I just prefer not to eat fast food if I can help it, but I wasn't always like that. When I was in high school I remember eating these huge, and absolutely delicious chicken sandwiches from Chick-fil-A Friday's after school. The sandwiches were so huge that I could barely finish it. Fast forward to now as I looked at this sandwich that came out of the bag and Immediately started laughing at the sheer tiny size of it. My family looked at me like I had lost my mind. So now in 2026 you're looking at paying close to $11 for a childs size chicken sandwich, fries, and a drink. It's like they want to persuade you to not eat Fast Food by shrinking the size of it and charging so much more. What I enjoyed most however was the rice dream soft serve. Great price, very delicious. I also have to say, the kids working here were so polite and courteous; I was really impressed.

The dining room is slightly smaller than other Zaxby's, but there is still plenty of seating, both booths and tables. As usual it's freezing cold in there, so bring a jacket. Server was friendly and knew what she was doing (including applying my reward from the app). They give you a number for a stand on the table, instead of calling your name. Big disappointment that they don't have a free-style Coke machine- but they have about 10 soda options, including Coke Zero. My food was delivered quickly and it was as tasty as always.

When we arrived, there was one table left in the bar side, which had enough for 6 people. We asked if we could just grab that spot and the hostess had to go speak to the manager. She came back and informed us that we could not sit there, but instead in the adjacent restaurant (same menu) or the bar (my grandma is in a wheelchair), or wait but that it might be over an hour. Since we were a group of 3 we asked if we could split that table into 2 so we wouldn't use it all, additionally, we had driven over an hour for the pop up and really wanted to be in the themed area, but they insisted that they had to keep it open for any potential larger party that would come after us. My question is... couldn't that larger party that *might* come sit in the adjacent restaurant? We were after the lunch hour (around 2pm) and I get wanting to keep space, but this has literally never happened to me before anywhere I have been. Eventually, we were able to sit at that table (they didn't split it into 2, but we offered multiple times). No larger group came so there wasn't an issue with that... I mean it did all work out but the vibes were so weird and others should know the potential issues! We only got cocktails, and they were delicious! I loved the theming it was super cute and accurate! Food wasn't hot... just kinda warm. My sister had to go back inside to get the fries. They didn't ask any questions but why was 2 things left out and the burgers weren't hot... seems like they don't care about that part.
