[[HIGHLIGHT]]Miss Donuts and Boba in Upland has such a welcoming feel.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I arrived, one of the owners was helping a regular customer, and it was nice to see the connection they have with the people who come in. When it was my turn, the other owner helped me and was so friendly. I asked her to surprise me with an assortment because everything looked delicious, and she did not disappoint. We even shared a quick story during checkout, which made the visit feel personal and warm. I can see why the regulars keep coming back....I'll definitely be back too. read more

My daughter and I stopped by a few months back just to try it out since she was craving donuts after we had lunch & most locally owned donut shops close by noon.. & boy were we very pleasantly surprised! The owners & staff are SO SO friendly, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place is clean[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] & their donuts are just so so good. I stopped by Miss Donuts and Boba on a total whim during lunch, and WOW... I'm so glad I did. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. I grabbed a ham, cheese & jalapeño croissant and it was incredibly delicious. It was warm, flaky, and packed with ham cheese and jalapenos. The donuts were also super fresh, even in the middle of the day, which is rare and so appreciated. The customer service was top tier. The staff was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. You can really feel the love they put into their food and their service. This was honestly one of the best impromptu food stops I've ever made. I'd never been here before, but I was sitting in the parking lot, saw the shop, and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever. If you're anywhere near this area, do yourself a favor and stop by. I passed by this place in a hurry and picked up some donut holes (only). Given that most places that serve boba drinks don't open until 10am, I was happy to see they do serve them super early, Since I didn't have time to wait, I didn't order a drink since the owner told me that there would be 2 orders in front of me. No problem, maybe next time. I got a drink and was delightfully surprised to find the cost was $5.99 for a large!! It's delicious, and I also had a couple donuts which were just as good. The service was 11/10. The owners were so kind although they were closing soon and definitely kept me wanting to stay. I moved to Upland a few months ago and was looking for a local donut spot. My bf and I used to frequently get donuts in the mornings and I missed that little weekend adventure. I was looking up pictures and I was sold once I saw a picture of their Halloween ghost decoration and the HEART DONUT! I stopped by yesterday and now sent my bf to get breakfast this morning. I got the Turkey and cheese sandwich on toast. I normally don't eat onion or bell pepper like that but I had to! It all complimented the sandwich so well, the sandwich also had such a nice freshness to it. Safe to say I ate all of it My boyfriend got a breakfast croissant and he inhaled that. Service is really great. I'm a shy person and I've been working on being more outgoing and the guy there made it so easy. Super friendly and patient place. Amazing classic donuts! Kind and thoughtful people there. The buttermilk donut was so good! Some places it gets soaked with oil but not this one it was perfectly cooked and dense with buttermilk flavor. Days later took the raspberry filled one out of the fridge and it was delicious! Didn't taste like how some donut shops fill it with red sugar goo, it actually tasted like raspberry and tangy. Delicious! Really great quality. Thank you!!! read more

As I walk in for the first time at Miss Donuts, I am greeted with a friendly hello from Henry, the kind gentleman running the donut shop this particular morning. It's my first time at this establishment, so he walks me through the varieties of donuts and informs me which have what filling; custard, lemon, raspberry, blueberries! I ordered my dozen donuts and two ham and cheese croissants, which were also very delicious, I went home and let my family have at it! The donuts were delicious and very fresh. I need their donuts like I need air. Everyone here is so friendly and kind. The owner is very kind and the donuts are what he does well! Fresh, soft and jsut what you'd want a donut to be. It's been a long time since I came in but he remembered me and the lady in front of me updated him about a stray cat! My wife LOVES their pistachio shakes/smoothie. She has to have one whenever we go there. We enjoy their donuts, though they are the basic standards. Wish they had more specialty donuts on a regulat basis, but the owner usually accommodates making a special donut when we make a request. He's very accomodating. read more

Always fresh donuts & great customer service with a smile. We have been quite a few times before but I always forget to do a review cause I'm too busy stuffing my face, lol. We went this morning (Sunday) at prime donut time 10am. A line of about 4 people/families. The only worker (owner?) was hustling but with a smile, as always. Got a half dozen donuts and a croissant. We were in and out withen a few minutes. The croissant was warmed and unlike a lot of shops, not smashed when heated up. Will we return? Of course! Can't beat a place with great donuts and great customer service! My little boy LOVED the fish tank they have. read more

This is my favorite donut place now. I don't get to go often because I stopped driving but I miss the really fresh, delicious treats. It is a little out of the way, set back, so I never noticed it driving down Mountain but when a friend recommended it I was pleasantly surprised. I used to drive further away to get treats I did not enjoy as much as I enjoy the treats served here. This is one of the places I miss most since I no longer drive. Servers are ALWAYS pleasant and quick, I have NEVER been disappointed in anything I bought here. I am a chocolate lover, and their chocolate is perfect, but, to my surprise, I also like MANY of their other treats. I have always bought to go but some day I would like to eat inside. read more

Stopped at this little shop next door to the business we were originally going to and the family that ran the shop was so nice! Our orders were brought over by an employee once they were ready and I was immediately impressed by the amount of toppings and how good everything looked and smelled. My sandwich was super tasty and I especially loved the chipotle mayo and garlic herb bread!
