Well, the strategic planning team at Soapy Joe's must be watching my every move because like a moth to a flame, I was quick to make my way just a hop, skip, and a jump to wash the beast. Sure, she's an old dog, but Joe makes her clean up well. I have no idea how old this operation is but I really love that they're everywhere and I know exactly what I'm going to get. I come here once maybe twice a month and don't have a membership- that somehow seems to be a crime. I understand the staff is doing their job- at least that's what the staff member kept saying to himself. A simple "I'm not interested in the membership" doesn't suffice. To which I said "why do you make it so difficult, can I just get a car wash, I'm in a hurry" The attitude initiated at that point, he kept stating he was "just doing his job". I'm definitely hesitant going back here after this encounter. Getting a car wash should be a painless relatively easy transaction. This for sure is a business that doesn't require a lot of human interaction. Especially awkward forceful interactions with the staff.
