2 slices of jalapeño and little cheese tamale. Thumbs down on this one
    Addyo W.

I always come here for the Pan and it never disappoints. Today after church we decided to stop and get fresh sweet bread and try the Tamales. Well I wish I could say they were great but I was disappointed because they were all Masa and very little jalapeño and cheese. I get it it's a lot of work to make tamales but I don't think I would be happy trying to order them again especially at 3.10 a piece.

    Pork tamale, pretty big

Came to try the tamales and glad I did! The pork tamales are very close to the way my mom makes them, very delicious! The masa tends to break apart, but other than that they're yummy! The parking lot is small, so go before lunch time to avoid it being full. I haven't tried the Mexican bread yet, but I'll have to try it next time.

I love eating tamales and bread from this bakery. Usually come here whenever I'm craving tamales, the champurrado is also really good.

Best tamales ever. I'm usually not a big fan of tamales because I find them too dry, but wholly molé these are great! Especially the cheese

I'm very suspicious of their conchas, I have a feeling they are donuts in disguise. But the other sweet bread is good so far.

Tamales were good but a little heavy on the masa. The breads were delicious and the staff were friendly. The licuado was delicious.

(: We were very grateful for that. I got the Italian Grinder with no red onions and substituted the ham for turkey. I chose the pasta salad as my side, and the sandwich also came with some kind of vinaigrette. The flavors were good, but I think the bread started to come apart near the end, and I personally wish the red peppers had more of a pickled aspect! I also got the Lemon Cheesecake Bar (?), which was yummy, but it does have nuts on top. I think a crumble topping would be even better instead. (: The inside feels a bit dated, but the employees definitely seemed to be keeping it clean. As customers came and went, they cleared the dirty tables pretty quickly. Overall, I'd give this place a 4/5, but 5 stars for the accommodation. :)

I came in at sort of an odd hour for lunch so the place was pretty chill and not too busy. Service style is fast casual where you order at the counter and find a seat. The place has a feel of having been there for a long time with large wood booths or separators. I ordered the grilled pastrami and Swiss sandwich and got it with their potato salad. The pastrami was griddled and has an old school flavor and style with some nice crunch from the sourdough. A great sandwich overall! Parking in the neighborhood wasn't too hard to find along the street and even if you need to park a block or two away, the neighborhood is nice to walk through.
