Stopped in 3 weeks ago to get ideas on what to do with my empty 10 gallon. Spotted some rummynose rasboras and HAD to have them! I was very impressed that they had such a niche fish. I've had the school for 3 weeks now and they are happy and healthy! The customer service was fantastic. Spent a lot of time looking around and there's a nice collection of scaping materials as well! 1st time customer a couple weeks ago, 2nd time I went for fish I saw the first time. Lost the fish within 24 hours, 80.00 fish gone, but was told there was a 24 hour guarantee. Went the next day and hot the run around about a replacement, but got the replacement. 2nd fish, same species died with 24 hours. Didn't want the 3rd degree from the asset manager, so I emailed my concern hoping the manager would contact me. Now all was well with my tanks and other fish I purchase the same weekend from other places we're fine, but I was made to feel something was wrong with my tanks. Waited for a reply from email, but got nothing. Called the store to ask if the manage was in and simply got a not, when I asked when he'd be in, seems the phone was just played down, no one ever returned. I think the customer service is poor compared to the priced of the fish. I'm getting $1.99 service for a 79.99 purchase of 2 fish. Not good. read more

I love how knowledgeable everyone is in the store! I went in for a Pygmy Puffer and also wanted to add a couple other small fish to the tank and I was guided by Emmanuel on exactly what to buy. After going to multiple Petsmarts and Petco searching for otocinclus catfishes, all I could find were ill looking ones living with their dead mates that looks like they have been starving. I searched online to find an aquatic pet store and was able to locate The Big Little Fish Store which was conveniently close to me this whole time. Inside was super clean and peaceful, no dead fish in any of the tanks, gorgeous salt water/freshwater fishies all around, and not to mention "Big Box" the biggest goldfish I have ever seen in my life (probably due to how well Canh takes care of him/her)! Canh and Nikel were super kind and helpful to me and seems really passionate about what they're doing! 6 months later, and rating hasn't changed. Enjoy talking to Canh when he's there to pick his brain about some of the fish keeping tips I needed. He hooked me up with some pea puffers after months of looking for them, scheduled to have my family fish tanks cleaned out and the crew did a great job, and so much more. Currently waiting for them to open so I can get a black worm culture from them. They're quick to respond, professional in their mannerism, and do what they can to help with any questions. My husband and I have been going here for about a year. We started off with zero experience building a salt water aquarium and now we have a beautiful tank all with knowledge learned from them. They are always patient, kind, and helpful! We have purchased a tang, goby, emerald crab, cleaner shrimp, and coral all healthy with no issues. The best fish store I've been to. Owner was nice and friendly and his tanks were all clean and pristine
