Stromboli w sausage, mushrooms, onions and green peppers

The dining area was clean and had an Italian ambiance. The stromboli was huge, the quality of dough and ingredients were awesome (especially the sauce). When talking w the owner, he confirmed that their sauce is homemade and they take great pride in it so no wonder. The best stromboli I've ever had. Can't wait to come back and try the pizza!

Love the vibe of this place. Feels like I'm actually in NYC. Staff is always friendly as well. I tried their pizza once and the sauce was a little too sweet for me. However, their sandwiches are great. I've tried the chicken Parmesan and the Philly. The Philly is TOP NOTCH. I couldn't believe I was able to get a sandwich like that in Canton.

New in town, so decided to try the neighborhood Italian pizza place. Was very sad to see that their pizza is nothing but dough - very dry, hardly any cheese or sauce; I asked for pepperoni & mushrooms to be added at an extra charge of $7.00. While I don't mind paying extra for extra items , I do want them to be evident. As you can see from the picture hardly any cheese, hardly any pepperoni and hardly any mushrooms. This pizza cost me $24. Save your money and order from Domino's. Will NOT be frequenting this place again.

We really enjoyed the sausage Parm and eggplant Parm. Friendly staff and high quality food in a laid back casual setting. The canoli were exceptional as well.

The dining area in here is...small. We got here right after the church crowd let out, and there was a very large family that beat us there, so we got stuck in the corner and had to do some acrobatics to maneuver around them, and the had several young children and the acoustics are not favorable to whiny babies (nobody's fault, but something to keep in mind if you decide to visit). I would say their prices are a little high for the calzone toppings ($1.25/each) considering you get a little bit more than an ounce per addition, but the calzones are borderline perfect. Our food arrived within about 15 minutes of ordering, which is impressive considering we had so many people that had ordered before us. The marinara they serve with it is not like your typical pizza joint marinara; this is the real deal. The thickness of the dough lends itself to giving the calzone a gently crispy exterior with pillows goodness of mozzarella & ricotta on the inside, I just wish that the amount of toppings would be proportionate to their price tag. Give me more of them or reduce the charges. My wife got the meatball parmesan sandwich, and let me tell you, from the ciabatta to the sausage to the sauce, it's a very good sandwich...the sausage has that snap and Italian seasoned flavor, the sauce has the zing, the ciabatta is light & crispy in a way that doesn't leave the roof of your mouth all scraped and cut up. The next time we visit, I just hope it's not with a crowd present.

I love pizza from Amicis. My only complaint is that it tastes so good that I over eat and get a belly ache.

I reserved a table for five here for Mother's Day because we've had mostly good experiences here,…read morehaven't been in a little while, and they had both crab cake Benedict and bottomless mimosas on the prix fixe menu, two of my wife's favorite things. They were clearly understaffed, which was apparent from checking in with the hostess. The line of people waiting to check in with her caused the waiter taking desserts downstairs to have to wait up to five minutes with that tray. Once we were seated, we thought things might go better. Crab cake Benedict was the #1 choice for my wife and BIL, but the kids' menu didn't have the chicken and waffles the guy who called to confirm my reservation had mentioned. That was no problem because my kids have learned to find something to eat wherever we take them, and I ordered chicken and waffles to share with them because I love my kids and knew I would get enough food one way or another. The mimosa came in a wine glass because they had run out of flutes, which was fine by my wife, but she said they tasted heavier on the juice than on the prosecco. My waffles came out a bit burnt, but they replaced them with no problem when we pointed it out. My kids got fresh waffles, and I enjoyed the burnt ones. The chicken was one decent piece for a person, but split between my daughter and me was less than I had hoped for. Thankfully, the salad was a decent appetizer. When the crab cakes Benedict came, we were shocked to see a mess of scrambled eggs on a thin crab cake with an English muffin under. We always ask for hollandaise on the side because that sauce can go several different ways of bad, but in this instance we were genuinely confused how a benedict could come with anything other than poached eggs! The flavor was okay, but the texture and presentation left a lot to be desired. My wife only finished half of hers and didn't touch the limp fries. You can probably figure out how I made do with food in this instance. Our kids, meanwhile, devoured their food like we had starved them their whole lives, so on the plus side we didn't have to hear kids whining about food! Service was polite but very slow. I don't know that we'll be back. With the abundance of good restaurants in our area, it's going to be hard to justify returning here.

My…read moreonline search led me to this restaurant, and I ordered an 18 inch pizza, figuring that it would not only be a nice birthday pizza, but also feed me for a couple of days. My experience was extremely disappointing. First, it was clear that no f**ks were given by the kitchen staff because the pie was too large for the box, so they just folded it over so it would fit. This, obviously, is less than ideal, because the toppings stuck to the part of the pizza it was folded over. Not a good start. Then...the taste. Either someone in the kitchen dumped a butt load of salt onto the pizza or the dough was made with too much salt, because all I could taste was SALT. The toppings, when peeled off, were quite edible with no salty taste, so I can only conclude that the pie was either sabotaged in the kitchen or the dough it was made from is garbage. Thank you, Saporitos, for ruining my birthday pie. I will not do business with this restaurant in the future and I recommend that anyone seeking an alternative from the major pizza places avoid this business unless you enjoy a pizza that just tastes like bloody SALT.

We had a big group so we went big with the pizzas and appetizers. lol Large traditional cheese, large pineapple (who ordered that) lol and a large sausage black olives and onions. Delicious sauce, good crust and the tasty toppings were a hit. And the appetizers were the bomb. Breaded and Fried Zucchini sticks disappeared quickly and the bacon and melted cheese fries were amazing. But their garlic knots were the hit of the table. So much butter, Parmesan and garlic you couldn't see the knots! And all paired well with a nice selection of ice cold beers. Don't forget to check the daily dinner specials. Thursday is my favorite. A large pizza for the price of a small (Plenty for leftovers the next day). And I don't know how they do the daily lunch special. All you can eat for 12.99. That's crazy. All that and an awesome server made Saporito's a fun and satisfying experience.
