It's creamy, ridiculously delicious, and so smooth it practically slides down your throat like it owns the place. One bite and I was like, "Oh fuck, this is GOOD." The flavor is so rich and heavenly it should honestly be illegal. My taste buds got absolutely violated in the best possible way. I came for ice cream and left questioning why I've wasted my entire life eating anything else. She was surly and rude . Served my ice cream with a side of attitude . This is an amazing gelato place; the flavor selection is great, and so is the depth of flavor. Our favorites were the straciatella and the butterscotch, they were able to make a shake out of these 2 flavors, which was perfect! read more

We came in after a hike in the area. We both got Gelato, I got the honey lavender and it was delicious! My boyfriend got the ginger snap which was also great: it tasted like the epitome of fall. I have been to Tilamook ice cream factory and tried their ice cream. But this one is better. They have two varieties. Ice cream made from milk and also gelato. I tried the gelato while my friend tried the espresso and chocolate. Both were really fresh and delicious. I think they don't use too much sugar and I could really taste different flavors. There were 3 items on the menu that were not available, which is fine, but the staff said they did not want to erase it because the board was too high? Ok.... Also, it took them about 10 mins to make the brownie sundae. The rest of us were almost done with our ice cream before my youngest son even got his sundae. They said that they had trouble with the brownie? They either couldn't find it or went next door to the grocery store to buy a brownie. This Handcrafted ice cream and gelato is Awesome! We took home 3 different pints of gelato and ice cream and had cones on the spot. We tried tiramisu, banana pudding and mocha chip to take home. Our cones were pistachio and butter pecan- everything was so good. The gelato has the perfect consistency- the ice cream was creamy and decadent. The pistachio flavored one has fine pistachios ground throughout and its just so refreshing. I had great interactions with the staff and they treated us very well. Even though it was rainy outside, there was a steady stream of customers coming in, which says alot for an ice cream establishment. They told me everything is handmade there- which to me, accounts for the higher prices. Would you rather have ice cream made in a production warehouse or handmade by a local shop? I'm imagining that when you specialize in hand crafted ice cream, you make small batches which could account for the few reviews complaining about certain flavors not being available. I'm good with that because the ice cream on point. My favorite is the salted caramel, and I'm pretty sure that my order cleaned them out today! I'm the kinda girl that chases that caramel ribbon (if you know, you know) and there was plenty to chase. The toasted coconut was so yummy and had the perfect amount of coconut and nuts. No greediness in the portions or skimping on quality ingredients, so the pricing is more than fair.
