Dorothy offered to schedule a tech that afternoon and then started running through the most common causes. With her on the line I found a blown fuse on the units motherboard and was able to replace it (props to Home Depot for having them in stock). Bottom line, she was polite, responsive AND helped me solve the issue over the phone at no cost. I will definitely call Davey Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Within ~10 minutes, got a call from this company who asked some basic questions and troubleshooted some things over the phone, without even talking amount payment or price. When that didn't work after an hour, I messaged back and they got me on the schedule for the next day (it was already 5pm by this time. They came promptly during the window and gave me heads up, figured out the issue in less than 15 minutes, and gave me a range of options and prices. He actually taught me several things about the AC and showed me how to do some repairs myself and where to get parts, and lo and behold it worked like a charm! Couldn't be happier with the quality, speed, and friendliness of the service. Got my AC pumping ice cold air in time to get the house cool for my kids' naps. Davey will absolutely be my go-to from now on and I would recommend them to anyone and everything.

    This company was great, especially Nick the Electrician that came to our house. We were having…read moreissues with our smoke detectors. I called Mighty & was pleased that someone answered the phone vs getting a voicemail. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Communication was wonderful - via email, text & phone call reminders of appointment. We even got a text letting us know our technician was on his way, including the name, bio, photo & tracking info. Nick arrived early, he was friendly & professional, as well as very competent & thorough in resolving our immediate problem. Nick also gave us a reasonable estimate for future work if needed. They are all incompetent, they send a new person every time, they do it wrong every time. After installation, I found myself calling them daily to fix problems that just kept happening. The new system ended up being worse than the first system that I had. In the end they told me that they oversold me on the product, and they installed it improperly. So now they have to start over. I have spent almost 100k with this company and had nothing but headaches. They have been coming to my house for the past 7 weeks in a row, and still nothing has been done/fixed. They send new techs every time, it seems like everybody quits or they can't retain any employees. And the manager/owner does not care about frustrated customers or "making things right" as they love to say every single time I tell them something is wrong. I seem to be stuck using them since everything is under warranty and I don't want to call another company and spend money to fix everything that they messed up. But it seems that's how it's going to be. I have resorted to writing a bad review because I'm still waiting for them to call me back after they told me to my face that they installed the new unit incorrectly and they sold me the incorrect one. You would think if they did something wrong they would do everything in their power to fix it, unfortunately it's up to me to call Monday morning every week to ask for someone to come out here and fix things.
