The meet-and-greet, photo opportunities, incredible performances, beautiful ambiance, and stunning aesthetics made for such a fun and lively atmosphere. The property itself is gorgeous, and the food was absolutely delicious. The entertainers were talented, engaging, and kept the energy high from beginning to end. It was the perfect outing for our girls' trip, and we all had an amazing time. My only concern is the drink menu. It should clearly identify all ingredients, especially when drinks contain fruit or other common allergens. I informed the wait staff that I have a food allergy, and my original drink was promptly taken away and replaced. Unfortunately, the replacement still triggered an allergic reaction, and I had to be escorted out of the drag brunch to be evaluated by medical personnel. I sincerely appreciate how compassionate, professional, and helpful the hotel staff were during the emergency. However, I hope the venue takes this as an opportunity to improve its drink menu labeling and allergy protocols because this situation could have had a much more serious outcome. Despite that unfortunate incident, the drag brunch itself was outstanding, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, entertaining, and unforgettable experience in Palm Springs.

After a quick tour of the property, she led us right to the bar where we met the bartender extraordinaire, Christian. Super sweet and got our first cocktails to us right away. Both were great! The rest of the afternoon was wonderful! We lounged, swam, and loved life. When in Palm Springs, one must roast in the sun. We completely did that in style here. Christian was awesome and care around every 15-20 minutes or so to check on us and made sure we were a-ok! Such great service here. Beautiful afternoon over at Trixie Motel!
