Checking in to Yuki's Beauty at least 38 times (thank you Yelp for keeping track of that lol) shows how long I've been coming here (since 2015). I've always battled acne and acne scars since middle school years (which is a long time ago lol) and there comes a time where you tell yourself no amount of skincare and makeup products will help your skin (just yet). Seeing an esthetician may sound expensive, but it is definitely worth it. Think of it as an investment for the sake of your skin, your happiness, your mental health. Yuki offers treatment options after assessing your skin, and each time you go, your skin may need different treatments. For example, when I saw Yuki 2 sessions ago, she noticed my skin got darker. It was true because I was taking more walks after lunch under the sun. She knew that I needed a brightening treatment that time. After going to Yuki's for 10 years, my skin has been clearer, brighter, with pores unclogged and ready for skincare products. I feel more confident and that is money well spent! Overall, she knows what she's doing and that's really what you want from an esthetician: the truth. Jenny and Yuki both work at that place and both of them know skincare. I've just been seeing Yuki for so long and she understands my skin. This place is amazing. Yuki is wonderful. I have gotten lash lifts in other places and they did not come out nearly as nice . The price is unbeatable. Yuki is hospitable and makes you feel at home. This is a long overdue review as I've been coming here for years now. I always see Jenny unless she is on vacation or off. I also got a chance to see Yuki. They are both very nice. When I started here had some really deep scars, started micro needling and I am happy with the results. My favorite facial is RF, I feel very relax and my face has a nice glow. Jenny is very attentive with my skins needs. I've tried other places that was more expensive and had to keep looking until I stumbled into Yuki's. I hate facials where the person barely touches your face then the next thing you know it's time for the mask. This is my monthly pampering, definitely worth it. Facials aren't usually my thing but with the weather changing It was time to treat my skin with love. Newly opened in San Leandro the location is located in the Manor Plaza. I had a 90min hydrating facial for my very thirsty skin. Being lucky that I didn't need extractions Jeni was able to focus quenching my skin. Using the special machine and techniques I can feel my skin taking in every drop of the moisture. I decided to buy a 3 pk for starters! Ok Pros: parking, friendly, peaceful rooms, clean and caring staff Cons: tiny area of improvement would be the head and shoulder massage. It looks like some people have found out my hush hush secret place for staying fabulous! But I think it's time that I absolutely began raving about how much I love Yuki. It was an introduction from my overly Chinese mother who believed that my skin was terrible and I was too dark, and stress from work and school causes breakouts and so forth. So I let her drag me here and instantly, I was hooked. Let me tell you, I'm not a girly princess don't like getting my hair done, or putting make up on, so let alone a spa day in peace and quiet so I can look beautiful really isn't my cup of tea. My first spa date with Yuki it was different. You get the actual experience where you take off all your clothes, you change into a robe and she works her magic fingers on your face. She gives you her full attention, never gets distracted and is NEVER on her phone which is a plus! She's got the softest hands yet the strongest, perfect for massaging my shoulders and head and perfect for facials. After that first time, I was hooked so I purchased a package for 10 visits. I see her every three weeks and I never want to miss an appointment. She usually gives you a reminder call the day before your appointment, and if you have to reschedule she never saids no and is very flexible with her customers. I highly appreciate that in a business owner who is able to meet the demands of her customers and provide highly exception customer service. My skin over the last couple of months have improved a lot where I'm walking around with super clean skin and soft skin, I must say and I can't stop going back. She'll change the treatment if you might have extremely dry skin one week, and oily skin the next. You tell her and she's able to asses those needs. I really can't explain to you how amazing Yuki is with her skills and customers and she doesn't reply on all machines to do the work. It's a true spa/facial experience with her. The area is blocked off by walls and three difference rooms. It's peaceful with waterfalls in the background, dimmed lights and soft music. The bed itself is so comfortable and everything is clean. She takes cash and credit cards, which is a plus. So pull out of those plastic suckers and get yourself a couple of facial and rake in those credit card points! You might as well and its for a good cause. Yuki also does permanent make up, regular make up and updos, facials, massages, amongst many things. Just got my first facial with Yuki today and my skin feels AHHH-MAZING!! Yuki sure knows what she's doing and she took her time and got every single extraction on my face which was great. Her facial was $50 for 75 min (better than the typical 50-60 min) and she has 5 and 10 package deals too. It was initially a bit hard to find but she's tucked in greenhouse plaza next to Safeway and Red Wing shoes. First time trying this place because Yelpers gave high reviews 5 stars. I tried the Seaweed Hydration Treatment for $60. I did not like it at all. I definitely will NOT come back again! Somewhere does a way better job than Yuki. Here are why: (1) She spent too little time to clean my face, e.g. removing blackheads, etc. I did not even realize she's done cleaning my face, then she moved on to other part. Very lousy job. I expected a more detailed job done on the cleaning part! (2) The seaweed mask was totally a garbage. It's like a thick piece of white cotton. She soaked it and made the mask hot then put it on my face for more than 40 mins. Feel like wasting my time, I could just put a mask on myself at home, and my own mask might be better quality than the one she provided. (3) She massaged my neck and shoulders for a good amount of time. It was ok, not good or not too bad. If you are about to try this place, be sure to tell her not to put that much massage oil on your neck and shoulders. She put too much oil. I felt so greasy and oily afterwards, even though she wiped the oil off afterwards. (4) I gave two points was for the face exfoliation. She applied some kind of mud scrub and such to exfoliate my face. Would not recommend it! read more

I've loved going to Yuki for years now. She does my facials and waxing. I booked a leg wax appt. unfortunately Yuki was not available at the time I needed to she scheduled me with another lady. I walk in yuki btw had already left and she looks at me like I'm crazy or as if what am I doing there. However she also didn't speak any english which is were maybe our misunderstanding was. Then she took me to wax my legs. She looked at them said the hair was too short so I opted for a upper leg wax. She did only the front!!!!!!!! Then I said what about the back she had a young woman translating for her and she told me she doesn't wax the back. So your telling me if you wear shorts they'll only see the front of the leg???? My friend told me about this facial place and said that I had to try it. I'm so glad I did! I woke up the next morning after my facial with Yuki and almost didn't recognize my own face! It was super clean and super smooth. The texture of my skin was incredibly soft and supple. I can't remember the last time my skin has ever been this fabulous! Yuki told me that she has been doing facials for over 15 years. I can tell that she has a ton of experience by the way she worked with my skin. She went through so many products and motions that I can't recall all of them, but I know that she started off by cleaning my skin with a foamy cleanser. She turned on the humidifier to moisten my skin. She worked diligently to clean my pores and extracted all the dirty stuff that was hiding inside. She used a few machines to add nutrients to my skin and to even out my skin tone. Before she put on the mask, she massaged my face, neck, shoulders, and upper back. It felt so good. She may be petite, but she was strong. Yuki's Beauty is a must try. Needless to say, I bought the package of 10 facials immediately after my 90-minute facial. Her pricing is super competitive and the most basic facial package starts at $300 for 10 facials, which is only $30 a facial! She also gave me advice on how to take care of my skin and didn't once try to sell me any products. They opened in March 2013, so everything inside is brand new and clean. I go to Yuki when I have a special occasion! She's been doing my make-up for 6 years now. She always listens to what I picture in my mind and makes me look glamorous! I got married recently and asked her and her crew to do make-up and hair for all my wedding party (including moms and flower girl). They traveled 1 hour and half to get to the location on time at 7 AM to make sure that we would be able to get to to the ceremony on time! Everyone looked so natural, elegant, and beautiful!
