Another $10,000 added into their vehicle price.

A huge disappointment with false advertising. They offered a fraction for what our vehicles values are which felt like a slap in the face. Clearly not doing enough research in what the value actually is. In addition to adding in even more fees to their "NET PRICE." A wonderful way to lose customers and respect. It seems a review to show and explain how to actually work with people and make a sale good for the staff some good. The Volvo and Ford Transit were purchased and still have less than 4,000 miles on them. 2021 Volvo XC90 was $60,000 and I'm told is now worth $40,000?? A Ford Transit Explorer Edition sell for $90,000+. At least make some effort to come close. You should be embarrassed at the lack of effort put in by your sales team.

Bill for oil change and fuel filter from GMC of Auburn

Came in for my 3rd oil change and another great experience, had a little bit of wait but no big deal, oil change and tire rotation, very very friendly individuals, also checked all of my lights. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle from them, they still treated me exceptionally well. Thank you very much for the great experience, look forward to seeing you again

We had a positive experience when purchasing our 2014 GMC Acadia Denali, two years ago. Duane was a very good car salesman and would go above and beyond to make sure we are happy buyers, cuz that means more referrals and clienteles, for the business world. Fast forward, after owning our brand new vehicle for less than two years, we've experienced a problem with the AC. It wasn't blowing out cool air like it should have, but instead it was blowing in air from the outside!! So I took the vehicle in for them to investigate and hopefully fix the problem. Having to drag two little kids with me, it wasn't a fun experience on a hot day like yesterday. We arrived at the dealer at 8:45am this past Monday, Toby, one of the service guy came out and we exchanged information. He got me in a smaller loaner car, which is fine, as long as the car seats can fit securely in the back row. Got out of there by 9:30am which to me feels like forever, cuz again, I was hauling two little people with me and they were impatient. Wish it was quicker! Got a phone call later that day around 5pm while I was at work saying the vehicle is done, they couldn't find a major leak but recharged the AC unit so it's filled up. Asked to return 4-6 weeks for a check up. Really GMC? Either you fix the problem and give a customer a definite answer that it is good to go. Or you replace the AC unit before my warrantee is up! I don't want to pay thousands of dollars after my 3-year warranty!! Came pick up the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon and first thing I was informed by Toby was, as the mechanic drove in to the shop he noticed a screw in my front left tire and they patched it up for a small fee of $14.22. Wait hold up, I drove the car in and it was perfectly fine, no lights has popped up saying my tire pressure was low, I know I didn't ran over a screw and not know about it. Your people ran over a screw and you make me pay for that crap?! I could've taken it to Discount Tires and have them patch it up for free!! It's not about the small fee of $14, it's about customer loyalty that makes customers feel like this is the best dealership he/she has ever been to! Anyway, he went back to waive that "small fee" for me. Took him over half hour to give me the discharge paper for my car. While having kids in the car on a hot day like yesterday. Again, wish it was quicker! Car oil was changed cuz it was time to, but a wash and vacuum was not accomplished, nor offered. All my previous experiences with oil changes or any services at car dealerships has been phenomenal, except for this one! I've own an Acura, Lexus, Toyota, BMW, Honda and all of the dealership I've dealt with has given me the best customer service by far. I hate to recommend my family and friends to buy any General Motors because of this past experience. Maybe it's just this location that's lacking or maybe even the person that "helped" me needs more training. Again, my car salesman, Duane, really delivers!! **the two stars is for the service I've received** *****Duane gets 5 stars*****

This place is a price gouging machine. My wife calls me at 630 in the morning tells me there is a whining noise coming from the car. I thought the power steering pump is going out. So she drops it off to have it checked. They confirm it is. And want $1600 dollars to change it 400 for the part you can buy straight from GM for 158 and 1100 for labor and tax. This is price gouging all the way for 1 it doesn't take 6 hrs to change the power steering pump. It's 16 bolts to get to and change. And 6 of those is taking off the front right wheel. This should be illegal. It's price gouging. And when asked how they charge an 300% mark up on the parts. Nothing but a shoulder shrug. Crooks then on top of that after charging me 165 dollars for them to tell me what I already knew that the power steering pump was going out they give the car back to me with the Right rear tire low on air.

Went in for an oil change and they all swarmed over to my 88 Fiero GT. Both Daniel and the rest of the team were extremely helpful and explained everything they were doing on my 25 year old car with 19k miles. I decided to stick around and just be there for questions about such an old low mileage car. Took great care driving the car around over the drain bay due to the RWD engine configuration. Took precise care to air all tires (including spare) to exact specifications. Checked the air filter despite difficult access to it. Measured dipstick 4 times to ensure oil was at specific mark on dipstick regardless of automated pump-in from the hose. Greased all Zerk fittings (only applies to older cars). Thanks guys, this was my first visit and it went above what I expected. You guys weren't lifeless zombies and you took great care and pride in your work. I will be back!

I fully understand what purchasing a vehicle "as-is" means, and I accepted those terms. However, I…read moredo not believe "as-is" should extend to items that were misrepresented. Before purchasing my vehicle from Rairdon Auto Sales in Auburn, I specifically asked about recent servicing and an electronic issue I had noticed. I was verbally assured that the vehicle had been serviced, including fluids and filters, and that the electronic concern had been inspected by a manufacturer's dealership and confirmed to be normal. After the purchase, the issue persisted, so I had the vehicle evaluated by an authorized dealership. They confirmed there was, in fact, an electronic issue and noted several maintenance items had not been completed as represented, including low or dirty fluids and an unchanged engine air filter. I chose Rairdon as a large, reputable dealership because I expected a high level of honesty and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. For future buyers, I would strongly encourage independent verification of any claims prior to purchase rather than relying solely on verbal assurances. Reputation matters, but it ultimately relies on the integrity and follow-through of those representing the business.

I flew from the San Francisco area to purchase a vehicle from Westlie Ford after wiring over $54,000 in advance. Once they had my money, the customer service completely changed. They canceled their airport pickup service at the last minute, leaving me to arrange my own transportation from Portland to the dealership. When I arrived, I found paint chips that had not been disclosed, despite being told the vehicle was "flawless" cosmetically. When I raised the issue, management became argumentative instead of addressing the concern professionally. The most disappointing part was dealing with sales manager Mike Melnick. During a disagreement over the undisclosed paint damage, I was told they no longer wanted to sell me the vehicle--even though I had already wired the full purchase amount and traveled hundreds of miles specifically to complete the deal. The situation became especially frustrating because I felt like I was being put in the position of having to convince them to honor the sale and complete the transaction. After already paying in full and making the trip, having to essentially plead my case to buy the vehicle felt unnecessary and demeaning. I ultimately purchased the car because I had already invested the time, travel, and money, but the experience was one of the most unprofessional dealership interactions I've ever had. If you're considering buying from Westlie Ford, especially from out of state, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING THREATENING AND AGGRESSIVE CONDUCT BY GENERAL SALES MANAGER…read more Date of Incident: June 13, 2026 Approximate Time: 3:45 PM Location: Rairdon Nissan of Auburn I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the conduct of the General Sales Manager at Rairdon Nissan of Auburn on June 13, 2026, at approximately 3:45 PM. During my visit to the dealership, the General Sales Manager engaged in conduct that I found threatening, intimidating, and wholly unprofessional. What began as a business interaction escalated into a hostile confrontation initiated by the General Sales Manager. The General Sales Manager became visibly angry, raised his voice, yelled at me, got directly in my face, invaded my personal space, and engaged in aggressive and intimidating behavior. He then followed me outside the dealership, where the confrontation continued. Outside the building, he continued acting aggressively, stared me down, and challenged me to a physical fight. Based on his words, actions, and demeanor, I reasonably feared that the situation could escalate into physical violence. My son was present during this incident and personally witnessed the General Sales Manager's behavior, including the confrontation outside the dealership. No customer, especially one accompanied by their child, should be subjected to this type of threatening conduct while attempting to conduct business. The situation became so severe that two dealership employees, identified to me as Alisha, a sales associate, and Pat, a sales manager, witnessed the confrontation and intervened. Based on my observations, they stepped in to de-escalate the situation, stop the confrontation, and bring the General Sales Manager back into the building. Their intervention appeared necessary to prevent the incident from escalating further. The fact that multiple employees witnessed the incident and intervened demonstrates the seriousness of the General Sales Manager's conduct. Their actions suggest that they recognized the confrontation had become inappropriate and potentially dangerous. I demand that Rairdon Nissan of Auburn immediately preserve all evidence related to this incident, including but not limited to: * All surveillance and security camera footage from approximately 3:30 PM to 4:15 PM on June 13, 2026. * Any audio recordings that may have captured the interaction. * Internal communications, emails, text messages, and incident reports relating to the event. * Personnel records identifying all employees present during the incident. * Witness statements from Alisha, Pat, and any other employees or customers who observed any portion of the confrontation. This letter should be considered a formal request to preserve evidence relevant to a potential legal claim. Destruction, alteration, or failure to preserve evidence after notice of a potential dispute may have legal consequences. As a result of this incident, I reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law, including the right to pursue civil claims arising from the conduct described above and the dealership's response to the matter. I declare that the statements contained in this complaint are based on my personal knowledge, observations, and recollection of the events that occurred on June 13, 2026.

Unfortunately, my overall experience left me frustrated and disappointed. I live in Spokane and specifically traveled across the state to purchase this vehicle from Bud Clary Hyundai Auburn. Before buying, I was informed by a salesperson that the vehicle had open safety recalls. When I asked about it, I received an email stating: "We can still sell them but being they are safety recalls we just can't let the customer take delivery." A short time later, I was contacted again and told the recalls were being fixed and that the vehicle would be available for purchase. Based on those representations, I proceeded with the transaction, arranged a deposit, and traveled nearly 300 miles to Auburn to buy the vehicle. During delivery, I was given every indication that recall-related work had been completed or was in progress. I was even told that one of the keys was with the service department because they had been working on the vehicle. After taking the vehicle home, I contacted Hyundai Customer Care regarding a separate issue and was surprised to learn that the recalls were still showing as open. I initially assumed Hyundai's records hadn't been updated because I trusted what I had been told by the dealership. However, after multiple conversations with Hyundai and the dealership's own service department, I was informed that the recalls were in fact still open. Hyundai later confirmed in writing that all campaigns remain open on my VIN. What frustrated me most was not the recalls themselves. Recalls happen. What frustrated me was receiving different and conflicting information from different people at the same dealership. I felt like I was constantly trying to determine which information was accurate. I also ran into another issue involving factory all-weather floor mats listed on the window sticker. I was initially told they weren't included, and later was offered aftermarket mats instead. At the end of the day, I like the vehicle, but I left feeling that communication and transparency could have been much better. When customers are making a major purchase and driving hundreds of miles based on information provided by dealership staff, accuracy matters. I hope Bud Clary Hyundai Auburn improves communication between its sales and service departments so future customers have a more consistent experience.

We (my wife and I) were greeted by a salesperson named Denis. He was friendly, laid back and asked me which vehicle I was there to see and I told him the Blue Range Rover Sport Supercharged over there. We have been thinking about one but never actually seen one in person or test drive one. He got the key quickly and handed it over so we could check out the rig. We are coming from a 400whp STI and I needed to let go of my toy for a better more comfortable family car, we still have the Jeeps though. They had a sweet fully built newer STI there while I was there too. Anyhoo, the Rover was very clean inside and out, it wasnt just a detail job, the quality was actually very well kept for its age and mechanically you could tell that it was in great working order. I fired it up and it sounded just like it should, looked over the vehicle as I was letting it warm up, under the hood checked all the belts, fluids, checked for leaks or weird noises and played with the air suspension. Denis was able to answer all the questions I had about it and then I handed over license and insurance card and went for a drive. We weren't sure what to expect as this was our first time in one but I've been a car guy my whole life and a mechanic so I listened for all the little noises, bumps, vibrations to signal if there was anything wrong. We got back very satisfied with the Rover and knew this was the type of vehicle we wanted to get. Denis came back out to meet us once we got back and see what we thought. We told him we liked it but were just starting to look at them. We looked at a lot and honestly weren't really planning on going back because we had some others in mind, but the service we got from Denis and the way the condition of all the other cars on their lot you can tell they care about the condition both mechanical and cosmetic on their cars and we went back later on and looked again while talking with Denis. 3rd time when we showed up Denis was with a customer and I spoke with Vadim. I had a question about a strange looking plug that I had never seen before and he not only knew what it was but it impressed me he knew and it ended up being a weird charging port for an old Nokia lol. He was able to answer any other questions I had too and had same atmosphere as Denis, no pressure and very friendly. The manager Tony is a solid guy, also very friendly and laid back, he worked with me on the deal and at first we were looking to trade my other vehicle but he was upfront and honest and said they just couldn't swing the deal and was really kind and honest about it. Didn't talk bad about my trade or anything or scoff at me like has been done to me at other dealerships. That told me we were in the right place, absolutely solid character and good people. We ended up selling our car private party and came in, worked out a deal and they went above and beyond making sure that all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of before we moved forward. It didn't feel like a dealership but more like a chill hangout spot with good friends. I've been to a lot of dealers all over and I have never been in an environment like that with a dealership, or anywhere that I've ever purchased anything honestly. It wasnt fake friendly, they were genuine, and sincere in how they treated me. When we were filling out paperwork I had my 1 year old son with me and they didn't get upset by him being silly and running around, the guys were helpful in keeping an eye on him while I was filling out paperwork. There is a very sweet lady who works there as well named Lana who helped keep an eye on him too and she gave us a bag of cookies they have there I think it was double fudge Grannies cookies I wanna say, and I was able to give him a little snack and helped keep him occupied. We talked a little about our kids and it was just the icing on the cake that made it a purely enjoyable experience. Never in a million years would I have imagined those words would ever come out of my mouth. I've always left dealerships pissed off and a sour taste in my mouth because they dont care about you, once they have the salt they just disregard you and you get put on the back burner. Not at Prestige, I also appreciated that we went through the paperwork fast. It didn't take hours like most places. We had all paperwork done within 20 minutes and I was down at my rig installing carseat and loading up the boyo. We are now the proud new owners of the Range Rover, we got it for a price that I can't argue with and we want to thank the guys and gal at Prestige Auto Market for exceeding our expectations and then some. Tony, Denis, Vadim, and Lana keep up the good work. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, check these guys out first.

Bought my daughter's first car from Bryan almost 2 months ago. The car was in pretty good shape,…read morebut definitely had issues and Bryan was very open and willing to deal with me on the price based on me fixing a few things rather then them having to do it. We initially couldn't settle on price but Bryan reviewed a few things and called me back within a day to confirm he would accept my price. He was never high pressure or anything other than open and professional with the whole process, even when we agreed to disagree on price. Within 2 weeks discovered a hidden crack in the top of the radiator, that didn't show during our rather lengthy test drive. When I called Bryan back he got right on it and had arrangements with his connections for us to have things fixed--on our dime but at his cost. He wanted us to be happy, and it worked out just fine. Felt this was like buying a car from my uncle or something. I would recommend anyone looking for a reliable, honest used car source stop in and talk to Bryan about what you want, whether they have it or not. They'll get it for you and take care of you.

Joe was very professional, he obviously has a great deal of experience in the auto world. We were able to put a nice deal together in short order. Driving off the lot in a used car can be scary, Joe had great follow up and assisted us servicing the car after the sale! Thanks Joe, Jim and Mel
