We purchased a marble cocktail table, very expensive I may add; and "twice" Z-Gallery "attempted" to "deliver" and both times the table was either damaged by Z-Gallery's warehouse (California,) or by FedEx?! Either way this problem began on or around May 15th and as of today June 2nd still Z-Gallery couldn't solve the issue! They continue to have this table in their inventory, (MISLEADING ALL CUSTOMERS's,) -yet they can't or don't know how to properly secure a fragile table for delivery!! They admitted that they need to better handle the packaging on their end, but in the meantime they are taking their customer's money, STILL SELLING THIS TABLE, while not being able to properly deliver these type of FRAGILE AND EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Z- Gallery is totally incompetent and because they are, should NOT be in business, do to absolutely misleading their customers. I attempted to speak to someone in their Corporate office, but they claim that can "only" be done internally!! Of course it is!! I have exhausted every mean with Z-Gallery!! This "inconvenience" has caused us to now have an incomplete set of tables!! The most concern here should be the fact that Z-gallery continues to have this table and others alike on sale; while you can't provide an adequate and proper handling and delivery of said items! This is not only very unfortunate situation, but likewise absolutely misleading to ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S!! Z-gallery is a FRAUD, by taking their customer's money, yet knowing that you are UNABLE to delivery the goods. Offering a full refund is not all that your Company needs to do in order to satisfy such unfortunate "inconvenience!!" I will continue to pursue this matter -and posting a bad review anywhere I possibly can!! I would not want any other customer(s) to be misguided by Z-gallery and experience such terrible outcome. read more

I fell in love with Z Gallerie when I lived in Orlando. There's a lovely location around Millenia Mall. During a recent visit to Mizner Park, my husband spotted a box that had one of our daughters' name on it. We weren't planning on going in, but we had to get a closer look. We sent her the pictures of it which she greatly appreciated. "Something to look forward to" is what we told her. We browsed the aisles, taking our time admiring the beautiful, unique decor. Many designed with the holidays in mind. It definitely puts you in the holiday spirit, knowing the big days are right around the corner. And they seem to have everything you'll need, all ranging from inexpensive to expensive, at least in my opinion. We discussed our interest in things, agreeing on mostly everything, with a few exceptions and those, we agreed, wouldn't make it in our home. This is a great idea for couples to do when preparing for a home purchase or to move. I found some cute pencils, and journals that were perfect gift ideas. And a hostess book that offers tips and tricks to keep your guests engaged and entertained. Overall, this is a great place to shop for contemporary furniture, art, and decor. If the prices are a little on the expensive side, browsing the aisles is a simple way to get ideas and to plan for future purchases. It's worth the visit. read more

After purchasing over 5k in furniture, 2 days later, most items became 30% off and another 60% off. (For a savings of at &1500 just 2 days later). When calling Z gallerie for a price adjustment, the rep did not have authorization to do so. (Which is odd) why require a whole other department for this? During this initial call, the rep did not advise me all price adjustments will be refunded in a store credit. If that was the case, I would have cancelled my order right then and there and re-purchased it bc it had not shipped. Since Z gall required the rep to send a "message" to the other department - this process took 36 hours. Finally, they called me back to tell me it was approved however - in a form of a store credit. During the 36 hours of Z galleries delay - my item "shipped to their warehouse" which really was a tracking label only created at this time. But, now, they refuse to refund the items for me to re-buy w/ the discount bc they want to charge a 25% restocking fee. All of this could have been avoided had the customer service rep just set expectations. And more importantly, I could have cancelled the order at that time. Saved my 1500 bucks and repurchased everything. Essentially, their employee and process cost me 1500 bucks. When escalating the call , the supposed supervisor just repeated himself over and over. Store credit. Blah blah. Dan from California doesn't listen. Z gallerie wouldn't provide a number to reach someone that actually could assist. They don't take phone calls per "Dan". It seems z gallerie is only interested in taking my money one way or another. I guess this is why our local store closed. Clearly they are on the decline and this experience shed light on this. I love, LOVE ZGallerie! I come in whenever there's one near by where I am. Even if I don't intend to buy anything. All that mirror and bling makes me happy. This particular location is located in Mizner Park and os big. When you come in, your senses may be a bit overwhelmed with all the color, but its great! I have ti say that I am biased because a lot of my home decor is from ZGallerie. It's totally my style. Prices range from affordable to 'what the heck is this made out of...gold?' Glass items and table decor, as well as vases and candle holders seem to be the most affordable pieces. Art, furniture, bedding and pillows are not. Lighting... fuggetabouit!! The store is nice and neat, amazingly decorated and color coordinated. I don't see many associates on the floor helping, mostly the people by the register. Great store. The displays a beautifully set up and arranged. What I particularly like about it is to see something within Mizner Plaza carrying unique fashionable items but without the astronomically high Boca Rotan prices. Nothing particularly reeks of top end quality, but I didn't see anything that appeared to me to be cheap, shabby or ill constructed either. They Should have a disclaimer 0 stars. I decided to go to Boca Raton to see Z Gallery for the first time. I walked in I was in a bit of a hurry and noticed nobody came to ask me if I needed help. I circled the store several times still nobody. I finally decided on a few items including some heavy lamps. The lamps were in the back so The only guy working in the back took a while bringing them out. As we were paying one lady elbowed another lady and they both looked at us and looked at each other and rolled their eyes right in front of us because my boyfriend is a little bit older than me. I had already had enough of being in there. Actually left some things out of frustration. It took about a good 20 minutes to get to lamps out of storage. They were heavy and only one guy could help me carry these very very heavy lamps outside. My lamp is now broken and I can't return it because who thinks to save the receipt and box. You would think Z Gallery would last you a long time and you wouldn't need to keep the receipt or box. So now I'm sitting here with a heavy broken lamp and I don't know what to do with it. The customer service is horrible for Boca Raton. The staff is bitchy and snooty. I will not be going here again. The staff made bad representation of this very nice and popular store. I have purchased several pieces of furniture at Z Gallerie in the past. However, this time, I purchased two area rugs. The information I was told initially was that there was no problem with stock. A few weeks later, I received a phone call about my rug delivery -- singular -- not plural. When I questioned the representative from customer service about the discrepancy, he could not answer and hung up. After trying to speak with someone at Customer Service, I went into the Boca Store in March and Robert, the manager told me that he had conflicting information and that he was told the rug wouldn't arrive until December. I asked that he find out and call me back. This was weeks ago and I have not yet heard from him. When I call the person who answers is Russell who is nasty and not the least bit helpful. I don't even know if he has given Bob the message that I have called. I am now 'on hold' waiting to speak - yet again- with customer service. While the store has some lovely products, I am not sure that I will shop here again. They need some help with their customer relations. read more

I am SICK over the ordering experience we have had with ZGallerie. My fiance and I ordered what we though was our dream couch the day after Thanksgiving....Nov 27 2020. It is now May 17th 2021 and WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR COUCH! They have all our money, haven't been response. $5,000 loss! ------------ I'm not really sure where to begin, as my fiasco with Z Gallerie began 5 years ago - yes, you read me correctly - and has steadfastly remained unresolved despite their admittance of neglect and wrong-doing. The corporate office has had roughly $5,000 of my money for 5 years and have not issued me a refund or a credit to date. And that's just me, my client had an equally exhausting experience. The details of my experience: I purchased a sectional sofa from the Z Gallerie in Boca Raton, FL 5 years ago. Upon delivery, the fit was too tight and the sectional was taken away the same day by the delivery men. I was told that I would be issued a credit for the near $5,000 dollar cost of the sectional - however, 5 years later, and after countless apologies from the store workers who sold me the sectional who still work at the same location, and after countless phone calls and emails with corporate, and after countless empty promises, I have still to date not received a credit or a refund. I find this beyond outrageous and unconscionable. Details of my friend's experience: My friend and client ordered an entire apartment worth of furniture from Z Gallerie in an effort to make her transition from living in Virginia to moving to her new apartment in Boca Raton as smooth as possible. Long story short, Z Gallerie took more than 1 year to deliver all of the merchandise, then 3 times in a row delivered all of the furnishing pieces damaged, then charged her approximately 6 different delivery fees. One year after moving into her apartment, she was still sleeping on an air mattress waiting for her bed to arrive. This is a 43 year old accomplished woman relocating after a 20 year marriage - not a college student. If I were able to give a - 5 rating, I would. Z is addictive. The location is the perfect spot for me to meet friends before going to iPic to see a movie. I always find something fun or whimsical to purchase for my home. I love the modern vibrant colors. Some past purchases include... tall white and peacock blue feathers which I use instead of fake flowers, placemats and chargers in bamboo look as well as moss green, modern silk down throw pillows, ocean blue glass bowl set, unique wine glasses. One of my friends purchased her modern furniture set for her home and loves her choices. I ordered 2 sofa chairs on April 8th online. Still haven't received them! The status online says "Estimated Shipping From CA: Early-Mid June". I have called numerous times to get an explanation. The customer service agents can only say they havent received a response from the vendor. Excuse me, I thought Z Gallerie is the vendor? They charged my card on April 8th, and for the past 3 weeks cant give me an answer on delivery or status of chairs. Cant even get a manager on the phone. All three reps that I have spoken to promise to get back to me within 48 hours and none have! This is not the only issue I have with them. Other orders have had problems with either broken or delayed items. You would think I would;ve learned my lesson. Never again!!! Do not buy anything that has to be made or special orders from here. I love this shop. They have a lot of stylish pieces for the home that you don't see everywhere, especially in Florida. Hammered brass serving tray? Check. Moroccan tile wall-hangings? Yep. Silver skull for your desk? You better believe it. They can ship if you are just visiting the area too, so that's a plus. Went there and spent in excess of $2000.00 , ( BIG mistake!!!) only to find out there was a friends and family discount 15% on furniture and 20% on decor the following day! When I called the Mizner store to inquire about a price adjustment I was told come in by Tuesday and they would refund me $400. Well - it NEVER happened - after returning to the Mizner store I was told "they couldn't do it because the order was in transit" well? What does that have to do with a price adjustment on my credit card account? Their telephone customer service is no better - Z Gallerie must pay minimum wage- why else for the absolute rudeness and lack of courtesy from their employees ??? I have been to other Z Gallerie stores in Houston and Dallas and liked the items they carried. I just built a new house and so the other day I went into the Boca Raton Z Gallerie store. But what I saw there was very cheap looking, very glitsy and very different from the Texas stores. While I could have easily walked out, I did have one question referring to the size of a particular sofa, but I could not get a salesperson to help me. They were either with customers or looking busy on something. So I went over to the checkout station and Russell, the manager, was there packing some boxes. Picture this, I'm standing there and instead of asking me if he could help me he proceeded to finish packing the boxes. I waited about 7 or 8 minutes and when I asked him if he could just tell me the size of that sofa he said I would have to wait for one of his salespeople. I told him they were all busy with people or other things and again I asked if he could just look up the dimensions. I showed him the picture that I took of it, so he wouldn't have to walk over to see it. He then said: "did I not tell you that you need to wait for a salesperson?" I responded, yes, but it's simple question. Again, but this time in a loud screaming voice, he said "read my lips...you need to wait for a salesperson - I am not a sales person!" When I didn't hear from them I called again and was told delivery would be sometime in August. I was also told because of the inconvenience and late arrival, I would receive compensation in way of gift card for store.
