Despite it being the most expensive frozen yogurt place, my girls love it and we're here often. I have always enjoyed it too, until today. The yogurt is good. The service, not so much. We showed up about 40 minutes before close on a Sunday and the toppings were extremely low, practically empty. After enjoying our yogurt we went back in to use the wash room, my 3 year old needed to pee (now 15 min before close). The girl working said the restrooms were closed (she was cleaning them due to closing soon) and I asked again if we could use the restroom It was an emergency and she couldn't hold it. She denied. At the end of the day, these places are all the same to me; what makes this place different is the location and the great service. I've been here many times and the person behind the counter is always patient and happy. Went here on a Sunday afternoon. Tables were clean, the floor had some specs of dirt but not overall dirty like some reviews said. Its all self serve yogurt and toppings and you pay by the weight. They have 3 employees and they hide in the back of the store if no customers so we had to shout out for service. Be careful when you add candy into the bowl. Whatever you add candy wise to that ice cream will jack the price up due to the weight. It can get rather expensive. They have gummy bears, snickers, butterfingers,nuts, fruits and any other kind sweet treat you can imagine. It's at a set price. If you add the sweets your "fine will be hefty". Your wallet and your waistline will suffer. My understanding is that they have a rotation of extras that they change out monthly.
