Yukons "WORST" Tag Agency! The staff is rude, hours of operation is a joke, they informed us that our child must miss class to have his license processed because walk-ins start at 0900 am and they reach their limit before 3pm. funny because there wasn't anyone waiting there in front of us at 330pm and they are supposedly open till 6pm. read more

Came here 3x to try and get my real ID. I wished they were more detailed about what all I needed so, I wouldn't have wasted my time. Some of the ladies here aren't the most friendliest, but they aren't mean either. They are just mundane? Maybe.. This location is dead however, you have to make an appointment to get your real ID via in person or phone on Mondays only. I found this really weird, but I don't make the rules nor do I work here or would want to work here. Maybe, skip this tag agency and go elsewhere. Our shop is nearby so, we decided to try this place out. Good news is.. I eventually got my real ID thank goodness whew! read more

They have been very friendly at any point that I have interacted with them. I have never had to wait at all, and even when I was late for my appointment, they were very understanding and still worked me in! I am very thankful that they have made any visits painless. read more

Pay them a visit if you like to deal with adults who have a 4th grade education. Surprising that everyone there works for a tag agency but none of them know how to transfer an out of state title to Oklahoma and add a lien to it. The ladies at this Tag agency are rude, incompetent and useless. Tried for 7 months to get an appointment. Story changed each time (4) I went there to make an appointment. Finally went to the the other Tag Agency in Yukon. They were organized, knowledgeable and very nice. My license expired while trying to deal with the "Best Tag Agency" for 7 months. Got in right away at the Agency on Vandament. The Tag Agency on Main Street is a joke. read more

All the people here seem to hate their job. Not sure what it is about tag agencies but that seems to be the case with a lot of them. If I hated my job as bad as these ladies seem to hate their jobs, I'd find a new job. Also they do not know the OTC rules very well. I had something to register, they told me that I needed another document. I checked the rules in the OTC handbook and they were totally wrong. Went in to buy my RV tag. Fast service and nice. I love that I bring in my insurance forms yet get charged for an insurance check fee. I know it's the states thing. I'm just tired on fee's for everything. Ugh. read more

Wow!!! Not a good experience at all today to get a new tag for the boat and camper. Right away we could tell that no one was happy. Both people behind the counter was VERY short with us, and ignored every quest we had. And got upset when she had to recalculate the price for not using our card. This just instantly put us in a bad mood. Will probably take our business elsewhere. read more
