I really love donut shops and in general Yum Yum is at the top of my list for variety. I decided to try a breakfast burrito today and a couple of donuts. The breakfast burrito was with egg, cheese, and onions. No meat. It was really surprisingly good. I got two donuts as well. A chocolate with coconut and an apple cream-filled glazed one. Both were really good. I ate all 3 items. Lol. They were that good! read more

Stopped in today for a sandwich and juice. It's my first time coming to this location and my turkey avocado bagel was absolutely delicious!!! The sauce on it was so tasty, very flavorful! This will now be one of my go-to lunch spots! Fresh squeezed orange juice was delicious and a good size cup. Inside is clean and staff was friendly and fast. Went there on 1/13. Very good service from the lady who was very friendly despite it being relatively late. The place was relatively clean especially for a donut shop, which I didn't expect. We ordered the 14 mini bites and 1 chocolate and nuts donut. The 14 mini bites were great, HOWEVER!! THE CHOCOLATE DONUT WAS RAW IN THE MIDDLE. They almost poisoned the girl I'm dating. read more

As long as you get something simple... like a donut and coffee you'll get great service and exactly what you ordered. I wanted and asked for a chicken breast sandwich with everything and got turkey because chicken bread doesn't come with everything ‍‍ If you have a craving for their sandwiches that are advertised GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There's another Yum Yum about 10/15 miles from me and will continue to drive out to THAT LOCATION as they always get my sandwich order correct. I've been to this Chino location and have learned my lesson (got lazy today as I just got back from vacation, and I paid for it by paying for the wrong order ‍), do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else for a meal. Okay, I don't mind saying that this place is one of my dirty little secrets. I mean, there are times in the morning we're stopping at a Starbucks just doesn't cut it. You know what I'm talking about, those times when you really want to sit down and just smash your plate into about 6 chocolate covered cream filled eclairs? Yeah, this is the place to go. I've been to this place multiple times, and it's one of those places that never seems to change. I mean, I could almost tell you verbatim which Donuts and pastries will be where in the glass display, so there's a certain level of comfort about that. The employees that I've talked to and encountered just seem to be there to do the bare minimum to get your business. It's not that they're not friendly, it's more like they're counting down the minutes till their shift ends. The donuts and other pastries themselves are just as you would expect. We're not talking Krispy Kreme level doughnuts, these are your basic "Oh my God I have to have them now and where's the closest donut shop?" type of donuts. The bottom line is this place will not win any awards for originality or style, but man, when you are looking for some donuts quick and dirty, this is the place to go! read more

Third time coming to this place, and I was really beginning to like it!... UNTIL this morning I experienced the worst customer service in a very long time! The employee had a miscommunication with my order and gave me the wrong bagel. I politely brought this to her attention and read off the menu WORD FOR WORD for extra clarity. She blatantly said I was WRONG, and THREW MY BAGEL IN THE TRASH RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I wonder how she'd feel if she had seen anyone grab one of her bagels and angerly toss it in the trash can. It's disrespectful, offensive and outright classless; not to mention EXTEMELY unprofessional. I highly advise this employee to step away from the customer service industry. I will never be coming back to this establishment. I will surely be spreading the word with the experience I had this morning. read more

Just had to say that the Hispanic lady working here today who made my wrap, made the best wrap ever!!!! It almost made me feel like a little girl when my mother used to make me sandwiches. And the juices are amazingly fresh and made with real fruits and vegetables. Love it!!!! read more

If I were to be able to charge this store with attempted murder, I would. Donuts tasted like they decided to play hookie and run away for a bit; hardening themselves with tough life experiences and came back mean little devils that will bust a hole out of your lower intestine and manifest itself as a stale extraterrestrial lifeform that is hellbound to ruin your day. Coffee smelled like cat urine. Now I didn't have the coffee, but a buddy of mine had it. I could smell his coffee from where I stood (about 5 feet away) and it wasn't a wonderful aroma. It smelled of some unknown Lovecraftian horror that only the depraved depths of of my vocabulary can describe. I think it was poured out in my back yard; I'm quite sure it killed some plant or a small rodent. read more

If you are looking for fast friendly service, this is not the place. I used to go regularly but every morning I am met with attitude from everyone there. Especially this one young man from the age of 25-35. I come from a Spanish speaking house. And though I may not look like he felt the need to cuss loudly in Spanish not knowing I would understand. Not classy especially how he represents fellow Spanish speakers. I go to circle K at least they say HI! read more

Coffee and donuts are good, when they're fresh. Most of there treats are made overnight, so if you order a donut at 5p or 6p be prepared to be disappointed. I've been multiple times in the evening to make sure it wasn't just one bad experience. But three times that I have been here have always disappointed. I may stop in for coffee, but that's it. Painted Donuts on Riverside & Benson are weaaaaaaaay better, and less expensive. read more

Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread! Parking is easy since it's in a large plaza for grocery store patrons. Instead of walking through the 99 ranch store entrance, I used their food hall door. I walked right inside and noticed they had 5 other food areas, though I don't recall any of them besides the bar. I walked up to the boba shop and there wasn't a cashier, only a kiosk. The bobarista was actually enjoying his meal. He quickly got up to assist me and my order. As I stood around, I watched him make my drink while looking at the decor. He made my drink fairly quickly and I was able to drink it while going grocery shopping. The green tea is decent and the boba had a good chewy consistency and size. The purple rice was very interesting and unique! It was my first time having a topping like it and it's exactly what it sounds like: rice in milk tea. Overall a decent boba spot. I need to come back to try other drinks. Nothing makes it memorable for me just yet, but I'm willing to come back to try it again!

I needed to head to both Kohls and Sam's Club for errands and stopped by H Mart to grab a few items. I am spoiled by the H Mart in Diamond Bar (DB), so I was expecting something along the same lines but it was a bit different in this location. It is cleaner but some of the produce and fruit were not as fresh as the DB location. Also, there was an entire fridge aisle of alcohol drinks! That sure was a sight to see, since I do not ever recall seeing that in the DB location, or at least not that close to the entrance, let alone across from the produce and fruit. We did see a worker throwing out prepared food, so they must be clearing out already prepared food halfway through the day or something because we were surprised as it was still early afternoon. We do not recommend purchasing the prepped sweet potato here as they are dry and hard, not as fresh as the DB location. We were able to find what we needed and were on our way. The lines to the cashier are very short so it is convenient, as compared to the lines at the DB location, along with the always busy parking lot. This location is a bit smaller than others and also a bit pricier, probably due to the location. Overall, it is convenient if one is in the area and need a few items, but this would not be my main H Mart to shop at.
