Sent them an email explaining I had to cancel for now but hopefully will resume in the future. And they are charging me $150 cancellation fee. No sympathy to personal circumstances, just claiming it's for administrative purposes. I can understand if they have already processed my application, or have offered me some of their services, but none of that had happened. I had literally signed up around 3pm on a Tuesday and emailed them about cancellation at 8am on Wednesday. They've been so difficult to deal with, kept repeating the fact that they have a $150 cancellation fee without any empathy or rationale for the fee. It is quiet shocking to experience this level of customer service in today's society when customer service is crucial to a business reputation. But they seem to not care. I would stay away!

I've done Reiki a couple of times before but never felt a huge difference. With Deborah, it was different. During the session, Deborah asked questions to understand my needs and concerns. She was positive and warm, and made me feel very comfortable. She also introduced me to flower essences, which I hadn't heard of prior. During the healing session, I yawned a lot (like I was releasing a lot of repressed energy!). Afterwards, I felt relaxed - it was clear that the session truly worked although it wasn't done in person, which I was a little nervous about at first. Deborah also quickly followed up after our session with additional information and promptly responded to a follow up question I had about flower essences. It's been four days since our session, and my chronic neck pain that I've had for 10 weeks is significantly better - in a way my chiropractor couldn't help. I went ballistic -- i said you NEVER disclosed that, what kind of doctor sees a patient and prescribes meds and expects a membership fee, WHAT ABOUT THE $650.00 I JUST PAID WHAT WAS THAT FOR????? NO RESPONSE. OFFICE ASSISTANT APOLOGIZED AND SAID SORRY I DIDNT DISCLOSE THIS ABOUT THE PRESCRIPTIONS LAST NIGHT. I SAID NO WORRIES I AM GOING TO DISPUTE THE AMEX CHARGE AS I DONT PAY DOCTORS THAT ISSUE PRESCRIPTIONS AND FORCE A MEMBERSHIP FEE THAT I DONT NEED DOWN MY THROAT FOR FURTHER INSULT TO INJURY.
