My foot muscles were really tense from work and all the walking--probably also from not wearing the right footwear--but the masseur did an excellent job working through the tension and helping them relax. I was seated instead of lying down during the massage, which may have also affected the experience a bit, but it was still very effective. Overall, it was a great visit. The scalp treatment was phenomenal and definitely the highlight for me. I would absolutely come back.

Unfortunately, it was nothing like what I expected. The whole thing felt so rushed. My toenails weren't really cleaned or taken care of the way I expected them to be. They mostly just put scrubs and lotions on, barely did my cuticles, quickly cut my nails, and then polished them. That was basically it. For a spa pedicure that cost me $80+, I expected way more care and attention. I left feeling like I paid that much money for something that felt like a very basic pedicure. It was especially disappointing because this was supposed to be a birthday treat for myself, and instead I left feeling like I wasted my money. And then, after all of that, the girl still expected me to tip her. That honestly made me even more upset. The shape of my eyebrows is not great, I don't really think they look fuller, and yes they look a bit darker, but i feel like it only highlights the gaps of missing hair even more. First and last time doing eyebrow lamination or tinting. You can't really see in the photos, but one eyebrow is definitely thinner than the other. I hope they can grow out fast so I can repair the damage.

I like the face mask and eye mask that they apply while you're getting the head spa. They massage your arms, hands, shoulders, upper back, and scalp. Sometimes the pressure can be intense, but you can tell the person to ease up. At the end, they blow dry your hair--but just to dry it, not style it. You can leave a tip by cash or via Venmo.
