It has a pretty big menu where you definitely have to enjoy BBQ food. The drinks are good and the atmosphere is a lot of fun. They have axe throwing and plenty of arcade games. My bartender and server was named Elise and she was fabulous. I asked her lots of questions about the restaurant and she was happy to answer them. I also want to add how big this space is. Mistakes can happen at any restaurant, and I understand that. What was frustrating was the lack of willingness to acknowledge the possibility of an error or work toward a solution. Good customer service is about addressing concerns respectfully, and unfortunately that didn't happen here. I hope they improve how they handle customer issues in the future.
