After I was treated with much rudeness and disrespect at Cellular Sales at 1111 E 86th Street, I entered this location. After I told the two gentlemen working about my experience at that location, tthey assured me that they could help me. Cameron helped me activate my SIM card which took all of 5 minutes (something that the associate at the other store acted like she couldn't help me do and that it would be a lengthy process etc). I also purchased a cable from them and if I had been eligible, I would've upgraded my phone with them on the spot. Cameron and Hardeep were very professional and personable and just based off of this interaction, if I ever need assistance or want to make a purchase, I will use this location. I had actually considered leaving Verizon based on the way I was treated at the other location, but due to my positive experience here, I have no problem remaining a loyal customer. read more

4 minutes ago-Edit This store has absolutely made me hate the company, Verizon. I bought an iPhone 11 Pro Max online and picked it up at this store. Unfortunately, I didn't realize till four days later (TODAY) that the iPhone camera has a black spot on and I did all of the troubleshooting that I could think of. I called Verizon Wireless and they said that the store would be able to do an exchange since I just bought it. Drove all the way over to the store, twice today, WASTED MY GAS, and was told that I would have to contact Verizon online because I purchased it online and that the store couldn't do an exchange. The second time I drove back over there and tried to do a return which was also an issue for them because they are such LIARS. The manager and his workers are a bunch of liars with no integrity. I was told that I'd have to pay a $35 restock fee for a phone that I tried to exchange for. Don't waste your time going to this one there are better Verizon stores with employees who actually care about the customer. read more

I hate upgrading phones and all the hassle that goes with it, but Hardeep made it pretty painless. In addition to transferring the data from my old phone to my new one, he helped troubleshoot some compatibility issues with my Macbook and my car sound system. I was extremely pleased with the service. Part of my charger was stuck in the port. He was able to remove it and I also decided to get the screen replaced. All of this was done in less than 30 minutes. His service was prompt and professional. He could also tell that I was stressing out and was able to assure me that everything would work out.
