It was at the point it would have cost me over 800 bucks to fix it. I called around, some places never called be back or they wanted a ridiculous amount of money to look at. As I was doing research on repair places I came across Computer Serenity. Robert called be back.I explained the problem. He said he would come out and look at. I was so impressed that he would come to me. I wouldn't have to lug the big heavy computer out some where. He looked at while he here. He explained to me what was wrong in easy to under stand language. He told me how much it would cost it. I was extremely happy with his price. SCORE! I needed to have this done all along and never actually did it. I was planning to have the tv mounted, buy a long cord to plug it in and then once I had the chance, I'd get that outlet installed to make life easier. I didn't realize this at time but when I purchased his services on Amazon, I didn't just hire any old person to come and mount my television. I hired a licensed electrician! He installed my power outlet, mounted my television, concealed both the power and cable wires and even marked my electrical box in the basement! He did a hell of a lot more than those Geeks at Best Buy! (That's a fact, btw, I'm speaking from experience). There was an additional charge for installing the power outlet but it was a very reasonable price. He was very patient, didn't rush through his work and made sure we were happy .
