I really enjoy visiting this Baskin-Robbins location. They have the classic variety of flavors I've always liked, and my personal favorite is Jamoca Almond Fudge. The staff here are consistently kind and easy to talk to, the conversations feel casual and friendly. One of them even complimented my Twilight shirt, and another agreed with me that anything with brownies is automatically better, which made the experience more personal. I also tried their Dubai chocolate bar. The staff were upfront about the price (around $10 for a small bar), which I appreciated, it is expensive for what you get, but I wanted to try it anyway. It's one of those treats I find myself going back to just for the taste. Overall, this location combines good customer service with the familiar Baskin-Robbins flavors I enjoy. Stopped by on Sunday, 05/18/25. I ordered a 4oz Daquiri Ice flavor which tastes amazing. Additionally, this is one of the low-calorie flavors. Very light and just the right amount of sweetness. I wanted something special for my sons birthday. One of his favorite ice creams is Mint Chocolate Chip, so I ordered a Grasshopper Pie, on-line, last week. It was supposed to be ready for pick-up by 2:00 today. When I was getting ready to go pick it up, I received a phone call from the store, telling me that they were still looking for a crust, so the pie would no be ready as promised. He said that it might be ready by 2:15 - 2:30, if he could find a crust at the local super market. When I arrived at the store and told the clerk what I was there for, she said that she would go and get it. She disappeared into the back of the store and a few minutes later, one of their workers came in through the front door with a box. Possibly the mysterious missing crust. No one really said much of anything while I waited for the pie. About 15 minutes later, they brought out the box with the pie. It looked like it was just made and the ice cream was not really frozen. We raced it home and got it in the freezer. Hopefully it will be frozen by the time we serve it. I hadn't planned on a soft-serve pie. It wasn't even rounded like it shows in the pictures. It looked like they had just put some ice cream in the crust and made it even with the top of the crust/pie tin and made up the difference with whipped cream. While waiting for the pie to come out, I wandered around the store and saw that most of their display cases were over flowing with ice and some of the ice cream had a wet look to it. From my experience, I have found that is the case is overflowing with ice, like these were, it does not allow the ice cream to really freeze because the freezer cannot get cold enough. I don't remember ever seeing that much ice in the display cases before. Even though they have just remodeled this store, it looks like they are having equipment problems. Maybe it is time to find a new ice cream place to go to. It will depend on how this pie turns out. read more

I ordered two ice cream cakes, both 8x8 squares. Flavor was good, decoration was good, but there was too much icing! Seriously almost an inch of icing at the end of the cake making it a 7x7. Very deceiving and really sucks when you're trying make sure you have enough cake for all your guests. I will continue to buy ice cream but will steer clear of cakes from this location. I called looking for a cake for a birthday party. I didn't find what I was looking for online so I thought I'd give them a call. I was given the number of Zain who was able to create the cake flavor and ice cream needed. I come here every year to get an ice cream cake and an ice cream scoop for my birthday. Sign up for their rewards and you'll get the scoop free on your birthday. It has become a tradition and I'm glad this shop is still open. Two 4 oz ice cream scoops in separate cups came out to be $8.98. The staff are friendly and helped us get our order pretty quickly. There are tables and chairs inside for customers to sit and relax. They have several ice cream cakes on display if you are curious on what they look like. We like to preorder in advance and have them design it according to the theme of our kids' party. This place is your typical Baskin Robins very small but always stocked with all of the flavors. The staff here is very young but very respectful and get through the line as quickly as possible so people are not waiting too long.
