If you like dumplings, then you have to check out Yue Chinese! We came for happy hour, where the list of dumplings (and everything on the hh menu for that matter) for $5.95 is plentiful, and man was everything excellent. If you want to try a truly unique dumpling, you have to try the black truffle and beef one. It's stunning to look at, with gold glittered all over the top. And it was so juicy. In fact, every dumpling was juicy and luscious. If we had bigger appetites I would've tried everything on the hh menu. If you are in South Beach looking for some authentic, delicious and economically priced food, then you have to check this place out!

I stopped by Yue Chinese on Española Way and really enjoyed my visit. The ambiance is beautiful colorful, fun, and super welcoming. The decor definitely adds to the dining experience. Service was great and the staff was very attentive. The food was good overall, and the presentation was really nice. We had the soup dumplings.

There is no reason why this spot should not be packed. It's beyond excellent and I'm not an Asian food aficionado. My beau had beef and broccoli twice now and he said it's the best he has had. As a vegetarian, I ordered the happy hour taro soup dumplings which were out of this world. And I ordered eggplant and tofu. Everything was prepared exquisitely. They have an all day happy menu of lite bites available plus drink specials until 7. Please support them and allow the excellence to thrive.

We needed a place to start my annual week-long birthday celebration. I had read about this new place in the neighborhood. The $5.95 lunchtime dim sum attracted us. It's a small restaurant, with additional sidewalk tables. It's utterly beautiful with amazing embroidered panels. Service as a bit slow, but considering only one waitress was helping 2 large parties and 3 small tables, it was great; she was most helpful and nice. The dim sum menu is small, but delicious. We had shrimp dumplings, crab and shrimp sui mai, beef soup dumplings, and spring rolls. I would not order the spring rolls again, they are good, but not to my taste. I expected more liquid in the soup dumplings, but they were delicious. I also had the treat of the lichee cocktail. Real lichee flavor, delicious. I mentioned we were celebrating my milestone and they brought out a huge bowl of ice cream, fruit and who knows what else. It was outstanding and delicious. Thank you. I hope we'll return again soon.

What an amazing experience. Loved the atmosphere and the menu. Excellent service too. 100% loved the spicy lamb dish recommended by a fellow patron. It looked like beef but was so tender and flavorful! Excellent fried rice, too. We also tried an off the menu item called spicy chicken but that got mixed reviews at our table since it didnt have a sauce. It was crispy and similar to salt and pepper flavor. I liked it. Tip: People who like simple foods might not fully appreciate the explosion of flavors and heat here. But if you want a new modern fusion style experience, enjoy!

This place was everything I wanted it to be. Coming from NYC, I was worried about the Chinese food scene here, but so glad I found this place. Truely authentic and delicious. Has the true Sichuan flavors. The beef soup in chili oil was the star of the show. It was absolutely amazing. Their dim sum happy hour was also great with many choices. We also got the kung pao chicken which was solid and the beef lo mien which was good. It also has the most unique decor, with comfortable seats and a very chic aesthetic. This place is run by a couple and they literally do everything. Which means the service can be a tad slow but so worth it. Can't wait to come back & I'll definitely be ordering take out

We had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Yue. What an incredible meal from Northern inspired Chinese dishes. The ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful and a vibe itself. The service is kind and on point. Everything we tried was unique and so flavorful. The crab and pork soup dumplings were a wonderful start, followed by the ribs that were fall off the bone tasty. The Sichuan beef in chili oil with noodles was outstanding! The half portion of Peking duck was this perfect and so flavorful. We cannot wait to come back and try more of their delicious menu.

Being from California, I usually get disappointed when I go out of state because the food just doesn't taste the same especially Chinese food. Since we were craving Chinese food we decided to give this place a try and we were not disappointed at all. The server was very attentive and friendly with great recommendations and the dishes we ordered were delicious. We had the black pepper beef with mango and the glazed lychee walnut shrimp. The flavors were phenomenal and tasted just perfect. The soup dumplings were also very flavorful although, I wish the spicy wonton would be spicier bc I really did not taste any spice. I do love spicy food and can tolerate more than the average person. Overall the restaurant is also nicely decorated and very cute!

So glad this opened up in Miami Beach. Finally some authentic yummy spicy Chinese food! My favorite is the spicy fish soup. The people here are so friendly and attentive. And the ambience is unique as there are no other places like this, especially if you pair it with Chinese food. Check it out if you like Chinese food!!

Inside (thru the window)

As locals, we have been to Yue several times and are so happy to have a good Chinese restaurant open here! It gets better and better with each visit. The dumplings on the "all day happy hour" list, are excellent. Four of us shared the crispy chicken with ginger and the pork tenderloin with osmanthus flower honey but we especially loved the shrimp with creamy walnut sauce and the soup-like Sichuan fish filet, Chinese cabbage and glass noodles in chili broth (spicy). All courses were a generous size. It was fun sitting outside and watching the action on lively Espanola Way (if outside is important to you, book ahead to make sure) -- but the inside is very pretty!

Great ambiance perfect for the date night

I looked over at the rest of my party and told them that we had to eat there. We made our way to the host and ask for seating inside... well, I was wearing a ball cap, so I wasn't allowed to dine inside, but the roadside seating was offered... hey, I understand rules of apparel, but when you are appealing to "World Cup" fans... you could do worse than someone wearing just a ball cap. I understand that rules are rules, so I was satisfied with where we were seated at... besides, I was excited with the great smells that were emanating from inside of the restaurant. As I began to look at the menu, I will admit that I was a little shocked with the prices of the cuisine, but I got to thinking that this could be a high end joint, I was ok with it. I was financially prepared. A female server came over to our table and asked to take our drink order. I guess I must have offended her when she offered to serve us Aqua Panna water in the liter bottle for $12.00 a bottle, and my response was that my country raising refused to let me pay $12.00 a bottle for water, especially when you can order a case of it off of Amazon for $36.00 for a case of twelve bottles. I decided that I would settle for a good old southern staple of "sweet tea" to drink, which was seconded by another person in my group, while the third person decided to have a Sprite. Our server left us to go and fill our drink order and finally made her way back to us after about 15 minutes of being gone to advise us, that the "bar" informed her that they no longer had any sweet tea for the night. The time was 9:30pm and they were open for business till 12:00am, so I was a bit set back by this, but I wanted a steak. I ended up ordering a plain old tap water to drink because, well, I was not going to pay $12 for a bottle of water... I was not dying of thirst yet. So we ended up getting a lemonade brought to the table, a glass of water, and an eight ounce glass bottle of Sprite, at $5.00 a bottle. We got our drinks, so now let's talk about our food. I ordered a 14 ounce New York Strip steak, medium well... I'm getting older and don't digest uncooked food so well anymore, sadly. The rest of my party ordered the filet mignon medium rare, and the third finished off with the chicken parm plate. Our sides that we ordered were roasted brussel sprouts, and a loaded baked potato without chives. Now comes the good part... if you are still here, you are going to find out if they can cook a good steak or not... Well, we got our food after another lengthy wait. Now let me tell you, the guy who brought our food gave me one of the most beautiful cuts of steak that I think I have ever seen. It was definitely a New York Strip. I could already tell from the juices running in my plate that my steak was definitely undercooked. I looked over at my party's food and see the chicken parm, and I'm telling it looked and smelled great. The filet mignon smelled great but it appeared to be over cooked. From what I could tell, it looked like the cook got the order backwards. We cut into the respective steaks and my suspicion was right, the Filet Mignon was over cooked and the New York Strip was way undercooked. At this time, it is getting late. It is after 10pm and I had just finished a six hundred mile drive, I would have eaten my shoe if it was served right. I cut into my steak and began eating it. There was no flavor on the meat at all, I guess they don't use seasoning, other than the grilled garlic clove, that is to be used when eating the steak. I did get to taste the filet mignon, and it had way more flavor thank New York Strip. Sadly, I must have drawn the short straw on this meal. I was hungry and I was refusing to let a $70 steak go to waste, so I ate the entire cut of this steak. To bring this to a close I want to address the billing. They added a service charge to the receipt, which is something I have been used to if there was a large party, but for them to serve three people, I felt we should have been the once's to decide on the amount of the tip we leave our serve. This is to keep the server honest and make sure they take of the customer. The odd thing is I usually tip over 20 percent because I have family who are part of hospitality business. They make their living on tips. This night it didn't total up to what normally give... I was not inclined to give it either. I understand the goal is to make money, but I am a believer in taking care of your customer...Maybe it was the way I was dressed, or how I sounded with my southern draw, I feel like this restaurant really misread me and my group
