First time going to this location....what upset me was that my boba was made incorrectly and my food was given away. So I placed my order when it was not busy and it was only 1 gentleman working I ordered 3 hotdog one was a potato half and half hotdog and a mango drink with crystal boba. Well my drink came out first and then I saw that my potato hot dog came out but he gave it to this mom and kid which I kno they ordered after me but I'm not gonna say anything cuz he knows what he is doing and it's his business establishment. Well 2 of my hot dogs come out after about 20min and I told them i orders 3 one being the potato hot dog and the girl that made them said that came out already and I saw in the guys eye he messed up which ok I understand. What made me hella mad was as I am waiting I see her bring out 3 more and I got up to claim mine the gentleman asked the girl who made them which is half and half for me and she says that is still being made...how is mine still being made when I should be getting the half and half what's already out I don't understand. Either way I got my hot dog but what's made me upset is they made my boba with out the crystal boba that I paid extra for and at this point there was a long ass like forming to the door and I didn't want to wait another forever to get my boba corrected. The shopping center gets busy but you can find parking but may have to walk a short distance. They have a bunch of eateries next to one another. It was a warm evening so the cold AC felt good. My first Dubai chocolate with strawberries, I wanted to see what all the hype was all about but I should have ordered it with ice cream. I've been here twice and had their Thai tea both times. Their Thai tea was really good both times, authentic flavor. First time my kids had donuts and they were good. Second time I got the Dubai chocolate and I will say this is why I give it 4 stars because there was barely any pistachio cream and it tasted only like dark chocolate. I've had it at the concord location twice and it's a perfect mix of dark and milk chocolate so it doesn't taste like dark chocolate and there's lots of pistachio cream mixed. This restaurant always has impressive food and service so I am always excited to try the next item on their menu. Recently, I had a chance to try their half and half (cheese and hotdog) ramen corn dog. And although the picture on their digital interface is not very flattering, what you get is amazing. It is not your traditional county fair corn dog - the batter, cheese and hotdog are all of really high quality. I really like the ramen topping as it adds an extra crunch - similar to the potato one (which I also really like) but without the extra starch. It went perfect with the spicy mayo and sweet / spicy chili sauce. The cheese pull is also amazing. Well done! I also recently tried their banana nutella croffel and was BLOWN AWAY. Although it is technically a cross between a waffle and croissant, the end result is entirely in its own league. It is actually closer to a mochi crepe but you definitely have to try it as it is hard to describe. This is the type of dessert you find in a fine dining restaurant and is best eaten fresh (while the pastry is hot and crispy and the creme and toppings are cold). Finally, I would say it is the best dessert item on their menu. The creme that is used for topping h is on par with, if not better than, the Bavarian creme you get at the Cheese Cake Factory. It is definitely not your grocery store whipped cream. Sooo good! The only thing that would elevate it further is to caramelize the banana and add a mint leaf for color. In the Safeway shopping center, next to the Kabob shop. We had just had lunch at the Kabob shop and were on the search for something sweet. This was the perfect stop. This is a very social place. They have games you can play while you enjoy your treat. I really wanted to check one out, but we had to get back to work. The place is very clean and spacious. They have some great photo ops. They have a green ivy way that is perfect to get that instagram photo. I ordered the cinnamon sugar mochi donut and enjoyed every bite. I would have loved a second one, but I don't need that many calories or need to spend that much money. My mom had the cookies and cream soft serve. The ice cream wasn't as creamy as expected. It was more icy. It was still good, it was covered with cookies and had a whole cookie for decor. It also came with popping boba. I look forward to returning when I have more time. I came here to try the Dubai Chocolate hype (basically milk chocolate with pistachio cream), and it was pretty decadent. We got the cup of fresh strawberries and added the Dubai chocolate on top as a delicious treat (big enough to share). It was great to try but pricey, which is why I removed a star ($17 for chocolate covered strawberries is a lot). Great spot though! I want to come back and try other things too. read more

I've tried boba from tons of places--local spots, popular chains, hidden gems--but this coconut strawberry boba was honestly one of the worst. Most decent boba places use real strawberries or at least dried ones for a more natural flavor. Here, they just dumped in super sweet strawberry jam, which completely overpowered everything else. And instead of using real coconut milk or even a standard coconut flavor, they used a cheap coconut ice cream that tastes artificial and watered down. The whole drink just ends up tasting like sugary strawberry jam mixed with ice and low-quality ice cream--no real fruit, no real coconut taste, nothing refreshing about it. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldn't order this again or recommend it to anyone who actually likes boba. read more

They have boba drinks & mochi donuts but my main focus was the Korean hot dog, we opted for the potato one, half sausage/half cheese, drizzled with sriracha & spicy Mayo & of course....tanghulu-- which is fruit with a crunchy sugar coating. Stopped by after picking up lunch to go at Sourdough Co. I have been to the one at the Veranda but this one has mochi donuts, Korean corndogs, and tanghulu? Okay, lets see what it's about. I was not a huge fan of the Veranda location but willing to give this one a try. I got a banana crème brûlée with boba and a 3 piece mochi donut (chocolate s'more, cinnamon churro, and Oreo). The mochi donuts were okay, definitely prefer the baked ones (from Third Culture) over fried because they tasted oily. My drink was okay, not great but not terrible. The banana flavor was a bit too artificial tasting and not crème brûlée. It was more of a cheese instead. Overall I don't think I would be back but worth a try if wanting a drink or snack. I may come back and try a corndog next time. Order from kiosk and they call your number when it's ready. Very friendly and welcoming. read more

There were so many choices to choose from but since I wasn't in the mood for something fairly heavy, I decided to get an ube & vanilla swirl soft serve. I like how much I can taste the ube. He sees it all the time on YouTube so he was excited to try it out and it didn't disappoint! He enjoyed the selection of noodles and ingredients. He chose spicy cheesy noodles with egg and mozzarella cheese. The hot Cheetos Korean hotdog was delicious! We also ordered a sparkling passion fruit drink which was refreshing. I'm so happy that I passed by this location. This one has a much larger selection of drinks and food compared to the one in concord. I got a Dubai chocolate matcha latte which was so delicious. The only thing that was missing was the katafi and chocolate but it was so good I didn't even care. I still have yet to try the rest from the menu which is why I gave 4 stars. My cousin the boba dessert queen told me about this new place in the Safeway shopping center off Ygnacio and Oak Grove. I decided to try something different and got the mango soft serve with boba. A great choice it was and best of both worlds. Satisfied both cravings. Their boba is fresh and soft and might be the freshest I've had yet. Perfect texture and taste. I had been to the Veranda location multiple times and it's has the same items. What's new at this location that had recently opened is that they have Mochi donut, fruit skewers and Korean corn dogs. I was only there for the Mango soft serve and it was refreshing like a Dole whip. Kiosk only accepts credit cards and no cash transactions. A quick treat and virtually no line when I went , but it can be with all the local high schools in the area. Orchards has a parking lot but at times can be a little difficult to park as depending on what time you are there. People who worked there are Super friendly too. We had a strong craving for boba and decided to try a new place. It can be scary trying new things but this one was worth it! We got the tiger boba milk tea and the love potion refresher. The boba was made perfectly not too hard but not too squishy. I tend to be super picky with my pearls so this was def approved by me! The tea was the perfect amount of milky and tea. I know a lot of places in the bay tend to be one or the other. Next was the love potion refresher, and we both enjoyed it. I was a little afraid since lemonade drinks tend to be too much sugar or too much an artificial taste. I did not get either of these with the refresher. It would be a perfect drink on the hot day. We tried the tanghulu which was good too.
