The manager at the Quakertown location is a disgusting human being! Me & my wife were there a few weeks ago. We usually go to the drive thru but the line was too long so we went inside. I avoid coming inside so I don't cross paths with the old lady in there. If you go to Yum Yum's, you know exactly who I'm referring to. Me & my wife overheard a conversation one of the girls was having with a customer. The young girl said, "She makes us split tips with her. I don't know why if she makes more money than us". How do you also take tips if you're a manager? You do realize these are children that you're taking money from. Who knows how long she's been getting away with this. I've tried calling, but no one answers the phone there. Every time I go there, that old lady is always involved in some kind of confrontation with a customer. Is it really all the other customers that is the problem or is it maybe just her? She makes enemies with customers and also the employees. Wow, what a way to live life. I saw a customer's post on Facebook (picture below). How many customers are going to be left if you purposely piss off every single person that comes in? How dare she yell at the poor employee. The employee thought he was helping with something nice and the manager has the nerve to yell at him? Are you joking? How can the owners allow this to go on? Someone needs to do something. Their donuts are great and the service is great but the owner is a raging mean woman, who treats her employees like dirt and promised them good pay and hours to work only to jip their pay to below minimum wage and if you don't treat your employees well, they won't treat you well in return. Shame on you Donna for being a slave driving witch who has no care for anyone but herself. You lost my business for sure and that's a shame because those are the best donuts around. read more

I love this place I've been coming here forever! I remember when it used to be where the cvs is now. I love the doughnuts here and my grandchildren always make me stop to get them hot chocolate from here. Even if it's hot outside! Both smelled delicious when I opened them up, and I was happy to see that the eggs were made fresh rather than being zapped in the microwave. The biggest disappointment was the size of the sandwiches. For the price, I expected them to be a little more substantial. Adding another egg or two would have made a big difference and given the sandwiches more of a stacked, filling feel. The staff member who took my order wasn't particularly friendly, which also took a little away from the experience. I understand that a specialty bagel shop may cost a little more, but the sandwiches are a few dollars more than what I could get at my local deli. These bagels have exactly what I look for: that deep, dark-baked color and a distinct crust on the outside, opening up to that perfect, characteristic chew that only a real NY-style bagel possesses. The Standouts: The Everything Bagel: A classic that does not disappoint. The Everything Asiago: Stop the presses! This is a hidden gem and a total must-try. The Cold Brew: I won't even ask how they make it; something that good just deserves to be paired with an amazing bagel. The "Purist" Test: On my first visit, they asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. As a purist, if the bagels are being made fresh, I don't want them toasted unless I'm eating them days later at home. The fact that this bagel held up perfectly without being toasted proved to me that this is, hands down, the best place to buy bagels in the area.
