San Marcos bought them...went at 6pm on a Friday and it was dead. We had called in an order and when I got there it was ready. CHECK YOUR BAGS. They just have you walk over and get it but they have a sign that if anything is missing after you leave you're outta luck. Food wasn't great. Rice was dry and had no flavor, the steak and chicken had 2 pieces of steak and about 5 pieces of chicken. For 2 meals and an appetizer we spent $60. I saw they applied for their beer license which I'm sure will increase business but we probably won't be back. read more

I love this place! It's so simple and clean and so delicious! I got the teriyaki chicken and steak with carrots and broccoli with a side of mixed veggie rice and it's so good with the sauce they give with it! The yum yum sauce is sweet and creamy. The service is good and it's very chill environment. The food is cooked fresh and deliver to your table. There's plenty of parking and definitely a great place to have a quick lunch or dinner at. I recently faced discrimination yesterday at this Japanese restaurant. The woman lied and said my card was denied and it had more than enough funds available. Should I filed a discrimination lawsuit?Was I lied to because I'm black? Racism is rampant all over the world. The food isn't really that good either but topped with racism pie, makes it even worse. Yuki is growing on me. Been there a few times now, and it's getting better. So far teriyaki steak is my fave.

The teriyaki chicken will always be my go-to, and the yum yum sauce mixed with the rice is to die for! I've been a patron of Yuki for almost 10 years and I have never been disappointed in their food. My only complaint is the way I have seen employees treated--specifically the cooks. Yelling at an employee is not going to mitigate the problem. Always busy on the weekends, so calling in an order to-go is sometimes faster than eating in. read more

Yuki has been around for awhile in Bainbridge. It was located next to Sears, where Walgreen's is now. They moved to the current location about 10 years ago. The food is great. The meals are Hibachi (with mushrooms) or Teriyaki (with broccoli) and have two sides. The sides are rice with vegetables, carrots or white rice. The soba and sushi rolls come without sides. Note that they often run out of the sushi rolls. It is a very busy place and can be a bit loud at times. But the food is what keeps you coming back! read more

The wait staff acted like they didn't care if we were served or not!!! What a surprise! I never expected to find a Japanese restaurant in rural Georgia. It wasn't fancy-schmancy, but the food was good and filling (a nice switch from some of the more common foods available). The menu wasn't extensive (nor expensive) but what they prepared was well done. I had the soba noodles with shrimp and was pleasantly surprised. The food was flavorful and fresh. You can watch them preparing your meal at the grill. It was a Saturday night and the place had a constant stream of customers, not including those who came to carry-out. One of the odd things was that for many of the dishes, cooked carrots were served as part of the dish. I'm not Japanese, but I have never seen that as a side-dish in a Japanese restaurant. If you're in this part of Georgia, though, this is a great place to have an enjoyable and tasty meal. read more

My #1 favorite restaurant of ALL TIME. I've been all over, but there's nothing like Yuki. I've been a fan of this place since I was a student there in the early 2000's and they were at another location with a drive through. I will admit I miss the drive through as their location now is walk in only. However the hometown feel is still the same, the food is still the same and still amazing, and they still have the parrot fish! Me and my family always have called Yuki "Kissy Fish" because they have fish with amazing personalities in a tank that we have loved and watched for years. HIBACHI chicken is cooked with mushrooms, Terriyaki chicken is cooked with broccoli, and it all comes with sweet carrots and fried rice. They also have soba and it's amazing as well. They will accommodate anyone's special requests! Can easily be weight watchers or diet friendly! And in such a beautiful little river town. I would, and DO, drive here from Alabama just to eat Yuki. read more

Been going here for years but after today I will never step foot back in this restaurant. My order had a long hair on plate and I sent it back to have another one made the waitress come back and said he wasn't going to redo the order because the hair was not in the sauce. I was furious so I refused to pay for my drink as well. I told the owners daughter their customer service was awful and she said were not charging you for the drink. I said I came here to eat and y'all should have made my order right by redoing it and the owner got furious and started yelling at me saying I said that three times. When the manager fails to reimburse you for a meal that had a hair in it, you're not doing well. When the manager subsequently accuses you of putting the hair in the bottom of your own food to get it for free (after all, who would ever pay money for this food?), you're doing explicitly awfully. Nevermind the mildew-laden vents, the introverted wait staff, the limitless bounty of flies, and the literally fecal bathrooms. You'll have plenty to complain about with your meal alone. I recommend the steak and chicken. The chicken is so dry that it forces your mouth to water; the beef is so tough that the blood bursting from your gums seasons it so that it actually has flavor. And the garnish is the icing on the cake: stir-fry vegetables cooked to a mush (very near the consistency of icing on a cake)! All to be refreshingly washed down with an array of flat sodas! An unforgettable experience to say the least. read more
