Love coming to this place for a torta + a smoothie but I came in last night and was greeted by rudeness. I waited in the front for about 5 minutes until a guy came out and looked at me and did not say one word. Not a welcoming vibe and I proceeded to order and he tells me they "ran out of food". A notice of that could've been said beforehand. The shop itself already gives you an uncomfortable vibe, but this worker in particular was very creepy and uncomfortable. probably won't come back to this location ever again. read more

I have visited this location twice. Both visits were good experiences, but the second I am happy with not only the donuts but the service as well. My family was in a bit of a bind a couple of weeks ago. We were planning to make a donut hole tower for my baby cousin's birthday that same day, and other donut places in the area let us down (except Yum Yum). One other donut shop said we didn't need to reserve donuts because they would have plenty all day-- they ran out within an hour of us arriving. The second location did not sell donut holes and then we remembered Yum Yum. I called the shop and asked if they could set aside 6 dozen donut holes. Stopped by on our way to Santa Monica and this is by far the best yum yum location, greeted upon entering, very clean and the guys behind the counter were awesome! And the donuts we got were so good ! I loved the selection they had and the size of the mini donuts are perfect my lil one ate the whole thing and she's not to much in2 the donuts she usually licks the toppings off but not these she ate them so that tells me she loved them as well! Just left about 10 minutes ago. There was a young lady helping me get a dozen donuts. She said the heart ones count as two and the minis count as two for one. I was cool with that and continued to order. I asked her for two jelly filled donuts TWICE because she never placed them in the box. She asked what else we wanted and I asked for a french vanilla coffee. She gave me regular coffee and french vanilla creamer...Her vibe was rude, annoyed, and rushed with me and my niece. We paid, left and got home AND guess what, she never put the jelly filled donuts in the box. I called to let her know and she hung up on me. One piece of advice, suffering is inevitable but misery is a choice. I hope she chooses a better attitude and pays closer attention to detail. read more

Came here after having a horrible day of doctor's office visits. There was plenty of parking in the complex and the place was clean. The worker greeted me as I was sending my sister pictures so she could get what she wanted. I told the worker what I was doing and she looked very annoyed and told me "okay" as she walked away. She comes back 5 seconds later and asks if I was ready, and I said not yet. Again, I get "okay" and she angrily walks away.
