She walked me through a thorough exam of my alignment, talked through the issues she found and how she planned to work on them. After my very difficult realignment she assessed my body again afterwards and there was much improvement! She took her time to explain things so I would understand, asked me how I was doing throughout and showed me different stretches I should do at home while my body continued to heal.
