When we got there, a lot of the dishes were looking that they had been sitting out for a while (the pizza looked cold and dry, there wasn't a lot of food left in the tins, etc.), but it all looked a lot better and appetizing when they brought out the newly-cooked food, obviously. We got there at about 3:30pm, which was a weird time, and they "restocked" probably around 4pm. I'm not sure how frequently they restock, but it seemed like they do it at a good cadence.

It is a bit old-fashioned in that instead of an individual hot pot for each seat, it offers one stove per table and up to two different broths for the pot.
