My sister-in-law stopped by here and picked up some treats while we were waiting next door at Zankou. I wish I had gone with her instead of sitting in the car. My favorite item was the cream puffs, which were fresh and delicious. She mentioned that the store is fairly new and offers a wide variety of options. I stopped by when I saw the grand opening sign. The shop has a variety of sweets, Persian Cakes and Ice cream and variety of nuts. The service is pleasant and it 's mostly for take out. I've been to this place a few times. Their selection is very limited. They mostly have different types of meringue roulades. They're ok, but nothing extraordinary. What I can't get over is how unwelcoming the staff are. No "hi" or "welcome" or any greeting. They just ask "what do you want?". They don't even waste energy saying bye or saying thank you. Almost each time I've walked in the staff were talking amongst themselves and my presence was just an interruption to their conversation. read more

We went back today for the Pistachio Saffron ice cream they carry in store and we were not disappointed! The flavor of the rosewater is a nice touch and the chunks of pistachio nuts is a good texture variety with the flavor. I really appreciate that the ingredient list is simple and straight forward too. I love that they don't use preservatives in their ingredients list. The staff is welcoming and helpful as usual and we feel comfortable and happy to shop in such a well managed clean shop. We're excited to go back for more goodies soon! read more

Not very familiar with Persian pastries but all the recomendations were yummy. Coconut cookies. Shortbread with pistachio that's not overly sugary. Walnut cookies from heaven. Mashti Malone ice cream and my favorite chocolates from Venchi. This place is such a great find. read more

Horrible customer service! They are so rude!!!! We went in for cream puffs and they said it will be 20 min. So we waited. Then we went back and another person said 20 min again so we waited again! When i went back they said 20 more min. I got frustrated and then another person came out and said listen we wont give it to you and don't have it. If you want pastry with a side of hella attitude go for it !!! read more

They are very very rude people. I went around noon and I asked if they have cream puffs and the cashier went to the back and came back and said it will be ready in 15-20 min. 15 minutes later I went to check and the baker asked me what are you waiting for. I said cream puffs and she said it will be ready in 15-20 min. I said ok, 15 min later I go in to check and they tell me again it will be ready in 15-20 min. I turned to the cashier and said I have been waiting for 45 min and you guys keep telling me it will be ready 15-20 min from now. This is very unprofessional and rude. The baker came from the back and looked at me and said guess what we don't have it leave now. If I could give them zero stars or negative stars I would. read more

I sent the picture to Shivon and she sounded like she was going to have a heart attack! She profusely apologized and told me she was going to make this better. She went overboard!! I supposed knowing that there were 3 birthday people she made 3 separate different flavored small round cakes (not that little I might add!), a dozen cupcakes . I am not a fan of sweets; but, all of the cakes and cupcakes I tasted were excellent! And yes, per the menu very expensive- but for the quality, so worth it. I wish I had taken pictures of the cakes she sent. But, we were rushing around so much by that time, I couldn't. The driver however took pictures.
