My boys were not comfortable with a hernia check but needed a physical for activities. As I was trying to work it out, Jen Bodin became so unprofessional as I tried to balance between what she needed to fill out the form and my boys comfort level. Instead of being empathetic to my position, she walked out of the office telling me we were wasting her time and the appointment was over. Mind you, this was also for their annual well check...she walked out!!!! This pediatric group has completely lost their direction with children and their parents. It's their way or the highway. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I show up to the appointment only to be told that there's nothing they can do, I explained that's on them for not actually updating the information when it was confirmed TWICE over the phone. Second time this has happened, no apologies or anything to take accountability. Staff need to do a better job at actually doing their jobs. This appointment was scheduled more than a week ago and I didn't even receive an email confirmation as they said it's their new policy to receive one if the appointment is scheduled a week out in advance.

And we are so blessed to have found her, she is an amazing doctor she takes her time, answers all questions and makes us feel welcome every time we have an appointment. I also love the way the office is set up and it is so convenient that she is the only doctor that works in the building so the wait time for being seen is very quick. And it makes the experience much more personal and not rushed. Not to mention the amazing office staff who always greet us with such kindness. Dr. Kin seems very dry when you first meet him, but once you've been in a few times his wit and caring attitude take over. He makes his point about your health without making you feel bad. The thing I really like (besides his nurse Melinda) is that Dr. Kin will send you to a specialist when he sees that something in your bloodwork is not quite right. For me, this helped discover an autoimmune disease that left untreated could have put me in dire circumstances. I highly recommend Dr. Kin aand his staff as your next family physician!
