No friendliness, no eye contact--just rushed and dismissive. The wait time was also longer than it should've been considering it wasn't that busy. When I finally got my order, it wasn't even made correctly. The smoothie tasted off and watered down, and the texture was inconsistent like it hadn't been blended properly. Definitely not what I'm used to from this place. On top of that, the place didn't look very clean. The counter area had spills and the topping station looked messy, which honestly made me question the quality and care put into the drinks. For the price you pay here, you expect better quality and service. This visit missed the mark in every way. I won't be coming back to this location anytime soon and would suggest trying a different smoothie spot in the area instead.
