Went for dinner on 7/6. The restaurant was very hot and uncomfortable. The wait time wasn't bad. The service was awful. The server took my order and brought my food, but never returned to ask me how the food was or to refill my drink. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken and the vegetables and the rice were the best parts. The chicken was very dry and tasteless. Don't know if it even had teriyaki sauce on it. Very disappointing. read more

Not quite what I was expecting! I think because it's called "express" I was expecting it to be more to go orders than anything, but they have a bunch of seating and inside is really cute and clean. My server apparently got the lunch rush and she handled it great (and, I'd like to mention, totally alone!). The menu is relatively small, offering variations of hibachi, fried rice, and sushi. We ordered from yummy Express for the first time today. I ordered carryout. I normally like authentic sushi and hibachi from an Asian establishment. I don't believe there was one Japanese person working there and I could see into the kitchen. The cook came out and told us our order was ready and she was not Japanese. I got my food which cost me $39.80. the two sushi rolls were so small they both fit on a small little tray . That cost me $8.95 each $18. We ordered two spring rolls . They were half the size of a normal spring roll that cost me $3. I ordered a special fried sushi roll. It was big, it was supposed to have, shrimp, crab,cream cheese and cucumber., There was no shrimp or crab it look like some kind of creamy crab salad. No sign of any imitation crab or shrimp. That cost me $9.95. I ordered the hibachi scallops with mushrooms and fried rice and carrots. There may have been two and a half scallops cut up into little pieces the rest of the plate was mushrooms rice and carrots . you could barely see the scallops. That cost me $11.95. This is the worst Asian Express food I've ever had in my life. We will never go back there and do not recommend them at all. read more

Been there Twice in one day != First & Last Time!!!! Never got to order ...... walked in after 1:pm = no one in the place .....two more people walked in after about 10 minutes .....Waitress still hasn't taken our order ..... Another couple comes in ...Now She's doing the drive in window now..... 25 minutes later , she still hasn't taken our order and has only brought the others their drinks .....So, we leave ! Big improvement over the former restaurant that was here. The have painted, new carpet, new ceiling, new tables. Everything so clean and well cared for. The service was excellent. Hibachi chicken and steak are good. Generous helpings. If not hungry, consider sharing. read more

Ordered 2 hibachi chicken and 1 teriyaki chicken. After delivering the hibachi chicken orders we were informed that they couldn't do the teriyaki due to problem with broccoli. It would have been nice to know that when ordering. But I guess they wanted half our party to pay and eat, hoping the other would be forced to choose something. Had to tell waitress 3 times and then have my wife tell her to cancel the teriyaki chicken. Not good business. read more

My family and I just had dinner there. We have three young girls. Ages 7, 3, and 2. We ate dinner which the food wasn't even that great. They give you small portions. Their sushi barely has actual meat in it. And the carrots are literally canned. Not worth the money. But that's not the worst part. The absolute worst part which is just disgusting is the fact they literally just tried to steal for us. My youngest was watching a show on my iPad while we waited on our food. While we ate I had it standing against the wall out of the way. After we finished eating my husband went to pay and I grabbed the kids. In the middle of grabbing all three kids I left the iPad on the table. We literally live 5 minutes from this place so when I got home and realized it wasn't in my car or our diaper bag I knew we had left it. I checked the where's my iPhone app and it sure enough showed the iPad still at that restaurant. I had my husband call to make sure no one could take it while I rushed there. When he called and asked "Was there a blue iPad left there?" The woman on the phone literally ignored him at first then when he repeated it multiple times she said "no we don't see it" my husband then heard this woman snickering. He said "Blue iPad left on the table by the gumball machines. We were just there" She said "family with three young girls ?" My husband said yes. And she said "no it's not here" and hung up in his face. I was on the way to the restaurant already while he was on the phone. So as soon as I got there I rushed in. It was literally sitting in front of the door on the counter which is in front of the cashiers register (where she was) I grabbed it. Walked over to her and asked her why she told my husband it wasn't there. She started stuttering and said oh I didn't see it on the table. Mind you she is the only one working tables & and there was only our family and one other couple there at the time we were eating. Where is was placed was no where I went so it doesn't make sense how it got there. It was literally visible from the register, the table we ate at, and the entire restaurant. So it was definitely moved from where it was left. So definitely had to of seen it. Knew it was there and tried to keep it. I was so mad I just stormed out. She looked startled the second I walked in. And worse when I went to confront her. I can't believe a business would try and steal from their customers. We will NEVER be going back here. And will leave all the bad reviews we can. read more

Friendly service, great food, huge portions. Value is incredible for the portion sizes. Steak is always tender, shrimp and scallops have never been fishy. Usually order a side of zucchini and onions to round out the hibachi, but it can stand alone with mushrooms and broccoli included. read more
