From start to finish, they went above and beyond every expectation. They took the time to walk me through each step of the process, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. Their communication and professionalism were top-tier. What truly stood out was their work ethic. Despite the cold and snow, they showed up on time, focused, and determined. Weather that would slow most people down didn't faze them at all. They completed the entire project in just three days--fast, efficient, and with excellent quality. I'm genuinely grateful for the care and dedication they put into my home. If you're looking for a team that's reliable, knowledgeable, and committed to doing things right, this crew is the one to call. Highly recommend Everdry Waterproofing!! If I could rate more stars, I would!!!!!

We then had an independent drain tile inspector come out. He didn't even run the drain tile test - said he wouldn't take our money because there were absolutely no signs that the drain tile was malfunctioning. He told us the water came in through our windows and we should spend about $500 fixing the drainage in our window wells and do some landscaping work to regrade away from the house, and that should fix our issues. I would highly recommend staying away from Everdry - they use scare tactics and old fashioned sales-tactics to try to get you to sign a contract for unnecessary work.

PLEASE USE CAUTION: My experience with Espire Homes left me…read morefeeling indignant, frustrated and disappointed. The berating, belittling and gaslighting by the owners was an experience that no one should have to deal with for their first time building a home. Rather than go into in-depth details on issues about the whole process, I just wanted to share insight into one general aspect of our home build. Communication & Customer Service. We had an initial build price but had to deal with various price increases and overages. This is not the issue. The issue is, I simply wanted to know what the cost breakdown was for our house with the additional increases and overages. Once I asked about the overages & cost and requested to see the invoices, the belittling, berating and gaslighting began. Blame was even placed on us for the owner's health issues, among other accusations, due to asking for a cost breakdown.... simply asking to understand/see information that should be openly provided to us. This one aspect of the building experience alone highlights a lack of quality and integrity that one would expect from a home builder when constructing an expensive home. There are other builders who maintain a far higher level of decorum and professionalism. My suggestion as a regretful customer of Espire Homes is to seek out those other builders.

We leave this review to caution anyone considering building with Espire Homes. Their failure to…read moredeliver has devastated our family emotionally, mentally, and financially. Excited to build our dream home, we signed a contract with Espire in November 2021. We were told our build would take 6-9 months. Initially, our experience with our sales rep was pleasant and responsive. However, after signing, we never experienced the same level responsiveness again and our dream quickly turned into a 34-month+ nightmare that continues. It took Espire 10 months from contract signature to break ground on our property. This was a result of redesigns of our architectural plans and repeated site survey errors - each of which we had to pay for. We ultimately had to work with municipalities and subcontractors ourselves. This highlights significant communication issues within the Espire team - even before shovels hit the dirt. Once construction began, the issues multiplied. We experienced weeks, even months, with no progress on our home. This was while we watched their Parade of Homes and model homes get completed in just 6-10 months, year after year. Espire made the conscious choice to allocate their subcontractors to other jobs to sell homes while our home (along with many others) sat unfinished. Materials were ordered incorrectly multiple times, products were not installed per the manufacturer's specifications, actual constructed items deviated from our plans, and there were even code violations. Our experience didn't stop there. Espire failed to seal the home during construction, allowing birds, bats, and mice to take residence. Our new flooring wasn't protected, resulting in damage from drywall and paint. Poor preparation before painting has left our windows with stains that cannot be removed. Furthermore, we noticed that instead of using spray foam insulation for our windows- as per industry standard and specifications, loose insulation was crammed into some areas while others were left completely uninsulated. This has left our home with drafts, humidity issues, and temperature differences that are not easily regulated and causing energy waste. Our smooth coat drywall issues were so significant their drywaller couldn't resolve them, leading us to hire our own subcontractor to complete the work. There were times when work was halted for weeks or months as they discussed issues internally. After 15 months, our construction loan period expired and converted into a full mortgage. This left us paying two full mortgages for over a year and a half, placing immense financial strain on our family. Despite being fully aware of our situation, the entire Espire team, including owners Daryl and Jenny, showed no urgency in completing our project. If after reading all this, you're still considering building with them, you'll want to know the most disheartening aspect of all is Espire's "customer is wrong" mentality. When we raised concerns, we faced resistance and excuses rather than solutions. We were made to feel "picky," when in fact we were holding them accountable to the contract we both signed and agreed to. After 34 frustrating months, we had no choice but to remove Espire from our project and are still dealing with the aftermath.

From Cameron's initial assessment through the completion of the project, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Bob and his crew were consistently quiet, courteous, and respectful of my home and property. At the end of each day, Bob took time to explain what had been accomplished, show me around, and outline the plan for the following day. He was patient and open in answering my questions, which greatly eased my anxiety given the scope of the foundation work. While the long-term results will ultimately be confirmed over time and during future rainfall, I am very confident in the quality of the work performed. The crew's attention to detail was exceptional -- they even washed dirt from the roadway in front of my home (in February) and cleaned my floor by hand before leaving. I highly recommend The Mudjackers Basement Solutions for any foundation or mudjacking needs. They are professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with.

One of the best was from Mudjackers but as important was the unsolicited recommendation of the engineer who inspected and wrote up the plans (and secured permits) for our house. It all couldn't have gone any better. These guys were timely, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, etc. From the actual digging and piering that was done to the follow up (the following spring) with adding top soil and grass seed. Easy to deal with, helpful at every turn, etc. If you have to spend $20K-$40K on this painful and otherwise undesired house fix, you want it to be as friendly and professionally done as these guys do their thing. I hope you don't have your foundation repaired and jacked up, but if you do -- these guys are a solid five star choice.

Well, turns out they were recently bought out by a private equity firm. Their salesman came out, took a look around the basement, and wrote up a quote for a $16,000 drain tile repair. He was very professional and took time to explain the quote to me. The only problem was that I then had an independent drain tile inspector come out a few days later and tell me there was no sign whatsoever that I had a drain tile issue. He told me it was clear the water came in through the windows, and that I should repair the drainage in the window well and replace the windows for a fraction of the price. It's a good thing I knew better than to drop the $2000 down payment Accurate's salesman requested at the end of his visit, but it is too bad to think other's may fall for their sales pitch. We had previously heard that Accurate was upfront and honest in their dealings with customers, but since they have been bought out, it seems that making the sale has become priority #1.
