My friend and I came here on a Sunday night for dinner. There is no designated lot so be prepared to look for a spot on the nearby streets. The ambiance is cozy and beautiful! We were seated in the back right by the fireplace. The server was attentive and brought us a delicious basket of all kinds of specialty breads and butter. We both ordered the pasta with pine nuts and cream sauce. It was delicious. We ordered desserts as well. I had the carrot cake, which was HUGE and very rich. Prices are on point for other nice restaurants in the area. The menu had lots of good choices. This was a nice variation from the other local dining establishments.

I LOVE Jojo's. It's my favorite restaurant in all of Cleveland. The food is always served to perfection, the waiters are so kind and thoughtful, and the vibes are immaculate. It's honestly a no brained Taylor Swift are here when she visited. I always feel like I'm treated like family, and nothing I've ever eaten has been bad. We even showed up an hour early for our reservation and they still sat us. Truly, a remarkable experience and dining location in the heart of chagrin falls. Parking is limited, but there's valet and its chagrin falls. If you head down a few streets you'll get a nice walk past the falls, so really there's no losing.

We went to JoJo's Bar for our anniversary lunch after a day out kayaking. My partner surprised me and requested to have us sit where Taylor and Travis sat. The team at JoJo's made it happen and we were so impressed! Service was stellar and everyone was so kind. The food was also so good. I had wedding soup and a spicy vodka pasta. Both were incredible! My partner had the clam chowder (I think - it was something seafood) and that was the winner in terms of soup. The meat ball that sat on top of my pasta was $12 for just the meatball which was a bit of a shock, but it was for sure worth the $12. We went during lunch time so we did not try the cocktails there, but they looked fabulous. It was a quiet and subtle ambiance that allowed for us to have a great time together!

I'm going to give Jojo's 4 starts still because they truly have amazing food. But for this takeout order I specifically requested a WELL DONE filet and when I get home and cut into it I get the complete opposite. That was disappointing. Other than that, the food was amazing per usual. Both of the potato dishes are honestly the best things they have at their restaurant.

Had Sunday brunch at Jo Jo's at 12:30, and had a nice experience. We had a reservation, but we probably didn't need one. Several couples walked in. Our server, Chara, was wonderful. She gave us menus, and time to look at them and visit with friends. The menu had several eggs dishes, shrimp, sandwiches and other items. We all chose the soup and half sandwich. We all enjoyed them. The Wedding soup and clam chowder were hardy in large bowls. The half sandwiches were on thick grain toast and tasted great. Charla was spot on taking care of us. For dessert we all chose coffee with Amaretto. A perfect ending.

Amazing Italian place, good steaks here and although it's a bit classy it's still a place I would go to for my lunch break. The staff is friendly and the food is just .. chefs kiss amazing. Their soups are out of this world but their steaks and steak salads.. mmmm so good. Don't be intimidated by the fancy facade, go here get the food and enjoy the service.

My family plus grandparents came to JoJo's bar the day after Christmas. The service was excellent as was the ambiance. We had a beautiful booth upstairs. We enjoyed the bread service and cocktails. Some in our party would have preferred some Italian bread rather than raisin bread. We had a couple of salmon dishes, Caesar salad, seasonal vegetables, two spaghetti and meatball and one spicy rigatoni with a meatball. Everyone loved their food!

I got the JoJo's salad and it was amazing!! Probably one of the best salads I've had and that really says a lot! The waiter was super nice and service was very quick and helpful. This place is a little pricy but I cannot complain, the food is amazing the service is also great! The food fills you up and gives you good portions, I highly recommend this place!

Christmas Eve at JoJo's. Had a reservation and glad I did. Placed was packed yet we were seated almost immediately. Even though we are residents of the Chagrin Valley, this was our first time here since it transitioned from Bird and Bull. Remodel is beautiful while still retaining the charm. Service....after a slightly slow start, was very good. The restaurant seemed fully staffed and no one seemed to be having any service issues. Food was excellent. I had the Filet Oscar....came out perfect, wife had the bolognese which she enjoyed very much. Had a couple of Manhattan's with dinner, wife had a martini. Both were excellent. Also had the calamari appetizer which I was told was excellent (I don't eat it). Pricing was fair for the type of restaurant it is. Parking can be a bit of a challenge if you don't know the area. All in all a great dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Highlights: the carbonara was absolutely delicious!!! Creamy but not heavy. The peas were sweet and well seasoned. It gave me the impression the chef seasoned throughout cooking not just at the end. The chicken and waffles was also a win. Waffles were bouncy and soft, the homemade whipped cream was addicting. Chicken was crispy and moist. The spritz flight I was not a fan of. Reading the menu it made sense why it tasted more like a mimosa flight but I was expecting mint in the Hugo spritz and a things a little more elevated. At the same time it was such a good price so simple made sense but a tad too sweet for me. Next time I would rather order the spritz individually and see if it's any different. When I asked for something that was above our servers pay grade the manager quickly and kindly handled it with a smile. So I would definitely say the service was very good. But ... unfortunately we always end up at the same sticking point -- The food. I have never been impressed by the overall menu. The selection is limited and not very imaginative. Very limited meat and fish options. And the pasta is lacking... both in selection and quality. I ordered the "Carbonara" last night. And just like the "Cacio e Pepe" I had during my previous visit, it was lukewarm and stuck together like glue. To say the flavor was lacking would be kind. So, after several attempts, I think we're done. Which is extremely sad. With all they have going for them they could be fabulous, but alas they are not.

The prices feel a couple dollars higher than you'd want them to be ($18 for a smash burger or a 12-inch pizza) but are comparable with similar restaurants in the area. My parents and I split the Medjool dates starter, Crunchy Greens salad and a mushroom pizza and all were very good and enough for all of us to enjoy (sorry, forgot to take pics). The wine list did include a good selection of excellent Italian wines by the glass. I enjoyed a very nice Amarone. I started with the "Fried Olives" which were tasty but just looked like a plate of marbles. My brother ordered the "Eggplant Meatballs" which I must say were excellent. I finally came here with some friends for the first time. We made reservations on a Monday because it's half price wine. Which is a pretty good deal. They have a nice wine list. I looked over the menu here on Yelp first so I kinda knew the options. Pasta is one of the most economical options. I do know they make their own. Which means cost is probably higher. But over $20 a plate for pasta is kinda crazy to me. All prices are over $20 a plate. Including pizza's. So this is not a casual dinner night in my mind. It is a 1x or 2x a year place. Because you know your bill is going to be high. We got the cheese sticks. They were good. Again looked homemade. The sticks were good. I got the eggplant, and someone got the cavatelli and meatballs, pasta pomodoro with meatballs and another eggplant. The eggplant comes With pasta side. Salad is extra. We did not get. They were pretty crowded for a Monday and it took a bit for our food. But we weren't in a huge hurry. So that is fine. It came out hot and was pretty good. Lots of cheese. Sauce is kinda bland if I am being honest. Very tomato forward with not a lot of other flavor except garlic. Oh this place loves garlic. The bread and the dipping sauce at the table are loaded with it. I am not a big garlic person so I did not touch it. But if you think Italian food should have a ton of garlic then this is for you. Work on your other flavor profiles as well in your sauce not just garlic. Server was very friendly and attentive. She worked hard to make sure we were happy. The place is small but fits people well. Decorated for Christmas nicely. Overall I guess it was just OK. Nothing blew me away. It was good. Not great. For the price I want great. Money is tight and a fancy Italian dinner at $70+ bucks a couple should be great. Maybe I am antiquated in my thoughts but that's a lot of money for pasta so it should be great. Probably not a repeat for me. Again. I know this is popular with rave reviews. For me just ok. I can spend $70+ bucks and get an outstanding meal worth that price. Just OK.
