I called first to ask if they were open and available - They were. I had never heard of this store before. Upon arrival I was quickly seen and discussed the issues with the employee there. The employee stated that they did not have the Pixel 6 Pro batteries in stock at that location but that I could travel ~40 minutes to one of their other locations and get the service done there or I could wait and have one of their regional staff managers bring a battery another day, or have them order a battery. Since they offered the service, and it's built into their price, I opted to have them transfer the battery from the secondary location, figuring it would be faster than ordering one... I left with my phone and waited a few days. The receipt stated that I'd be notified by 06/11. So on the morning of 06/12 I contacted the store to inquire if the parts had come in. The employee stated that the parts were in-store and that they had called an left a voicemail (and gave me the time of the VM call) on my phone, but I never received it. No worries! I'm sure they did leave me one. I'm just happy to finally be able to get it fixed. Not stressing over a day! Upon arrival they stated that they were going to put my phone into a repair mode and that they wouldn't be able to access any of my data while it was in that mode, and to enter and exit that mode they'd need my PIN (which they DO NOT write down or keep in any way). Very happy to see that their customers' personal data, in their phone is secure, and that curious eyes wouldn't be looking through it (not that I think they would!) Nice to see they care to educate and re-assure their customer base. They also use GENUINE and not aftermarket parts for Google and Samsung, unlike other shops. The only gripe I had was the price -- but then again, who doesn't whine over an expensive bill?! ...$150+ for a battery replacement seems a bit much. But, I do understand that they need to pay for 2 staff members every day, insurance, rent for the space, and parts... But, at least maybe give first-time customers a 10-30% discount to keep them coming back, maybe..? Another shop told me they'd do the battery replacement for $80. But again.. who doesn't want best price? It's crazy to me that it's failing so soon, when I've always kept it in a case, only dropped it twice, and always take care with it. I ordered the phone in April 2022, from Google, for just over $1,050! I am happy with the service I got, and hopefully this will be the only time I'll have to make such a heavy investment into a phone that's not even 4 years old to me yet... They said yes - Speaker brought in and 69.00 Diagnostic Fee paid - the were very efficient in determining My amplifier component was Blown -- They said I would need to pay for the replacement component up front and I authorized payment for "new amp " via credit card via textual and phone communication . I specifically told the Manager that I wanted Electrovoice OEM replacement components- They said no problem and speaker would be ready in approx 2 weeks . Segway -- 3 months later - they said delay was that they Did not have a Technician on Staff and job was on hold till they could find a replacement technician. I became somewhat suspicious when the manager kept trying to sell me on idea of getting a custom replacement speaker -- Told him , No Thank you sir-- Then he tells me That the future for investing was Cryptocurrency and they had a on site Bitcoin Vending Machine - that worked by digital payment . I told him I was Not interested and we needed to focus on the task of repairing my speaker. I had made multiple calls over the summer to check on the status . The Manager would not return my calls by text nor cellphone conversation. However, when I utilized someone else's phone with a different # , he would pick up the phone and answer promptly . I went there to see WTF was going on . He assured me that it was a labor issue . He needed more time. Long story short - he has some ? " Technician" "complete the repair" . I go to pick it up and notice that there is an aftermarket Brand Amp ... I said this was not what we agreed on . He stated when the initial tech ordered replacement OEM amp - it did not fit I said to him- that he did not order the correct Mfg OEM Why ? Because I personally called Electro voice in Greer SC and gave them the serial number and part numbers on back of matching speaker. They verified they had exact replacement and also offer a factory revamp and repair of my unit . I thought one stop connect would be a faster and effective solution I was totally Fooled by this Con artist -- I now have a speaker with incorrect bootleg part that still doesn't function properly -- I called to ask for refund and I would return the Bootleg amp . The manager has now moved the business ( He said that something unforeseen had occurred and they were in the process of relocating to Herndon). He has stood me up with more excuses beyond reasonable and professional consideration I have been more than patient - trying to give the guy a break ( that was my Mistake ) He refuses to answer my call . I would like notify the Police but this is a Civil Matter -- I would not let these people change a light bulb in my flashlight -- This Business is unethical , unprofessional and totally inept . The phone had always been kept in a case and, to her knowledge, had never been dropped or exposed to water. There was no crack on the phone when she brought it in. After picking up the phone, she noticed that the camera was not working properly and that the front camera appeared to have a smudge or obstruction. She returned to the shop the very next morning to report the issue. At that point, she also noticed a sharp crack on the top-right corner of the phone (attached image). This crack was not there when she brought the phone in, and the phone had remained in a hard shell case for the past 4 years. Naturally, she was very concerned about how the damage had appeared. What was especially concerning was that the shop never mentioned any crack or damage when she dropped off OR picked up the phone. When she called the next morning, one of the first questions she was asked was whether she had dropped the phone which was a weird question to ask before she even mentioned any of the issue. When she returned to the shop, they claimed that she had dropped the phone, cracked it, and then somehow exposed it to water, resulting in water damage. She did not drop the phone or expose it to water within such a small time frame. She also asked about documentation of the phone's condition when it was dropped off and was told that the shop does not take before-and-after photos. So there is no documentation from the shop showing that the crack or other damage was present before the repair. She brought the phone in for a battery replacement and immediately afterward had a non-working camera, a smudged front camera, and a new crack that was not there when she dropped the phone off. The fact that the shop did not document the phone's condition and did not disclose the crack when she picked it up is extremely concerning. She is now disputing the charge and possibly filing Consumer Complaint with Virginia AG because she does not believe the damage occurred before she brought the phone in. If you use this shop, I would strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of your phone--including all four corners, the screen, cameras, and back--before handing it over for any repair. Or better, just save yourself and your phone from any headache and avoid this place at all cost.

He told me he had the new screen in stock and he would call me later on the day with a status. He called me. The new screen did not work but he said sometimes nes screens are defective. He ordered a new screen which came the next day. He called me to let me know he installed the 2nd new screen and that i could pick it up anytime. I did an hour later. The phone was in great working condition. He did not budge on his original price. I will definitely take any repairs to Alibaba's again in the future and spread the word to anybody else i need. I had not removed anything else. 3 hrs later when I came Ken had removed all 5 screws and he left the ribbon connector completely unscrewed. I asked him to put 2 stripped screws and connect the ribbon back and he said I have stripped the 2 screws really bad he only cut off the heads while rest of the screws were still inside the phone. He also said 1 ribbon connector was damaged. I find it hard to believe that a ribbon was damaged as I never removed anything other than trying to remove the 2 stripped screws. He removed other screws I never asked him to remove. My phone was working fine until I took it to Ken. Now there is damage to the entire phone as it cannot be used to make any calls.
