    Grilled chicken quesadilla

Pretty sure my friends and I got racially profiled at this restaurant. Two Latinas and an African-American Indian women. My friends and I were having a girls night and we arrived at 8:00 pm and when we first arrived, we were told there was a 25 minutes wait. We waited almost an hour to be seated, other people that arrived after us got seated before us. The rest room was disgustingly dirty and when told about it, the worker said that they knew but they were busy. It took over 20 minutes for our server to come over and ask us what we wanted to order. Then it took about 40 minutes for it to come out. My food, as seen in the pictures, came out like warm, greasy and with no seasoning on the chicken. One friend of mine ordered chicken fingers and it came out cold. Another friend of mine ordered a burger, medium well and it came burnt inside and out.. Our server hasn't checked on those almost the whole time we were sitting and till we got the manager involved and then she can't come over every five minutes. Now, as we're leaving, all the surrounding stores around us are closed and now we cannot even finish enjoying our evening and we came far to visit our friend. I'm trying to give this half a star and it will not allow me so I'm gonna give it a one star. I did not recommend this place at all and this is the location at Chagrin Falls on Main Street.

Yours Truly was not great. My chicken was overcooked and burnt on the outside. My mom had a burger and fries, which she said was A-okay. I'd try something different in the area next time.

We loved it here! It gives the vibes of a small diner, while looking cute and full of life! The prices are great and there are so many options. We all enjoyed our food and there was plenty of extras! I'd definitely go back for more.

First time checking out this location, to start our server was not friendly. She came over with an angry demeanor and didn't even ask what to get our table to eat, she just looked at us when she was ready to write down our order. Interesting serving technique. Food was average overall, a little pricy and had to pay extra for fries with a sandwich which was even more expensive. Place was booming, just maybe not the best experience we could have had.

It was a busy Sunday when the two of us tried this Yours Truly but the wait for our food was insane. We didn't have a complicated order either but they totally messed up my friend's order (they didn't make the omelette with egg whites) and mine was cold when it arrived. It was tasty, but I've had better experiences elsewhere.

Stopped here to check out the upstairs Christmas bar. Lots of holiday themed beverages. This place is a diner, so temper your expectations when it comes to food. It's good, not great. I had the General Tso's chicken dish. It was fine. Service was perfect. The decor upstairs during Christmas is fun! Lots of things to look at! Definitely worth a visit if you love a diner style restaurant.

We always have to go to Yours Truly when we're back in town. This is one of those places where you have to know what to get because the good stuff is really good. The notso fries and the monte Cristo sandwich are my favorites.

Good visit and an impromptu dinner with the family on a Sunday. The restaurant was steady, no wait. The food was good, as-always, their burgers are delicious. I love the change to these spiral fries, they're crispy and extra crunchy. A couple of service related things...we ordered a large side of loaded Lotso Notso to share amongst is and it didn't come out with the meal. It came-out as my wife was finishing her burger. Also, one of our daughters got a sandwich with intent to share the "community" fries and they brought out a sandwich with fries and billed us for that. I didn't say anything because we ate it, but it wasn't something we ordered. My youngest daughter got the "mouse" pancakes. For $6 to not come with meat and the pancake was tough as leather, maybe I should have guided her away from that. Finally at the end of the meal, needing refills, boxes and our check; our server was nowhere to be found. Overall, good place to go. We'll be back, since it's local and everywhere around here.

    40th birthday dinner love diners

This little quaint place, came highly recommended by the locals in Chagrin, as I was in town to experience the town and all its charm and needed some dinner. Dining a little later, made my 40th birthday dinner remarkable, in this diner style restaurant with a bar in the front. My mom and I would always celebrate our birthdays, with dinner, so to honor her memory and our tradition this was my choice. My server was friendly, service was prompt in receiving my food and drinks. I ordered the grilled salmon, side salad, and a side of spinach and onions. Reasonable price compared to back home in Buffalo, NY. I would return in the future if in town.

Upon entering you are faced with a counter filled with and covered by all the wonderful foods and treats you could ask for. Many display the "Blue Ribbons" they were awarded at the Geauga County Fair; and they are well deserved. We stopped in for breakfast this morning. I ordered a blueberry scone with a large cappuccino. My wife got the breakfast wrap and a cup of coffee. We sat in the window of this cute little establishment, thoroughly enjoying our treasures, and just enjoyed the coming of spring. The entire time we were there locals hand in hand with spouses, some pushing strollers, and others with toddlers in tow, all came and went with wonderful treats for their morning. I must tell you, this is the kind of place that just makes you feel good about life. You must give them a visit. You'll be glad you did.

Per our request, our party of six was seated on the outdoor patio overlooking the Chagrin River waterfall, which made for a beautiful setting. One thing to note: you cannot reserve patio seating in advance, but you can request it upon arrival if space is available. We started with four appetizers: *Heavenly Biscuits - AMAZING. *Short Rib Potstickers - Excellent. *Spinach Artichoke Dip - Excellent. *Grilled Artichoke - Good, but not really my style of dish. For entrées, we tried several different items: *Grilled Fish of the Day (Grouper) - Excellent, although the portion was on the smaller side. *Lake Erie Walleye Fish & Chips - Very good. *Thai Steak Noodle Salad - Excellent. *Steak and Frites - Excellent. We also ordered two sides: *Coleslaw - Very good. Is it the best coleslaw I've ever had? No. Is it excellent and worth ordering? Absolutely. *Roasted Baby Yukons - Excellent. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the restaurant graciously provided a complimentary dessert sundae. While the gesture was appreciated, I do wish guests were given a choice of dessert. The sundae was fine, but with several outstanding ice cream shops nearby, the ice cream itself was fairly average. Service was quick and efficient overall. There were a few minor areas for improvement: Wet naps would have been appreciated, as we had to request extra napkins multiple times throughout the meal. Service slowed down a bit during the dinner rush. The steak entrée arrived noticeably later than the rest of the main courses, which may have been due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. It also took a little longer than expected to receive extra plates when requested. These were relatively minor issues, however, and did not significantly detract from the evening. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience with great food, a beautiful patio overlooking the waterfall, and solid service. We would gladly return and would certainly recommend it for special occasions or a nice evening out.

The atmosphere was like a storage room in a cave for random dry goods. The "floor" was uneven and hazardous especially in the bathrooms. The stone, brick, beams are all exposed (hipsters and the bourgeoise love this, lol), the ceiling is tres low and stifling, the lighting is super dim. It is so cramped and small that you are seated maybe 1ft away from the next table. The waitress squeezes between your tables to take orders and you end up with her butt touching your utensils and dish, mon dieu. Prices are very high and portions are mid. I was so disappointed there was not one duck dish on the whole menu! I ended up just going with the shortrib (also not on the menu but specials) and it was super mid. The veggies were boiled and completely bland. The sauce included was starchy, basic and bland. The shortrib was admittedly tender and well cooked but where the heck is the flavor?! I've spent 7 days in France and every dish I've had there was very flavorful! This does not compare. The blue cheese cognac butter from the bread smelled really bad but was okay. Why not choose a less divisive, maggoty type of cheese for a flavor? Honey pear butter or champagne butter would've been so much more exciting and better to pair with the rough bread. We had reservations but things still took a while. Bathrooms were cute but I almost slipped because of the jagged, uneven 17th century like floors. My BF loved this place, vibe and food so good for him, I guess, haha. To me, it did not live up to fine dining standards and the taste of the food could not elevate it.

Placed appetizers order of crab cakes and smash burger. Waited a bit and then placed order for two salads as part of our dinners. Salads came out before the appetizers. I must say the crab cakes were delicious (maybe not $26 delicious), the smash burger was ok, very greasy and fries were not very hot. My biggest disappointment was my entree, Parmesan Crusted Seabass which is one of my all time favorites that I order when I see it on the menu. The plate looked delicious but looks can be deceiving. The Seabass was more breaded than Parmesan crusted. Usually When I order this it is Seabass topped with shredded Parmesan cheese and baked, this was not that! Then the sauce that covered the spinach and potatoes and lobster pieces had red chili flakes added(which is not noted on the menu) which added "heat" to the dish that I was not expecting nor was I able to eat. For $55 I was very disappointed. No, I didn't mention this at the time as we were dining with family and I didn't want to disrupt the dinner by sending it back. Such a simple thing to note on the menu description! The short rib was the best entree of the table, nice portion and delicious sauce. The filet was tiny, maybe 4 oz. Definitely not anywhere near 8 in as stated on the menu and it was hard to find with all of the broccoli on the plate. We will be visiting family here again but definitely won't be back here. On another note, the music they were playing would be more suitable to a dance club than a venue such as this.
