They told me "we're not collecting the fee" but that's irrelevant. It's 2025 and I should be able to send an electronic payment without being nickel and dime to death. My review is subject to change once I receive a reasonable explanation that makes sense. I have since been advised I can send payment through bill pay free of charge. I will be updating my review to 5 stars.

I was super surprised that how wonderful RPM at SLO was in returning my deposit after I moved out. They took care of the yard by hiring a landscape man. They paved a new parking lot in our side yard, so that we have space to park privately. Renting from RPM has been even better than renting from a privately owned place!! They are SO responsive and I feel like I'm renting from people who truly care about me. It feels like I'm renting from family! - any repairs are quickly addressed and fixed - they don't play the blame game - they look out for you Matt is INCREDIBLE! He is on top of everything, kind, and so, so good at his job. I can't thank SLO RPM and Matt enough!

Mike was very patient working with us as we were not yet focused on a specific area in the county. After many months and trips to view potential houses in Los Osos, Morro Bay and SLO, we finally narrowed the focus on SLO City. We then toured various neighborhoods until we found a couple of areas to really focus on. Mike was patient, thoughtful and helpful all throughout this process and when we found the house for us, he was instrumental in our plan of making a successful offer and getting us through escrow. Can't say enough about Mike and how professional and personable he was throughout the process. He made the stressful process of finding and buying a home so much easier! Highly recommend Mike Moss and Comet Realty!

This realtor does not fix house appliances when regular maintenance is required (ice maker, dish disposal, etc.), communicate in a calm and direct manner, or know how to do math. She managed to mix myself and another one of her tenants up when giving back house deposits which ended up in me being shorted $1,000. Her solution to this problem was not to correct the problem she caused, but told that other tenant and myself to "venmo each other to make it right ourselves." However, this was not a problem caused by us and should not had to have been solved by us.

Some items were denied, including visible cracks in the fascia, with the explanation that the cracks did not go all the way through the board and the fascia was considered sound. Electrical panel items were initially discussed but later denied after a solar battery installation. We were informed that because work was being done on the electrical panel, the builder would not perform electrical warranty repairs and that this voided the electrical warranty. The warranty list was submitted on 11/17 and again on 11/19, and the denial was issued on 11/21, the same day the installation was observed by the builder's representative. Overall, the process did not meet our expectations, and we were disappointed with how warranty concerns were handled. UPDATE TO REPLY FROM OWNER: Thank you for your response. Our electrical panel is normally kept locked, so we are unclear when your representative accessed it to confirm that it was secure after solar company completed their work. The original list sent to Midland identified multiple concerns with the panel. Our licensed inspector documented that the panel does not appear properly secured, the dead front cover does not fit correctly, the lower left screw is not fully secured, the left breaker openings appear to contact the breakers, and the upper cover slots are bent. We request that these documented items be reviewed and corrected.
