When I got there, they set me in a chair, and told me they had to check on an insurance issue. ( I had same coverage for 3 years)! After 10 minutes of waiting in chair, I left the office! I told the receptionist, that if they value their time more than the patients, than I will find another dentist.

Candidate #1 was out of the office for 2 weeks at a conference, candidate #2 thought that waiting for 2 1/2 weeks for an "Emergency Visit" (his words, not mine) was reasonable. Candidate #3, Kathie Allen, listened to my dilemma and graciously agreed to see me right away. I found her, and her assistant, to be professional, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. She did a full assessment, with X-rays, and removed my molar with minor discomfort (NO pain). Thanks to both of them, I will be sleeping soundly tonight for the first time in over a week.
