Where's the glaze? Where's the knife to put Toasted with Cream Cheese Bagel

This place is a cool place to have however Yum Yum Donuts do not make their Donuts properly with me ordering a glazed twist there was no glazed on my donut as it looked like a piece of bread like were i to order a bagel. which I got no knife to put cream chesse on my bagel myself. Other Donut shops I believe do a better job maybe their having a bad day but I don't think the effort is acceptable in todays work environment. Anyways I like Yum Yum as a whole but I haven't liked the way the food is prepared and I think there's better donut shops that can give a higher quality of food for the same price if not a better price. Im just stateing my opinion in a respectful manner

As your proud, esteemed resident donut connoisseur, i have to give props where it is due. I've frequented doughnut hut and dad's for over 5 years. Also visited donut prince on a few occasions, as well as family donuts (formerly winchells) on victory. Yum Yums is by far the Official KING of Burbank Donuterys. I have bestowed this most prestigious award on them after careful consideration and strict scrutiny. All hail their apple fritter, old fashioned, french cruller, and of course the true measure of a champion shop, the último clásico, their glazed raised ring. Hear, hear!

Open 24/7 - with a galore of donuts to choose from, the Cinnamon donut really hit the spot! Whether it was 1am and my tastebuds were begging for a donut after a night out, the moist fresh cinnamon cake donut was hands-down among the best donut I've had! The Chocolate donut holes were tasty too, not a big fan of the vanilla holes. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

I understand that it's close to the end of the day, and that summer is just around the corner.. making the weather hot and unbearable, but that doesn't mean it's okay for the employee working to have an attitude and roll her eyes. (Shorter woman with long brownish ponytail) I could not get an employee name.. but I will provide whatever info is on the receipt. If you don't speak up and make yourself clear, how am I supposed to understand you?! We ALL work honey, we ALL have to make a living. If you're not happy with your job, FIND ANOTHER ONE.

    Apple Fritter $1.59 (05/16/20). #Burbank #Donuts

(Took Out 05/16/20 SA @ 11:00am): Donuts were always yum yum yummy! Out and about as I quickly ran a few errands at a couple nearby properties, the urge for an apple fritter came calling, and by default the closest place was Burbank's Glenoaks Blvd. Yum Yum Donuts. A longtime former Winchell's Donut House, this was my first time here but usually avoided it simply because I preferred to give my business to the many mom & pop shops throughout the San Fernando Valley. Would this uncontrollable stop result in future purchases!? PURCHASE THE "APPLE FRITTER IS TAKING OVER THE WORLD TOUR" CONTINUED... Apple Fritter ($1.59): Not that I was an apple fritter snob - eff it...yes I was! - but there was a certain way I liked mine. 1st, the price was comparable higher to the going rate. 2nd, it was generally round, not as thick and dense as I liked but generally fluffy, and more the size of my palm (small) rather than my face (an ode to the great Goldstar Donuts in Van Nuys). 3rd, it lacked the many apple bits. 4th, the overall light brown color was decent (I preferred a darker hue) with minimal burnt ends (I loved it burnt), and the light glaze made for a good cracking effect. It was void of any smaller crunchy odd crannies, corners, and nooks which I liked to break off into small little morsels. 5th, based on its temperature it was still gently warm with zero hints of oil pockets or gooey apple juices that leaked into your mouth and dripped down your throat. Overall, it had good value - 3.0 STARS https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=5tIGznwqTwogZxpzFb5prA&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. Maple Iced Old-Fashioned Donut ($0.99): Dense and covered with a thick layer of sweet icing, the "wings" broke off easily as each bite was buttery soft that dissolved in your mouth. As I licked cracked icing residue from my fingertips, I wished I had a cold glass of milk and wasn't lactose-intolerant https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=DJf0PnXZXyYFEwTSkrJVyA&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw! Glazed Donut ($0.99): Fluffy with a nice layer of crackling glaze and as large as my hand, this was a simple pleasure while crumbs fell onto my shirt https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=VuUmYYeFvy7ohCmnhRYyaw&userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw. SERVICE Due to the mandated shutdown of all dine-in options to slow the spread of COVID-19 aka "Coronavirus 2020", they allowed only transactions placed through the outdoor order window (only option actually) which I was greeted by a friendly young woman. She quickly fulfilled my order as I went on my way before several more customers suddenly appeared out of nowhere - great job! PARKING (FREE) I parked in their tiny private parking lot. Otherwise, there was plenty of free street parking along the main drag of Glenoaks Blvd. and all surrounding streets (check all posted signs). ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE Your typical no-frills extremely small donut shop with several display cases that housed the fried goodies, no interior whatsoever except for the employers and the kitchen, an order window with an easily legible menu price list, a couple outdoor tables on either side of the building, and nearly all windows covered with promotional posters. Since you were outside, there was plenty of natural lighting while the only "music" was the cacophony of cars as they drove by. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL Yum Yum Donuts on Glenoaks Blvd. in Burbank was adequate and served my sudden need for an apple fritter, but it certainly wasn't something I'd seek out - no offense. The apple fritter was all I cared about that was average at best. As with most donut shops now, they are also sold coffee/tea, sandwiches, smoothies, and a smattering of other snacks. The service was very good, and the fact that they were open 24 hours (not sure if this was true during the days of COVID-19) was a plus. I found good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $4.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 3.0 STARS

"CUSTARD FILLED" is what they call it

What happen to the great donuts here? That today bought few "custard filled donuts there's like a tad bit of custard all dough! Time for a new donut place maybe the one on Magnolia cause this one's been going down in quality lately

    Snail in our food..disgusting.
