Apparently my coworker, who is Big Paul lol, started the trend and promoted it so much that so many people went to ask for it they finally made it a regular menu item. It is soooooo good! So much meat on the sandwich, and if it was that good on delivery I can imagine how much better it would be if I ever get a chance to sit down in the restaurant and have it fresh off the presses. I also got a side of Brussel sprouts which were ok at best (needed to be cooked just a little longer). Outside of that, the dish was really good & filling. I'll definitely be back. Also one thing to add, I initially ordered the dish with fried chicken & was told that the fried chicken could be substituted. After I paid, the manager came over & explained that the dish couldn't be substituted for grilled chicken & worked with me to get something that I actually wanted, that's how I ended up with the bowl. So great service on his part.

The cheese had a flavor I cannot describe that was AMAZING! Growing up, my family used to make a dessert called Halawa de Jibon. It is made with mozzarella and farina (not cream of wheat!!).
