The donuts were such good quality. I'd put them over other major chains just because of their attention to detail on the yumminess of each donut. And when I walked in to this spot, they were attentive within 30 sec and ensured I got the help I needed. In the pictures, you can clearly see all of the donuts on display - massive and delicious, with the ambiance of the store being narrow yet clean, not too cluttered, and very easy to order. We chatted and she mentioned how they were closing for a week long summer break. My friend and I picked pastries based on how they looked, and she even proceeded to tell us a bit about the flavors they had. The woman helping customers was genuinely one of the kindest people I've met in a long time. She radiated joy, warmth, and kindness. After an incredibly long and exhausting day, that simple interaction completely changed my mood. The pastries absolutely lived up to the experience. I had the jalapeño cheese pastry, and it was outstanding. Even cold, it was flaky on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of spice. I caught myself wishing I'd bought another one before I even finished it. My family tried the apple pastry and the sugar donut, and both were equally impressed. The apple pastry was beautifully flaky--you could actually hear the crisp layers with every bite--and the sugar donut disappeared with zero complaints.
