The store itself is very unorganized, and the online inventory doesn't seem to accurately reflect what is actually available in the store, which makes it frustrating if you're coming in looking for something specific. The checkout experience was especially frustrating. The clerk took an unusually long time to complete a simple transaction, and it became pretty apparent that he was distracted or doing something else. After standing there waiting, I finally asked if everything was okay, and coincidentally my transaction was completed almost immediately afterward. I understand that stores get busy and employees have other things to handle, but basic communication and attentiveness go a long way. This could be a great place for people who enjoy browsing and collecting games, but unfortunately the poor customer service, disorganization, and inaccurate online inventory make it hard to recommend.

Yesterday I blew a hydraulic line on the lead mower, so I had to pull out my back up riding mower. NOPE, that wasn't necessary because even though it was a unique battery, he had one! From the time I called him to the time the battery was installed was around 2 hours.
