMC HD in for Def issues. They ran the codes as I would have expected and told me it was a bad #2 Glow Plug. I explained to them that I had just changed all of them a couple months prior. After agreeing as they indicated that could cause the DEF problems..... ($600 for a $20 part) I got the check engine and poor DEF with LIMP mode 4 days later. I get that this is a world that needs to make money but this was a little too much for me. Service is looking out for those and provide it when the consumer is not looking. This was simply checking a box and making it another persons problem. read more

A huge disappointment with false advertising. They offered a fraction for what our vehicles values are which felt like a slap in the face. Clearly not doing enough research in what the value actually is. In addition to adding in even more fees to their "NET PRICE." A wonderful way to lose customers and respect. It seems a review to show and explain how to actually work with people and make a sale good for the staff some good. The Volvo and Ford Transit were purchased and still have less than 4,000 miles on them. 2021 Volvo XC90 was $60,000 and I'm told is now worth $40,000?? A Ford Transit Explorer Edition sell for $90,000+. At least make some effort to come close. You should be embarrassed at the lack of effort put in by your sales team. read more

First and last visit to this dealership. Stopped by randomly to check out if they had a F150 XL, and asked the service advisor guy if they had one. He said they did, but we did not see one out in the lot. So, he grabbed the keys while we waited outside. Once he brought out the keys, he couldn't open it saying he accidentally picked up the wrong keys. But when we also looked at the truck, we noticed it wasn't the one we wanted to look at since it did not say F150 XL on the back of the truck. It simply showed SLE and the sticker showed SLE XL, but it looked much smaller than the one I test drove at a different dealership. Anyway, when the guy came back, he tried to unlock the doors, but it wouldn't work. So, he manually opened the driver side door and popped the trunk, because he realized the car battery died! How does the brand new car's battery die that you can't start it or unlock the car?!? After a couple of minutes of him trying to jumpstart the battery, it still wasn't working. At that time we said forget it and left. Waste of our time and energy... A brand new car having battery problems already, a bad sign to customers and potential buyers. Not sure how you can have a brand new vehicle on the lot and can't even unlock it or start the car for a customer. Not a good way to sell the car. Good luck with that... read more

We had a positive experience when purchasing our 2014 GMC Acadia Denali, two years ago. Duane was a very good car salesman and would go above and beyond to make sure we are happy buyers, cuz that means more referrals and clienteles, for the business world. Fast forward, after owning our brand new vehicle for less than two years, we've experienced a problem with the AC. It wasn't blowing out cool air like it should have, but instead it was blowing in air from the outside!! So I took the vehicle in for them to investigate and hopefully fix the problem. Having to drag two little kids with me, it wasn't a fun experience on a hot day like yesterday. We arrived at the dealer at 8:45am this past Monday, Toby, one of the service guy came out and we exchanged information. He got me in a smaller loaner car, which is fine, as long as the car seats can fit securely in the back row. Got out of there by 9:30am which to me feels like forever, cuz again, I was hauling two little people with me and they were impatient. Wish it was quicker! Got a phone call later that day around 5pm while I was at work saying the vehicle is done, they couldn't find a major leak but recharged the AC unit so it's filled up. Asked to return 4-6 weeks for a check up. Really GMC? Either you fix the problem and give a customer a definite answer that it is good to go. Or you replace the AC unit before my warrantee is up! I don't want to pay thousands of dollars after my 3-year warranty!! Came pick up the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon and first thing I was informed by Toby was, as the mechanic drove in to the shop he noticed a screw in my front left tire and they patched it up for a small fee of $14.22. Wait hold up, I drove the car in and it was perfectly fine, no lights has popped up saying my tire pressure was low, I know I didn't ran over a screw and not know about it. Your people ran over a screw and you make me pay for that crap?! I could've taken it to Discount Tires and have them patch it up for free!! It's not about the small fee of $14, it's about customer loyalty that makes customers feel like this is the best dealership he/she has ever been to! Anyway, he went back to waive that "small fee" for me. Took him over half hour to give me the discharge paper for my car. While having kids in the car on a hot day like yesterday. Again, wish it was quicker! Car oil was changed cuz it was time to, but a wash and vacuum was not accomplished, nor offered. All my previous experiences with oil changes or any services at car dealerships has been phenomenal, except for this one! I've own an Acura, Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Honda and all of the dealership I've dealt with has given me the best customer service by far. I hate to recommend my family and friends to buy any General Motors because of this past experience. Maybe it's just this location that's lacking or maybe even the person that "helped" me needs more training. Literally the best car purchase experience of my life. I noticed in a lot of reviews online, people kept mentioning Hilary so I decided to make an appointment with her. She is honest, easygoing & a pleasure to work with. I thought I was going to lease a new Yukon but I ended up buying a used one that was a local trade in w/ super low miles and very well priced. I chose a 36 month warranty for peace of mind. My transaction was tricky b/c I still had 1.5 yrs left on my Jeep lease. I had asked 3 other dealerships (all Jeep dealers) to help me get out of the lease. They were unable/unwilling to help me avoid a $6k early termination fee. Matt (the sales manager) figured out how to get me out of it w/out paying the fine. He's absolutely brilliant! The GM Bryant made a point to introduce himself to me. The finance guy Brandyn was easy to work with. Everyone treated me like I was buying the most expensive car on the lot. I cannot say enough good things about my experience w/ Valley Buick GMC. I wish I never bought a certified pre owned car from here. This has been a 6 month process of going back and forth with the survive department and the sales manager. I was sold a 2011 jeep grand Cherokee and it was the worst car I have even bought!!! Only 3 days after buying it the check engine light came on!! I will say they did let me drive free rentals through out these 6 months and they kept it professional. But with that said this whole situation was wrong on there end. Long story short I took the car back to them 5 times the longest I had the car in my possession was about a month!!! To start the car was having camshaft timing issues I took it to them 3 times for that and one time because they called me that it was ready and I get there drive a block and now the ac dosent work so I took it straight back and the last time it had to be towed there! I got stuck in a parking lot with my 10 month old baby in 85 degree weather because the alternator failed only 1 week after I got it back from them. And the day before this I took it there to get the oil changed and they looked over the car!!!!This was the last time i took it back and after a couple weeks they called me to let me know they couldn't figure out the problem and sent it to jeep mind you every time before hand they sent it to sound radio even though I was under the impression it was set to jeep everytime. I was told in the beginning they were sending it to jeep and it was only sent to jeep the last time after I found out where they had actually sent it the 4 times before and they received a letter from the attorney general. 2 more weeks later they let me know it needed a new computer and it was back ordered. I explained to them that I was done with this situation and we needed to work something else out. I was told the sales manager would call me and he never did. I called 3 days later asking to talk to him and they told me he was working on something for me. An hour later I get a call from the service department telling me I need to come pick up the check for my car and bring back the rental and we are going to pretend like this never happened. I explained it was going to be Friday tomorrow and my husband works and I wouldn't have a car and I have a baby and live 30 mins away they told me well you have 1 day to figure it out either way u need to bring the rental back tomorrow and get your check. I am grateful they gave me my money back but they never gave me the choice to not let them by my car back and they gave me 1 day to find a car to by or else I would have no transportation on a Friday !! I understand this situation could have been worse but this shouldn't happen and there still in the wrong for that and this is why I wouldn't recommend buying a used car from this place or using there service department. This is the short version of my experience it was over 6 months I tried my best to peace it all together. This place is a price gouging machine. My wife calls me at 630 in the morning tells me there is a whining noise coming from the car. I thought the power steering pump is going out. So she drops it off to have it checked. They confirm it is. And want $1600 dollars to change it 400 for the part you can buy straight from GM for 158 and 1100 for labor and tax. This is price gouging all the way for 1 it doesn't take 6 hrs to change the power steering pump. It's 16 bolts to get to and change. And 6 of those is taking off the front right wheel. This should be illegal. It's price gouging. And when asked how they charge an 300% mark up on the parts. Nothing but a shoulder shrug. Crooks then on top of that after charging me 165 dollars for them to tell me what I already knew that the power steering pump was going out they give the car back to me with the Right rear tire low on air. read more

Came in today 12/21 to do a part return I picked up here, and the Saturday service guy is so incompetent. He doesn't know how to do a return?? And there is an old employee (female greeter who was fired, this is how much I know with standing here waiting) just talking crap about management and how she got fired, and making $13/hr, and how she hates people who works here, yet she walks in the employee door to bring someone lunch. This dealership is a complete shit show. I will literally never come here again no matter how convenient it is. And now he's telling me I don't get a return receipt for a $400 part??? Omg. Second time bringing my vehicle into this dealership and this is the second time they have broken a panel on my truck. Not very good customer service. All they say is 'sorry.' Don't offer any incentive for their screw up. Of course they replace the part, as they should, but, that's just more planning and time out of my day to spend with an incompetent dealership. After you bring your vehicle, make sure to inspect EVERYTHING before you leave. Any scratch, or broken part that was not previously broken, ensure they take care of it. I spoke with the service manager Brandon and dealership manager (forgot his name since he wasn't significant either), which still didn't offer anything to come back. Went in for an oil change and they all swarmed over to my 88 Fiero GT. Both Daniel and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and explained everything they were doing on my 25 year old car with 19k miles. I decided to stick around and just be there for questions about such an old low mileage car. Took great care driving the car around over the drain bay due to the RWD engine configuration. Took precise care to air all tires (including spare) to exact specifications. Checked the air filter despite difficult access to it. Measured dipstick 4 times to ensure oil was at specific mark on dipstick regardless of automated pump-in from the hose. Greased all Zerk fittings (only applies to older cars). Thanks guys, this was my first visit and it went above what I expected. You guys weren't lifeless zombies and you took great care and pride in your work. I will be back! read more

They topped off the fluid and tried to charge me two diagnostic fees because of another issue that was wrong with the car - both I knew were supposed to be covered under warranty. I complained and they told my wife to never come back. I took the car to Chevy of Puyallup. They found that the torque converter needed to be replaced and that the thermostat plug needed to be replace - BOTH COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. These people are idiots. I came to this dealer to get my truck serviced as the reviews were decent and it was close by. I would say it was an average dealer experience. I waited 20 minutes just to drop my truck off and when I got to the person who could check me in, none of my information I gave over the phone was in their system. They finished the service in only a few hours and called to tell me my truck was about done. When I showed up 30 minutes later I had to wait another 30 minutes as the truck wash guy had gone to lunch. They eventually just gave me a coupon for a wash. Had I known he was out, I would have just asked for my keys as I had things to do. The customer service guy just seemed super swamped though so I don't blame him. He was actually very polite and I could tell he was trying to put out fires left and right. It felt like they may have just been understaffed that day as everything just seemed hectic. The services conducted on my truck seem excellent thus far. It feels like my truck is definitely handling better which is what matters most at the end of the day. They didn't provide me with my inspection report however, even upon asking for it which irked me a bit. I just got the "everything looks good", but I would have liked to have seen what they looked at and the findings on paper. They got the job done just fine, but the customer service was sub par. I'll probably give them another shot. Feels like it was maybe just an off day. They didn't mess anything up, and my trucks running good so I can't complain too much. I recommend you go elsewhere! I scheduled service at Valley Buick GMC in August 2021 for an Airbag recall. I went here for location convenience and to scope out a dealership for my next vehicle purchase. I gave 2 stars for some friendly customer service and for providing a loaner vehicle on one occasion and an uber on another. For the passenger side airbag recall, I explained at check-in that I had disconnected the passenger seat sensor for the airbag and to please reconnect it. I sometimes needed to have my teenager in the truck and this was the wording on the Tanaka airbag inflator recall ... "If the airbags deploy, the inflators can rupture and launch metal shrapnel toward vehicle occupants." So, I disabled it until the recall service could be done. Since already there I also requested an oil change. When I returned to pick up the truck - the airbag seat sensor had not been reconnected. When I asked about it, I was told the tech did not want to touch it because he didn't know why it was disconnected ... hmm but I told you why! ALSO ... a section of dash, between the passenger airbag and the windshield had an edge to edge crack in the plastic. The service manager looks then goes and talks to the tech. He grudgingly accepts responsibility, but only because apparently the tech and forgotten to take any before pictures and they cannot prove otherwise .... umm ok. I heard nothing for weeks. Finally I'm told the part has arrived. After drop off I do the uber thing to work and wait for a call. Mid afternoon I get the call telling me they received the wrong piece of dash and I will have to reschedule. I am annoyed at this because, like most people I'm busy, but I think ok, things happen. 2 months later at check in, I inform them that I have a new message "service airbag". He says there will be a $200 diagnostic fee. But the airbags were just worked on for the recall and it may be related? They did have a loaner car waiting for me which I appreciated. All day not a word. Close to dealership closing time, I called to find out - it's not ready, they need another day. I think ok, a call would have been professional not to mention courteous but at least I have the loaner. When I pick up my truck with the new piece of dash ... I'm told the tech was "unable to determine the issue with the airbag as he was unable to communicate with the module, but it was not related to the recall work" ... "treat it like an old truck without airbags" ... Hmm really? It was closing time at the dealership, I was tired so I grabbed my keys and left. Later I thought how can he make the determination that it is unrelated if he can't communicate with the module or access codes? A couple of days later I notice that I cannot access the odometer readings - trip or total. (Back story: truck has an instrument cluster with a push button knob on the right top corner to scroll through messages. I have had a nuisance message saying "washer fluid low". It's not low, just a faulty sensor. To access odometer readings you have to push the knob to scroll past any messages. I have gotten used to the message - and it took a few days to notice the problem with the INOP button. I call Valley Buick GMC and tell the CSR that the odometer reading was not accessible due to INOP button and that it was likely installed wrong or hooked up incorrectly... he said he would talk to the manager. They somehow decided it was unrelated and not their responsibility but they can quote a new instrument cluster for me. Attempts to talk to the service manager were unsuccessful, he was never available. I emailed the GM and he responded promptly, apologized and made an excuse for the service manager (away for conference) and said expect a call. A day or 2 later talked to the service manger and he told to come by and they would look at it - "it wouldn't take long". I did just that and it sure didn't take long. After a short time the service manager approached and said it was an unrelated failure of the knob. I said it worked during the oil change you did - evidenced by the mileage reading on the paperwork. He responded that it failed from wear. Well isn't that a coincidence, Service Airbag message is also 'unrelated' and these issues all since Valley Buick GMC replaced the airbag for a recall and replaced part of the dash that extends around the instrument cluster. When I opened the truck door there was a 1inch plastic tab broken off and sitting on the floor mat - I picked it up and went on my way - too much time spent making things worse. Was this tab from inside the dash or maybe from a tool? Who knows! I do know that I can't read the odometer mileage and I have a service airbag message. I do know that they cracked the dash, fixed it, but now the module doesn't communicate codes. I do have an INOP push button knob on my instrument cluster! I didn't have these issues before going to Valley Buick GMC, but I do now. read more

Normally LOVE this place- today not so much. No greeting, no water, no paper... no estimate of time and while they did say please to everything, the temperament was short and they were rough with my vehicle... not a great experience; every experience should be at the very least as good as the last time. I doubt I will return, I drive 35+ minutes to get here because I have always previously felt welcomed and valued and everyone is usually friendly and professional. I have to assume this place had done good things for others. As for my own experience, this is the most incompetent service department I have ever come across. I have been going to their service department four consecutive weekends now. I took my car there just for a routine check. 37K mile service. They charged me over $800 and when I verified if they did the manufacturer's recommended Maintenance, thats when I learned they did more than what was necessary. Returned it back the following weekend because the engine light was on. They checked and they said they have to replace the catalytic converter. Returned the following weekend to get it replaced. After a couple of days, light was back on again. This morning, went back to get it checked. Was told they put a wrong catalytic converter. Why would they install it if it's the wrong one to begin with? I hope next weekend, they can finally put this to rest. I've lost confidence and trust with this dealership's service department. They've done a few more screw ups on other things aside from this but i don't think they need to be mentioned anymore. Just a lot of unprofessional moves on their part. I deal with quality of care and services provided to customers daily but in a health care setting. I can tell you that this place can use some improvements. read more

I showed up pretty close to closing time and a salesperson wasn't immediately available. "No worries" says the finance person. She grabbed the keys and my information and let me take the vehicle for a spin. When I got back she introduced me to the sales rep, but I wasn't ready to make a purchase that evening. The next day I called back and let them know that I was interested, but because it was a much older vehicle I wanted to get it checked out. No problem! They let me take it for an extended test drive. This really put my mind at ease and never did I feel pressured to make a decision. The vehicle checked out and having it for that extended time period let me really get to know the vehicle and feel confident in my decision. When I returned we negotiated a fair deal on my trade and went through a really painless finance experience. I've had good car buying experiences before but the team here were top notch. read more

This review has been long overdue. I wish I would have left a review each time we purchased a car here. Valley Buick has given us the best car dealership experience, and that is why we continued to keep coming back! When we first moved to Washington, we were in need of a second vehicle. So we purchased a used vehicle, with the help of John Gilgan. We love that he was never pushy or "salesy" but just a matter of fact and really just let us test drive any of the cars. He's very personable, down to earth, and really helped with what we were looking for. The process was so smooth and such a great experience, that the next month, we decided to trade in our first vehicle and lease a brand new one. We went back to John Gilgan, and he and another gal named Deanna helped us with a new Buick Encore. Once again, a great experience, we also dealt with Craig Heyer & Joe Dennis (he helped us with the financing). Fast forward to the beginning of this week. We have been planning a move back to Colorado, so we will no longer need two cars, but just one. We decided to go back to Valley Buick and saw John Gilgan once again, and throughout the week was in contact with him figuring out what worked best for our situation. We test drove 3 cars, found the car we liked, and did a lot of back and forth negotiating (a lot of it! John and his team are soo patient!). We were able to sell our second vehicle, do a hassle-free lease return on the Buick Encore, and finance another vehicle suitable for our growing family. My husband and I are so blessed and grateful to have found John and Valley Buick and their Staff! All the people we have dealt with in the whole process of getting all three of our vehicles, and even the staff going in and out of the offices, in the lot, and show rooms have been friendly. I don't usually write a review, but I want to share my experience with Valley Buick GMC. I went to Valley Buick GMC probably more than four times for service and I never had a day without any issues. First, I added three parts for my vehicle that I bought from them. I live 70 miles away from Auburn so I decided to just wait until all the parts are ready to be installed. I was told that I will get a call once they arrive. Cool, you know, no hurry, I'll wait. After two weeks without them calling me I decided to call and follow-up, I gave my name and info of my truck and the person did not know what I wanted to add for my vehicle. He said he would ask the person that sold me the vehicle but he had the day off. I called after a week and they figured out what I ordered. I was told that I will receive a phone call again once they arrive. After a week or so, I called and got told that the parts didn't get ordered. In my mind, it's ok, it's not a rush but how come the parts didn't get ordered? Finally, I think after two weeks I received a call from them saying that ALL the parts arrived and ready to be installed. Idrove all the way to Auburn from Bremerton and was told that only two parts came in. I asked why was I told that all the parts came in. They said it was miscommunication on their part and I was like ok things happen. I just told them to install the parts that was available so I didn't waste my time and gas. I wanted to check the parts before they install them and guess what, the one part was wrong. They were sorry about it. Things happen right. For me, customer is very important in this business and I feel like they don't give a sh*t about me because they don't coordinate and like I keep calling and nobody knows what I need. Do they have my record? Do they not communicate? I'm disappointed with my experience with them but okay, I will give them another chance to redeem themselves so I schedule my first complimentary oil change online and no problem. I just had to request for a day off from my job (which is not easy) and drive 70 miles again. On the day of my oil change it snowed so I called first before I drive to Auburn to confirmed  that they were open and my appointment is not cancelled. The person that I talked to said they were open but when I got there they said that the people that do oil change called in and the shop was closed due to snow. I understand why they were closed but why did they tell me that they were open. And why they didn't call me to reschedule my appointment because they were closed. I had to take a day off and drove 140 miles back and forth for nothin. Didn't even ask me to reschedule my oil change or pay for the gas that I wasted. I don't know how they do business there but based on my experience they need to improve their communication with their customers. Overall my experience was not good and not going back there for service. read more

My daughter and I came in for their Customer Appreciation / Summer Kickoff event. It include a great Car show, BBQ with hamburgers and hotdogs, live music and a spinner wheel with great give aways. We really enjoyed the car show, that was worth the trip. As a bonus, a yelp check in gained me a Free Oil Change. I don't know if the bonus was a one time thing for the day or if it is standard. They have a great staff and I will not hesitate to come down here the next time I am looking for another car, truck or RV. read more

I highly recommend Valley Buick GMC if you're in the market for a new or used car or truck. We worked with Dwayne from Valley for about a week. He was awesome. He spent a lot of time with us going over different vehicles that we were interested in. He asked great questions to better understand our needs and wants, Dwayne went the extra mile to answer many questions we had, we had multiple phone calls, text messages etc.. we kept him very busy. He was always happy to help, and was genuinely interested and present along every step of our car buying experience. My wife was originally looking to trade, and because of Dwayne, we ended up trading both our vehicles and Dwayne got us such a whopping great deal we couldn't say no! Nicole in Finance really made the rest of the process, which can be a real downer, very pleasant and candid. Wow. I'm floored at how well and how differently I was treated by Rochelle Aprill, the Internet Manager there. Just ridiculously excellent service. I found myself saying out loud, "shouldn't buying a car be more difficult?" Not only was Rochelle acommodating in discussing a very reasonable deal for me and a great value for our trade, but she treated me like a human being and did all the little things salespeople _don't_ do! The Finance Manager was a 4-star effort, only because he was a little forward with the protection plan... but it was helpful, and he did push for a very low APR for me so I still say YAY! for Bill:-) If you get the opportunity to deal with Valley, contact Rochelle-- you're in great hands!! read more

I've been taking my car to the Valley Buick GMC quick lube for years and they always do good work. The technicians are competent and professional and most importantly consistent. I always check the work afterwards and never have found problems. The price for an oil change is about the same as other lube shops but without all the monkey business and up-selling. Wait time is usually short even when they are busy it seems. They service all makes and models, my car is not even a GM make. read more

I purchased my car from Valley GMC almost 3 years ago. I received a email last week that I had a free oil change, I contacted Morgann to confirm and she said yes, it shows that you are eligible. Today I went to get the oil change and was told that I did not qualify for one. I was livid, when I contacted Morgann about this issue all she said was I am new sorry. Unacceptable what kind of customer service is this?? She reached out to me so I would of liked a sincere sorry for the inconvenience!!! Very disappointed in this because I had such a great experience when purchasing my car so I expected the same results throughout my car life. I am in the market for a new car and definitely will not revisit Valley. read more

I've been a regular at the Quick Lube building for a while. I like the service there, I'm treated really well. It's a drive up and stay in the car type of facility. You don't have to get out of the car. They'll bring you a water or coffee while you wait. They drain, change oil, filter, fill up air in your tires, fill up fluids, etc. The only good thing they could to to improve or add would be vacuuming interiors and cleaning off the windows. All the guys are friendly! I've taken both my husband's and my car there for our oil changes needs. and so far so good! I'll keep going back. They are open M-Sat, so that makes it more convenient to get your car in there. read more

It was my First time to Valley GMC. My car had to be service for almost a month because of some transmission problem. Everyone in the service department was extremely friendly! Carl took care of me and his service was phenomenal. He called me Daily to give me updates about my car, he always kept me in the loop and mainly...he was patient with me. I have been having a lot of problems with my current truck. I have always liked the look of the GMC. I called Valley Buick GMC. A man named Jose answered. Told him what I was looking for. The Service Department has some issues. The Encores have a safety recall for an airbag issue. A "software update" is required to remedy the issue. The service dept emails my on a weekly basis claiming that they "have been trying to reach me" about this recall. What they clearly don't know or pay attention to is I have attempted multiple times to get this issue resolved. On three occasions, while in the Auburn area, (as I no longer live ten minutes away) I stop in to see if they can run the update ... In one occasion they were too busy. On the second occasion, I was there when they opened & the guy said that people called in sick and he didn't have the staff; my car was here already for my maintenance. The third time, they are too busy. I told them I was in the area and don't live close by anymore. Too bad for me. Apparently this recall is my issue! They are so concerned about my safety they can send endless emails ... but can't fix the issue. A shame cause the people in the Sales department are great. The two stars is for the staff at the express service they are fantastic. The service dept mean to deal with serious issues is failing. I am going to Puyallup now. They got me in on my first attempt.
