Yozen Frogurt West Hills is the first of their two (maybe 3) shops located in Platt Village shopping center. 80% of their yogurt flavors are gluten free. Most machines have become self serve. They have plenty of flavors to chose from but if don't find one you like just ask, it may be the flavor in their machine behind the scenes. White cloud lite is my usual froyo. Service at cashier is as friendly. If there's ever a time to avoid this place, that'd be on a weekday around 2:30 when schools let out. read more

I just moved, and this is now my default fro-yo location since it's the closest to my house. I really like the yogurt (not the best... I prefer Yogen Fruz and Yogurtland) but it has really good texture with a variety of flavors. The Good: White Cloud (Plain Tart), Pineapple and Pomegranate. I tried samples of the butter pecan and peanut butter and those were really good too. The Bad: Peach. Totally gross. In fact, I thought that it was spoiled, that's how odd it tasted. I personally love the self-serve aspect. I don't like being forced to chose a pre-measured (and usually skimpy) size. I usually get a huge serving -- enough for the next few days. I also love the value program and that the employees are always friendly and helpful. Warning: I've never had fro-yo shoot out as fast as these machines. If you're looking for a tiny serving you may get more than you bargained for. P.S. Watch out for the Kardashian's who have been known to frequent this place, which results in them shutting down the entire store while they film. White cloud is like Pinkberry's original frozen yogurt, but with more flavor. - Mango when I'm in the mood for something fruity and refreshing. They only have a couple of misses, which are the chocolate velvet and oreo cookie flavors. Both are a bit too chalky for my taste. The variety of toppings is impressive. As much as I like to buck the trend and rate places how I see them as opposed to the general public opinion, I love this place. The yogurt always tastes fresh and flavorful, the toppings are plentiful and not very expensive, and the staff is fun and friendly. The owner is super friendly and has helped me on more than one occasion pick out the perfect Yogurt Pie for a friend's birthday or celebration. The crust on the Yogurt pies is out of this world buttery, almond deliciousness. The cookies are addictive, but I avoid them unless there's free samples because I'd rather my $2 yogurt habit not become a $5 yogurt and cookie habit. I am totally disappointed with this visit at Yozen Frogurt!! The fro-yo is always delicious so that isn't the problem. What IS the problem is the filthy store! I have never seen it so bad. Piles of yogurt on the machines, yogurt smeared on the front of the machines, melted toppings, dirty floor, dirty tables, etc. Very disgusting and very disappointing. I may have to start using those Yogurtland coupons I've been receiving in the mail! The employee in the store was also not up to par - sour puss and not very friendly. I've been coming to Yozen Frogurt for years. The yogurt here tastes so good that its hard to believe its not ice cream, seriously. The staff is always friendly, usually high school students who are always upbeat and very helpful. Customer service is always important. The location is nice as well, plenty of room to sit inside, and a nice outdoor area in front to eat as well. You cant go wrong by coming here, definitely one of the better frozen yogurt spots. This is by far the best frozen yogurt I have ever had! Service is really welcoming and helpful. We started out by tasting a few flavors. I went with the oreo cookie and the banana creme pie. They were both amazing! This yogurt is so good and creamy you don't even need toppings, however they all looked good also. The kicker to all of this the yogurt is really low calorie. Its a win, win. Forget the long counter and the helpful employees behind it! It's been removed. There's a tiny counter now near the front where the cash register is and the wall of yogurt machines is there for everyone (especially customers) in the store to access. On the opposite wall, are dry topping dispensers. The best frozen yogurt in the valley just got easily accessible. Like the trend, Yozen Frogurt is now self-serve. You grab a cup and fill it with their delicious flavors and any combination and quantity of topping you want. It was a little chaotic because people were figuring it out and their employees were super helpful trying to explain the new set-up. We were taking it home so we bought two pints which was perfect. We chose peanut butter and cookies and cream which are better than anyone else's flavors like that. I live in the eastside of the valley and wish they'd open more locations because the yogurt tastes better than the standard flavors everywhere else.
