    Grilled chicken quesadilla

Pretty sure my friends and I got racially profiled at this restaurant. Two Latinas and an African-American Indian women. My friends and I were having a girls night and we arrived at 8:00 pm and when we first arrived, we were told there was a 25 minutes wait. We waited almost an hour to be seated, other people that arrived after us got seated before us. The rest room was disgustingly dirty and when told about it, the worker said that they knew but they were busy. It took over 20 minutes for our server to come over and ask us what we wanted to order. Then it took about 40 minutes for it to come out. My food, as seen in the pictures, came out like warm, greasy and with no seasoning on the chicken. One friend of mine ordered chicken fingers and it came out cold. Another friend of mine ordered a burger, medium well and it came burnt inside and out.. Our server hasn't checked on those almost the whole time we were sitting and till we got the manager involved and then she can't come over every five minutes. Now, as we're leaving, all the surrounding stores around us are closed and now we cannot even finish enjoying our evening and we came far to visit our friend. I'm trying to give this half a star and it will not allow me so I'm gonna give it a one star. I did not recommend this place at all and this is the location at Chagrin Falls on Main Street.

Yours Truly was not great. My chicken was overcooked and burnt on the outside. My mom had a burger and fries, which she said was A-okay. I'd try something different in the area next time.

We loved it here! It gives the vibes of a small diner, while looking cute and full of life! The prices are great and there are so many options. We all enjoyed our food and there was plenty of extras! I'd definitely go back for more.

First time checking out this location, to start our server was not friendly. She came over with an angry demeanor and didn't even ask what to get our table to eat, she just looked at us when she was ready to write down our order. Interesting serving technique. Food was average overall, a little pricy and had to pay extra for fries with a sandwich which was even more expensive. Place was booming, just maybe not the best experience we could have had.

It was a busy Sunday when the two of us tried this Yours Truly but the wait for our food was insane. We didn't have a complicated order either but they totally messed up my friend's order (they didn't make the omelette with egg whites) and mine was cold when it arrived. It was tasty, but I've had better experiences elsewhere.

Stopped here to check out the upstairs Christmas bar. Lots of holiday themed beverages. This place is a diner, so temper your expectations when it comes to food. It's good, not great. I had the General Tso's chicken dish. It was fine. Service was perfect. The decor upstairs during Christmas is fun! Lots of things to look at! Definitely worth a visit if you love a diner style restaurant.

We always have to go to Yours Truly when we're back in town. This is one of those places where you have to know what to get because the good stuff is really good. The notso fries and the monte Cristo sandwich are my favorites.

Good visit and an impromptu dinner with the family on a Sunday. The restaurant was steady, no wait. The food was good, as-always, their burgers are delicious. I love the change to these spiral fries, they're crispy and extra crunchy. A couple of service related things...we ordered a large side of loaded Lotso Notso to share amongst is and it didn't come out with the meal. It came-out as my wife was finishing her burger. Also, one of our daughters got a sandwich with intent to share the "community" fries and they brought out a sandwich with fries and billed us for that. I didn't say anything because we ate it, but it wasn't something we ordered. My youngest daughter got the "mouse" pancakes. For $6 to not come with meat and the pancake was tough as leather, maybe I should have guided her away from that. Finally at the end of the meal, needing refills, boxes and our check; our server was nowhere to be found. Overall, good place to go. We'll be back, since it's local and everywhere around here.

    40th birthday dinner love diners

This little quaint place, came highly recommended by the locals in Chagrin, as I was in town to experience the town and all its charm and needed some dinner. Dining a little later, made my 40th birthday dinner remarkable, in this diner style restaurant with a bar in the front. My mom and I would always celebrate our birthdays, with dinner, so to honor her memory and our tradition this was my choice. My server was friendly, service was prompt in receiving my food and drinks. I ordered the grilled salmon, side salad, and a side of spinach and onions. Reasonable price compared to back home in Buffalo, NY. I would return in the future if in town.

Good food, good service, nice views of Chagrin Falls. I recommend the not-so fries and pancakes.

It's a little out of the way, and since most folks are looking for a full scale restaurant they walk right by... BIG MISTAKE! All the locals are in the know though. That's where you'll find them. Upon entering you are faced with a counter filled with and covered by all the wonderful foods and treats you could ask for. Many display the "Blue Ribbons" they were awarded at the Geauga County Fair; and they are well deserved. We stopped in for breakfast this morning. I ordered a blueberry scone with a large cappuccino. My wife got the breakfast wrap and a cup of coffee. We sat in the window of this cute little establishment, thoroughly enjoying our treasures, and just enjoyed the coming of spring. The entire time we were there locals hand in hand with spouses, some pushing strollers, and others with toddlers in tow, all came and went with wonderful treats for their morning. I must tell you, this is the kind of place that just makes you feel good about life. You must give them a visit. You'll be glad you did.

We visited 17 River Grille for my mom's birthday (her suggestion, as she had previously been there…read morefor lunch), and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We had an amazing experience. Per our request, our party of six was seated on the outdoor patio overlooking the Chagrin River waterfall, which made for a beautiful setting. One thing to note: you cannot reserve patio seating in advance, but you can request it upon arrival if space is available. We started with four appetizers: *Heavenly Biscuits - AMAZING. *Short Rib Potstickers - Excellent. *Spinach Artichoke Dip - Excellent. *Grilled Artichoke - Good, but not really my style of dish. For entrées, we tried several different items: *Grilled Fish of the Day (Grouper) - Excellent, although the portion was on the smaller side. *Lake Erie Walleye Fish & Chips - Very good. *Thai Steak Noodle Salad - Excellent. *Steak and Frites - Excellent. We also ordered two sides: *Coleslaw - Very good. Is it the best coleslaw I've ever had? No. Is it excellent and worth ordering? Absolutely. *Roasted Baby Yukons - Excellent. Since we were celebrating a birthday, the restaurant graciously provided a complimentary dessert sundae. While the gesture was appreciated, I do wish guests were given a choice of dessert. The sundae was fine, but with several outstanding ice cream shops nearby, the ice cream itself was fairly average. Service was quick and efficient overall. There were a few minor areas for improvement: Wet naps would have been appreciated, as we had to request extra napkins multiple times throughout the meal. Service slowed down a bit during the dinner rush. The steak entrée arrived noticeably later than the rest of the main courses, which may have been due to the kitchen being overwhelmed. It also took a little longer than expected to receive extra plates when requested. These were relatively minor issues, however, and did not significantly detract from the evening. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience with great food, a beautiful patio overlooking the waterfall, and solid service. We would gladly return and would certainly recommend it for special occasions or a nice evening out.

Now I've…read morebeen there before no stranger to it but I felt there was some issues that needed to be addressed. Our reservation was for 7:30 we arrived about an hour early just because I really like being prompt. At first glance when you walk into place I reviewed the dress code. Apparently I'm the only one that reviewed the dress code. Baseball hats, t-shirts hoodies not the collared shirt casual business attire that was required on the website. We checked in for our appointment our only prerequisite is we really wanted to have something with the view for our anniversary. We waited in the bar and ordered some drinks while I pass the time with my lovely wife. There is a fruit fly issue that needs addressed. I could not help but notice for all the employees standing around they're certainly were a lot of tables that went un bussed. As you had people that wanted to be seated one could logically deduced that bussing the table with one way to do it. After a while I went back up to the server station to check on our status all three people at the service station were entrenched into their phones. Tick tock, Instagram doing anything but bussing tables and tending to the customers. I interrupted the ladies whom were supposed to be working to have them check on a table for me. Nothing was available yet but the table had to be cleaned off. Ironic because they could have put their damn phones down and cleaned the table. One of the biggest time wasters with employees and restaurants is that phone. There's a restaurant in Cleveland called Town Hall that once reported to work your phone gets locked up therefore you get locked in to your job. This place would benefit greatly by making their employees lock their phones up. We ended up getting a table on the patio downstairs and my wife nearly bit it on the dirty and greasy carpeting as we walked downstairs. It was gross and indefinite need of being cleaned. Overall everything seemed sticky and dirty windows made it feel unclean. We were seated at our table for about 12 minutes until we were approached by our server she was very nice but clearly she seemed a tad overworked I'm not sure how many other tables she had. I counted no more than four different servers and two busboys walking by this table that had a bunch of dirty glasses on it and nobody bothered to pick it up. My steak frites were the highlight of the evening my wife had the filet which was also amazing for her. We had finished our mail and our conversation and we're ready to go but unfortunately our server was MIA. I could see her through the windows she wasn't wasting time she was actually working she appeared to be one of the only ones working. She must have received my message and came out to bring us a box and the bill. I went into the into the restroom on my way out of the door and in the men's stall I couldn't help but notice the lock had been busted and you couldn't lock the door. Which was super awkward as I was using the restroom there was a fellow who opened the door and got an eyeful. Nice evening cap. As we traversed the slippery greasy steps to head back up and back out I couldn't help but think how far this place must have fallen. I was unable to spy any management as I kind of felt feedback was necessary at this point. I chuckled to myself as I passed the hostess station in the same hostess that seated us, that I had to have her get off her phone to seat us was still on her phone. Must have been a really good video. So to whomever the owner or manager of this establishment is do yourself a favor: eliminate phones. That's the only way to save this place. There's no excuse to leave glassware and dishes piling up on tables that could be used to seat folks that want to have an enjoyable dining experience. * Clean your establishment. * Eliminate phone usage. The lack of productivity did not go unnoticed. I was not the only customer whom noticed. * Repair broken restroom locks in the downstairs men's toilet * Address the fruit fly issue in the bar * Degrease the steps and carpeting before someone is injured * Make an attempt to enforce the dress code so you don't look like a chili's * MODs need to be visible. Management by presence is an effective way to enforce duties. It's a shame that a place with such a fantastic view is not a place I would go back to.
