I got on an initial consultation call with him almost two weeks ago and he was totally unprepared. He spent half of time complaining about his WiFi and taking other calls or answering the door. The other half of the time he demanded that I do half of his job (fill out some Schedule E forms) and agree to an increased rate. Both of which I did on the same day. Between then and now, he's promised updates several times and failed to deliver. He ignored messages and failed to make progress on the tax return. On April 9 (6 days before deadline), Vikash cancelled the agreement and sent the tax request (with no work done) back to TaxFyle. If you don't want to be ghosted and gaslighted in the two weeks before the tax deadline, I suggest you look elsewhere.
