I emailed for an inquiry and it was a few days later that Jim called to give me more information. He was very through and answered the questions I had. The appointment was set for a week out. I've got two elder pets that each have special needs. Dr. Attas and Elena (Hope I got that right) gave a call when they were 25 minutes away and showed up ready to go. They brought in a couple of bags and cases along with a small scale. Both ladies were friendly and made the experience enjoyable. After entering Dr. Attas went through her questionnaire about both animals. They started with my dog and it was interesting to see the blood drawn as I've never seen before. One of the benefits for this vet is they work directly with Blue Pearl Hospital as that is where my dogs oncologist is at. Dr. Attas spoke with him before the appointment and I found that really nice as I already sent over all medical records. They did quick work with the doggie and sure enough the kitty knew it was her turn and hid under the bed. Both ladies helped flush her out and they did a nail trim, exam, blood work and urine sample. All so interesting to see the process. She also mentioned sending the blood work to his oncologist so I may get to postpone his visit in two weeks for another month, saving some money and time! After all was done they packed everything up like they were never here and off they went. My fur babies didn't have to deal with traveling across town or being in an unfamiliar waiting room. Much appreciated by the kitty and I'm sure my dog missed all the extra attention. Thank you ladies for such a memorable and unique experience.

The age-old problem of not being able to be in two places at once is a step closer to being solved. Early this summer, I was able to have LL let in and supervise a contractor who installed my air conditioner. The booking with the contractor was done the night before, with no time to swap keys, and the appointment was made for weekday morning (the only spot available). Had LL not been around, I would've needed to take a half-day off work for this -- not exactly how I want to use my vacation days. I routinely use LL for deliveries, too. With no doorman, I need someone to accept signature-only, big-ticket, and/or bulky deliveries. It's such a relief not to have to worry or do fancy coordinating; I come home from work and my packages are sitting nicely inside my apartment near the door. LL has always been there when I really needed them. Can't say enough good things.

First, I somehow managed to book the program through the Texas location instead of New York (very on brand for me). When I explained what happened, they were incredibly kind and helped me sort it out without making me feel ridiculous. Mabel mostly worked with Gracie, with Hannah helping coordinate everything, and both of them were amazing. You can immediately tell how much they love dogs--they greeted Mabel like she was the funniest little character every time she came in, which she kind of is. Gracie also has a Great Dane, so she really understands what it's like raising a giant dog in the city while they're still a tiny chaos monster. That perspective helped a lot as Mabel was growing into her... very enthusiastic personality. They sent follow-up videos so I could continue the training at home, everything was positive reinforcement, and they were incredibly patient during Mabel's "puppies pee everywhere" phase. They were always kind, flexible with my schedule, and clearly adored Mabel--even when she was being stubborn and silly. Honestly, I don't think my teenage goofball would be as sweet and manageable as she is now without them. Huge thank you to Hannah, Gracie, and the whole Revival team. P.S.
