If your have a family has very diff pizza preferences then Your Pie is the place for you because everybody can get their own. I'm not sure if it was just an off experience or what. Tonight was our first time going, and honestly, I don't think we'll be back. When we walked in and were looking at the menu on the wall, one of the employees made a comment towards us that we couldn't quite hear. She then proceeded to be impatient as we figured out for ourselves how the establishment worked. When we finally decided to delve in, she was impatient and seemed in a hurry to rush us along, even though there was no one in line behind us. I'm not sure if I was supposed to tell the employees immediately after what sauce I wanted that I wanted cheese, but either way, she never asked, so I continued to answer her questions. In the end, our pizzas were burnt beyond enjoyment, and my cheese-less pizza was only redeemed by the fact I asked for basil pesto as the sauce. While we were eating, one of the employees felt it appropriate to sweep the entire area that we were in, making it so that we could barely have a discussion. Brand new pizza joint at Grovetown and it is great. Pizzas are made to order. For 7.99 you pick your bread, sauce, and add any and all the meats and veggies available. Add chips and a drink for an additional small fee and you're set. Recently, the place has been packed so take that into consideration. We skipped the line by going straight to the mini bar area, ordering a beer and ordering from the menu there because, who's in a rush when you have beer....Will definitely keep coming back! read more

Came here with the family on a weeknight for dinner. It wasn't busy at all and there's a good amount of tables to sit at. When you walk in, it's kind of like which which or diablos or subway. You pretty much build your own pizza. Each of our pizzas turned out great and came out to us super fast. Nothing like a hot pizza straight out of the oven! My only complaint has to do with customer service. We weren't greeted when we walked in and none of the servers asked if we needed help with ordering. I forgot to get her name but one server in particular has a shitty attitude. She was rude and had a bad attitude as if she were annoyed by having to do her job and make our pizzas and seemed eager to be done with our order. Thankfully our cashier was the polar opposite. She was kind, helpful, and engaging. Hopefully no one else will have to deal with that rude chick. If she serves us again with the same attitude, I'll make sure to get her name and complain to the manager. Other than the customer service, I recommend this to everyone especially pizza lovers! My first experience was awesome but lately it's been mediocre. I had the craving for this pizza. I was disappointed when the pizza was delivered and the crust was burnt so i ate around the burnt crust leaving very little pizza. I will give them another chance but the staff training should be to remake burnt pizza. It should be mandatory that burnt pizza is to be tossed and remade as well as contact customer of the delay. I've always gone to YourPie since they opened, however I believe tonight will be the last night. Over the 3 years they've added more people at the same time losing my market. I always place an order either there or otp and send someone to pick up. I was very disappointed to hear that they made my food the first time wrong didn't ask me about changes. On remaking my pizza and pastas they gave me a kiddie pizza and said that's all they could do for a remake. Again didn't ask me what I wanted to change in my pasta as I tried to tell them no garlic as they chunked it into the mix AGAIN. Overall just paid $30 for food I couldn't fully eat. This place is ok I prefer mod pizza better though. The first time I came here the bottom of my pizza was kind of burnt but it more had burnt chunks from the oven not being cleaned stuck to it. The second time I came it was a little better. It's a great place for a individual pizza for a quick lunch, but I wouldn't take a whole family here. It's nice you get to choose whatever toppings you want at no additional price. I always have to have ranch with my pizza and I think they charge for ranch. I came back to this location about 4 weeks ago and the price has increased since the last time I visited. My pizza was also smaller with less ingredients and the service was slow. I completed the online survey and the next day I received a very nice email from the corporate office asking which location I visited and wrote they would have the location follow up with me immediately. After one week I hadn't received a response from the local store so I responded back to the original corporate email to give them a heads up that I hadn't been contacted yet by the local store. After another week I still hadn't received an answer from the local store and no response from the corporate office. I decided to send a tweet to @YourPie to explain the situation. After another week still no email, phone, or twitter response so I returned to twitter to send Your Pie another tweet only to find out that Your Pie blocked me on Twitter. What??? I may or may not have been here twice this week. Hold the judgment until you've gone to try it yourself. The first time was before the grand opening event when they partnered with Augusta Warrior Project and allowed you to get a free pizza and some of the proceeds from anything else that you've ordered (or just donations) goes to Augusta Warrior Project. I was a little nervous because they allowed 200 people to sign up for the 11-1PM slot, but it was very organized and I was in and sitting down with my pizza in less than 20 minutes. I first tried the Ischia pizza, that has olive oil base with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil and garlic. I added on sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes at no additional charge. The crust was good and thin and just the right size. My only complaint was that the sun-dried tomatoes got a little burnt but the pizza itself was good. I just knew next time I wouldn't do the olive oil base, that's all. I got a greek salad and while the salad was small and didn't have much on it, the Greek dressing was really good. Something else that stood out from this trip was that one of the employees actually gave the little girl in front of me a little ball of dough to play with (after asking her parents if it was okay) and I thought that was really sweet. Last night we came after a long day of kickball and my husband got the pesto base, ricotta, mozzarella, salami, meatballs and fresh basil. The only thing he said it was missing was the tomatoes, but beside that it was really good. I tried The Nat (basil pesto, mozzarella, feta, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, spinach) and I added artichokes. Oh man, this one was perfect. Not sure I would change a single thing about it. I want to try other combos but this one is so good, it may be hard to switch. We also got one scoop of the blood orange gelato and that was really good. The tiramisu one caught our eye, so we may try that one next time. The interior is nice, especially with the garage doors in front that can open and awesome light fixtures. I like this place for a quick good bite. It's like subway for pizza, but better. You pick any toppings you want from sauces, cheeses, meats, etc. The pizza is really good and quick. Just be careful not to overload on toppings because if you get items with too much water in them, your pizza will be soggy. I recommended this place. read more
